This is a spacious villa in a good position in Vilamoura. We managed without a car, the arranged airport transfer worked well, and three supermarkets were within 15 minute walk. The marina was about 20 mins, with a wide range of eating venues to sort all tastes. The villa itself was well equipped and the outside space and pool were lovely. Communication with the property manager was good and check in was easy.

Perfect villa for families - safe and great pool area. Very nice villa to stay in - located in a perfect location. Only slight issue was the power cutting out regularly however it was easily reset.

Just a little thing, it might be useful to have a small litter bin in the bedrooms

Great property would love to return! We stayed with our 2 young children and my parents and was really spacious. Garden is great size and really well looked after. Our boys loved the pool! Communication was fantastic and helped us arrange transfers. Would definitely recommend!

Great location for a group of seven atletes. Very close to the training facility but als the harber and the beach. Clean house, relaxing pool. We had a perfect training camp

This is a fantastic villa which I would highly recommend! Walking distance to marina and shops! All rooms are spacious and bathrooms are very modern with lovely showers! Garden and pool kept beautifully tidy! We will definitely be back! Thankyou

Great group of people but because we had to cancel last year because of Covid to this year the changes were made but communication was quite sparse until we actually rang to ensure the booking was happening, we were told the propety manager could not access her emails…Andre was our contact at the property on arrival and was superb and organised our transfer to airport for return. Superb property and would not hesitate to book again

Trevligt boende. saknar det lilla extra.. Saknar också krokar för handskar i badrum. toaletter. Även krokar i hallen för kläder saknades. Ytterbelysningen fungerar ej.

Spacious villa with good facilities in a convenient location. One or two issues - leaking shower and unstable corner shelf in kitchen , probably due to lack of occupation during covid. Would definitely consider going back again as the size and facilities are unusually good

Property Manager was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing to much trouble.

A casa não está bem preparada para 10 adultos. Por exemplo no exterior só exitem 8 lugares sentados (2 mesas de 4 lugares), 8 espreguiçadeiras na piscina, etc. Também só existem camas para 8, a solução é o sofá da sala, que é pouco prática. Os quartos são espaçosos, proponho a colocação de uma cama extra nos quartos para os adolescentes. Tudo funcionou bem, casa bem equipada, limpeza, recepção. Recomendo!

Beautiful villa with all the home comforts. Lovely garden and a great pool, and all within a 15 minute walk to the marina. Nearest supermarket was a 10 minute walk away with everything you need for your holiday. Communication with Isabel and Andre was 1st class making the whole experience very enjoyable and we do hope to return one day.

Everything was smooth, great transfers, Andre was at the Vila to meet us. Good air con in bedrooms, lovely pool. Recommend!

We’ve just returned from 8 wonderful nights at this villa. The location is perfect & we would highly recommend it. Communication between us and Isabel was great throughout the booking process & leading up to our arrival, Andre met us at the villa for our arrival & departure and was extremely informative. The villa it’s self is absolutely amazing, the pictures really don’t do it justice!! It’s a great size and decorated tastefully throughout. The kitchen & bathrooms are fantastic. We stayed here last year and returned as the house and location are both first class. The bathrooms, toilet and kitchen had all been refurbished to a high standard since our last visit making a great house even better.

We recently stayed here as an extended family of 6 adults and 3 children aged 5 and under. Andre was a great host and showed us round the villa and gave directions to the local supermarket. The villa has recently had a new kitchen and new bathrooms which were lovely. There was plenty of hot water for showers, beds were comfy and air con in the bedrooms was appreciated. It was around 10 mins walk to the spar and 20mins down to the marina so the villa was well situated. The villa felt secure for little ones as there is a gate at the top of the stairs leading to the pool. The pool itself has a great shallow area for the kids although the tiling is loose in places and would benefit from being fixed. The outdoor seating and gardens were lovely. Overall a lovely stay and a great villa! Thank you!

My own family, my sister’s family and my parents stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks. Booking and check in was straight forward and Andre was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The villa is spacious with everything you could need for a home away from home. The villa has beautiful, well kept gardens and we appreciated the gates at the top of the stairs which gave us peace of mind with 2 young children. This villa was perfect for us and we would highly recommend it to anyone and would love to return in the future!

A really good holiday location. The villa has great gardens, pool and a perfect sun terrace where you can stay in the shade during the heat of the day. It is well equipped and provides a very comfortable base for a very comfortable holiday. Only a 20 minute walk to the Marina for all types of restaurants and bars.

Hi Isabel I would like to say thank you for a wonderful time we as a family had while attending a wedding in the area. The location was perfect. The villa had ample room for us as a group. The only complaint would be on our arrival the taxi drove around for a while as we couldn't find the villa I think it would be a good idea to put the number of the villa on the wall outside or on the front gate. I would definitely return and would recommend it very highly. Thank you again Imelda.

We spent two weeks at the villa with another couple. We were met at the villa by the agent who gave us good advice on local supermarkets, restaurants etc. We dealt with Isabel by e mail and Andre in the resort. Both were very helpful. The villa is in a quiet road about a 15 minute stroll from the marina waterfront with lots of restaurants and two small supermarkets about 10 mins away. The villa is very clean and the air-conditioning in the four bedrooms very efficient. The outside areas offer shade under the veranda with the benefit of gates at the exits for added safety if you had small children to block access to both the steps down and the pool area. We would recommend this villa to both families and adult groups.

Great location, people who met us were very helpful indeed, nice Villa. Would happily stop again.
