Because of location, it is so closed everywhere

Too much old

It was an amazing location, right in the centre of the old town. Jon is the host, he was very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment was large, it was pretty basic but had everything we needed, and it was also spotless. It had a lovely rooftop terrace, this was a suntrap, with views of the other rooftops across the old town.

The sunlounges/chairs on the rooftop terrace, could do with repairing or replacing.

Exceptional service, location right in the medieval town, walking distance to all attractions, parking within 100 metres from the property. Strongly recommended! It's about hospitality, not just accomodation.

The apartment, host and location were perfect. I liked that the apartment was unpretentious and still retained some Old Town aspects, like the outside sink.

We liked everything.

The room was very big and had a great location. The owner was available and very nice. You got 4 beds inside so you can lay and relax basically in any room. Minifridge, extra blankets, and you got a terrace on the roof where you can sunbathe.

There were a few ants only in the bathroom that came from outside the window. The bed was noisy. The water stream was a bit weak in the shower.

Phenomenal place in the heart of old town. The perfect spot if you are looking for the authentic Rhodes experience. Our host was friendly, accommodating, and communicative! He offered to spruce the place up on our second day. The private rooftop added to the magic. Very spacious for two people... Two large bedrooms, and a main room/foyer. Many windows allowing the natural sounds of old town to spill in. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Only downside was the lack of a sink in the kitchen, and no coffee. Chairs on the roof need updating (small rips).

We loved the collection of the keys and the location was so super and so was the host, he was super friendly and initial impressions were it was great. The air con is super good so regardless of what time of year you’re there you don’t need to worry about that. I loved the balcony the views were great I loved watching the cruise ships arrive each morning and the planes come in and the location is great in the old town! A bit of a walk to the top but lovely and quiet from people.

Mainly the beds. Very loud and uncomfortable. We couldn’t have done more than two nights. My back is sore. Very excited to come back to a decent bed tonight. I also personally think it could’ve been more clean but I’m very particular. I found some dead bugs and noticed more as I looked. That’s probably just me though.

maybe some new chairs and kitchen equipment. also the sink to wash dishes is outside with a cold tap only.

Good location Efficient air con and good size bathroom

Cooking facilities were sparse and left unwashed. Broken corkscrew, only 3 wine glasses. No child’s cutlery/plates.

Fabulous, spacious apartment in heart of the old town. Once you get to grips with navigating the narrow, winding, medieval streets you'll see how well positioned this property is. Lovely exposed brickwork. Gives you a real sense of what it would have been like to live in olden times. Apartment is very spacious and there is access to roof terrace. Kitchen is fully fitted and there is iron and hairdryer. There are even some adaptors if you forget to pack yours. Would highly recommend. Large king-sized bed. Well definitely be back.

To ensure privacy from apartment upstairs it's necessary to keep curtains closed at entry to apartment. This is a pity as it means blocking out the natural light.

He came to meet us at the city gates and told us the best place to park the car and took our case all the way through town to the apartment When we left, he came to meet us at check-out and carried the case through town again!

The properly looks better on the advertisement hands down! The room is advertised in a different way for example the photos of the room is definitely not the one we got. Property could have been a little cleaner, floors not cleaned very well and some plug sockets not attached to the wall properly (safety issue here as you could see the spark from wires when plugging in things) Some things like wardrobe and blinds broken or worn. Some sharp pipe looking thing on the floor of the balcony (this could be very dangerous if stood on or trip hazard) VERY noisy dogs from neighbours that are guaranteed to wake you 6am EVERY morning. Lastly- oh my god the two single beds made me wake up feeling like I was 95 years old (I’m 27) THE most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on! I feel like €600 for one week in this place is massively overpriced, for someone that travels very oftener- this is the most expensive room Iv paid for in comparison to what you get - might as well stay in a nice hotel.
