Sehr freundliches, familiengeführtes Hotel mit persönlichem Interesse für jeden Gast. Außergewöhnliches, übergroßzügiges Frühstück mit allerlei lokalen Leckereien. Geschmackvoll eingerichteter Frühstücksbereich im EG, mit der Möglichkeit sowohl innen als auch im Freien gemütlich zu frühstücken. Würden wir wieder auswählen.

Location, 1 min from the beach, nice rooms, spacious apartment, sea view, best breakfast home made and kindest staff, it s a family managed hotel and really makes you feel welcome, any demands you may have

I have the feeling that Manolias and Nikos will go to any length if that means their guests will be happier. And that they will always do this with an ample smile. Couple of points that I would specially remark:
- We could do an early check in without issue. We waited for our room to be cleaned whilst we were offered drinks and food
- Our room was very clean. It was cleaned every day in world-record time
- Room was renovated recently. It had a charming balcony
- Building is a 2 min walk away from the beach. You can have affordable lunches there. Also, there is a good restaurant (recommended for evenings) 30 seconds away
- Breakfast: no words. Huge amount of typical Cretan food ( a large variety), much of it will be home-made pastries! And it’s delicious
- We could leave our luggage after check out to pick it up later
- Big smiles and hospitality all over your stay

The owner were super amazing! We really felt the love they put in this building and especially the breakfast! I was 10/10 surprised how delicious the breakfast was and how welcoming the couple is! I really loved staying there and would stay again if I visit crete! Efcharisto poly!
That I didn‘t stay longer than 2 nights but our time was limited. :(

We liked this place a lot. It is run by a lovely couple and 2 mins by walking from a sea. The room has so many nice details, which you do not expect. Like dental kit or welcome drink or espresso machine with a few capsules for free. Breakfast was so big, we weren't able to finish it.

Very close to the sea , very clean room , fabulos breakfast . Empathetic hosts and ready to help at anytime. I highly recommend.

All the reviews are true, we would give 11/10! Hosts are simply amazing, always smiling, trying to be as helpful as possible. Our flight's been delayed by almost 10 hours, so we arrived in the middle of the night (3 am) and yet Nikos was waiting for us. Rooms were very clean, cleaned every day. Everything was included, even a toothbrush! And about the breakfasts... so rich, full of homemade food, we were full until evening :) The beach is nearby and if you say you're from Ermis, you can use sunbeds free of charge (don't even need to order anything from the bar).

Excellent location 20 min from Heraklion airport in a remote but lively enough sidetown. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast with local specialties
The industrial plant at the town entrance is definitely a drawback but that absolutely didn’t bother us

Wonderful hosts, always helpul with restaurant recommendations etc. We liked the location, just outside of Heraklion. The breakfast was enormous, lots of great homemade food, with olives from their own garden! When we asked for vegetarian milk they quickly went to get it. Super nice! The rooms are pretty new, well kept and clean. The nearby beach is nice, you will get the sunbeds for free, if you order a coffee or something else from the beach bar/restaurant that also serves good food.
Our room was a bit noisier (from the inside of the building), but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't cure.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for us and our baby, even if we only stayed for one night. Veeeeeery kind and hospitable and very yummy breakfast.

It was amazing, a comfy bed, soft bathrobes, the view we had from the Ermis suite was just perfect with view on both the sea and the mountains, everything was clean and neat, I showered so nice here I had to mention it. The beach is very close and they provide a lot of towels for you to comfortably enjoy your time there. The breakfast is incredible, we got to enjoy plate after plate of homemade Greek specialties and fruit and bread. They provide you with whatever you're in need of they are so lovely. We're thinking of booking another night, a great place to stay!

The location was easy to find and it situated near the nice beach which was really important to us as we like to take morning swims. And it was really quiet during the night. Breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expetations. The hosts were extremely lovely and helpful.

Large clean and well appointed room, with pleasant, if unspectacular views, and just a short drive from Heraklion airport. The owners were delightful, and breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious authentic Greek/Cretan foods offered. I was impressed!
Not a great deal of places to eat out within walking distance, but we found a couple, and they were okay.

Ermis is just an amazing place to stay. I must confess that I am very picky in my choice. I have been looking for a hotel next to the beach in Heraklion, that will meet all my expectations - clean, quiet, next to the beach, comfy, good reviews and continental breakfast. I ended up choosing Ermis and I got more than expected.
Few words about the hosts. Nikos, his wife, mother and father are lovely people, they are one of the best hosts ever I have met, very helpful and kind. I am grateful for their effort to make our stay in comfort.
Now about the room. It was clean, everything is as on the pictures, has a lovely balcony, kitchen, fridge and the coffee machine.
The breakfast was exceptional, it was so substantial that I was feeling full throughout the day.
I would definitely recommend to stay there.

Breakfast was amazing, with local cuisine products. The hosts are super kind and always ready to help you. The beach is 2 mins walking. For lunch, we recommend Maxim restaurant, just 5 mins walking. Plenty of space to park.

Accommodation was absolutely perfect. View to the sender a little bit reduced due to Hauses in front of the accommodation.

Everything was amazing ! Super frendly owners , very helpdull, very polite ! they helped us with every information we asked and we needed . The breakfest was super fresh and nice . very cosy place ! unfortunatly we stayed only 1 night but deff we will come back !
