The beach view from the 19th floor was amazing! The condo was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We would stay here again if we visit PCB in the future.

The owner was very helpful and nice, The Majestic Towers was nice and had several nice amenities. My whole family loved it!

Comfortable, clean, great pools and location

Laurie’s place was a perfect spring break getaway. It was a very nice place with a spectacular view from the 19th floor. The Majestic has so many amenities for the family. Laurie was a great communicator and very helpful- even going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. It’s located in a nice area, close to restaurants and shops.

Very clean. Very spacious. Owner very sweet and accommodating! View is amazing! Everything you need and more for a wonderful carefree vacay!!! Will rent again

Loved the place and would stay again

Extremely dated. NO LIGHTING in the majority of the living spaces so I felt like I was staying in a dungeon the entire time. Balcony light didn’t work so no sitting out there after dark to play cards or anything. No lights in livingroom at all. Only two small lamps that are SUPER dim. No working lights in the bedroom. Again only two small lamps that are barely more than what nightlights give off. They have counter height stools at the bar so youre eye level with your food. Contacted the owner to let her know the remote for the tv didn’t work and we had no lights and she suggested I Google how to fix the remote and told me she knew about the fan and lights being broken in the bedroom but that there were box fans in the closet. Even the box fan I found didn’t have the support legs so it wouldn’t stand up without being leaned against a wall. The bulbs were blown in the lights that COULD have worked in there. Check in was a nightmare.. checking in and out carts was a fiasco that took us over an hour to just get our stuff to our room. We had to sign out carts. Leave our license. Go up to the rooms and come back down and out to parking garage to put parking pass on the visor. Lady gave me some random guys drivers license when I went to check out and head back home to Alabama (because you don’t get your license back till you bring the carts back) thank GOODNESS I looked at it when I got to my car and realized it wasn’t my license and didn’t make it all the way 6.5 hours home. Never again. Never again.

Everything was great except for the ceiling fan not working in the master bedroom. We will be booking here again next summer.

Overall the place was great. Location was great, beach was great, and parking was easy. For the money it was perfect. It could however use a major deep cleaning (base boards, tub and carpet mainly) and an update of the fixes within.....Bedding, furniture, paint and flooring. Nothing was horrible just dated.

You cannot beat the view and the location! The condo is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly! We spent full days on the beach and on the days when it was a bit too cool for the the beach we either walked to local attractions or hopped in the truck to do some exploring. Everything you could want is super close by; eat, play, rest, it’s all at your fingertips in this location. The owner was so easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly and politely. We would highly recommend this location and will be back if we ever return to the area. Thanks for letting us stay; we all had so much fun!

Property was clean as advertised. Had everything you needed. Master bed sucks if you have back problems or are staying more than a few days you might want somewhere else to stay. Bed mattress needs to be replaced has a serious dip in it! Honestly worst mattress we've ever slept on. Pools hot tubs and amenities were great.

Everything was perfect! The condo is beautiful! The view is awesome! Laurie is prompt to answer and gave excellent directions on everything we needed! Hope to stay again!

This condo was SUPER CLEAN! I am a clean freak, so this is very important to me...Everything that you could need was provided! I have stayed in several different condos and this one was, by far, my favorite! I am keeping this one marked for next year! Loved it!! Thank you so much!!

We loved staying here! We had a couple issues along the way but nothing major. Laurie was very good at replying to my endless messages. The view is amazing! All the employees of the resort were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Laurie is amazing! The dryer in our property went out right before our arrival and Laurie travelled over 2 hrs one way on a Sunday before we got there to install a new one. The property was very clean and the location was wonderful. The only negative take away was the bed in the couch was not comfortable enough for my boys to sleep on, so they just made pallets on the end of the couch. Other than that, we Would definitely rent this property again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The view from our balcony was outstanding and just a short walk away to the beach. However our ac did not work that great. We did have to call maintenance twice to come see about a leak in the bathroom from the ceiling. Other than a few maintenance problems the condo was absolutely amazing. Very spacious and has the things you could possibly need to make your stay very comfortable.

Many pros and cons about the property. Pro: The owner was very responsive from the moment I made the reservation, very friendly and accommodating as much as possible. Pro: The view of the ocean and beach was beautiful! Pro: The beach always had plenty of space for everyone at the property as well as the pools - plenty of chairs always available. Pro: Instructions to the property and parking/check-in and check-out were easy to follow and accurate. I really like the door lock which required a code - it made it so easy to leave the room and not have to worry about losing a key. Pro: The unit was full of amenities (dish soap, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels) and included two small beach chairs. Also included a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own pods) a toaster, a blender, and plenty of dishes/utensils. Fridge has an ice maker. Also - full sized washer/dryer and 2 washing detergent pods were provided. Pro: The A/C worked GREAT! Cons: Upon arrival we were greeted by small and medium sized cockroaches in the kitchen and hallway. I contacted the owner immediately and she sent the cleaning crew the next day with bug spray. We sprayed that day and then saw less bugs throughout the duration of our stay but they never went completely away. Florida has bugs - not sure the owner can really help this because the unit was clean so there was no dirt per say they were attracted to. Con: This property is located right on the loud oceanfront boulevard - you can hear the traffic and noises from the street at night when you are trying to sleep (even though you are 19 floors up). This took away from the peaceful experience but is not the owners fault - I should have researched the location better. Bring ear plugs and you're set! Con: The couch looks inviting but it's probably time to be replaced. It was uncomfortable to sit on and has seen better days. Con: The mattress in the master bedroom was very soft. This may be a pro for some but for us it was a con. The other mattresses in the spare room were firm and comfortable. Tips: Depending on your length of stay and # of people in your party, bring extra toilet paper, roll of paper towels, hand soap, and beach towels (not provided by the owner). Disclaimer: We often smelled Weed/Pot while sitting on the balcony trying to enjoy the view/ocean. This is nothing the owner can help but it did bother us and was very strong at times.

The whole experience from start to finish was prefect. Ms. Laurie was in contact with me before my stay and answered all questions. The place was exactly as described and I would Highly recommend it. The location is perfect. Close to everything you could want or need. Right on the beach. Gorgeous views. Clean. Homey feel with the touch of vacation! Plenty of elevators, and they worked great! I can’t wait to go back!

Condo was exactly as described. Very clean, supplied with everything needed for our family for a week. The master bed is amazingly comfortable. The view from the 19th floor of the ocean was breath taking! My family and I stayed as Tropical Storm Sally approached and Laurie was wonderful with updates as it approached. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Panama with her!
