My friends I stayed for a golf trip. The house itself is pristine and roomy. Near the beach and Salty Dog.

Great house, kitchen well stocked, had garbage bags, plastic wrap, dryer sheets etc. much more than in other rentals we stayed in. The pool was the best part! Everyone spent most of their time in the pool area. Kids got to go swimming the one day it poured out! We loved that it was screened in! And it’s a short walk to the beach! Two things I would recommend, is larger outside garbage cans and pool/beach towels. It’s a pain having to bring towels for the pool/beach with us! (I know lots of rentals don’t supply them!). We would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish Marci was great and easy to work with. Communicates well & informative. The property was perfect for our family of 16 & was very nice and the location was easy access to many fun things to do. We had a great time!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Everything was perfect and the hosts are very friendly and responsive! This was our 2nd stay at Eagle’s Nest and it definitely won’t be our last!

This is our 4th year of renting this house for a week or more. We have loved it every time. John and Marci are always super prompt with issues and questions. They seem to make the right additions and changes every year because it just gets better and better. Can’t wait to return next year.

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay with 8 adults and 3 kids. Enough room to find quiet spaces. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen is well stocked. Having the pool was great for the kids. The house is a short walk to the beach but very accessible. It was a great week.

Beautifully remodeled & fit our needs/wants perfectly. The kitchen & grill were used for over 75% of our meals. Why go out? The house made meal prep EASY! We would make the short walk to the beach, then into pool! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!!

The house was wonderful and very inviting. Plenty of space for everyone to allow you to walk away from any family drama. Nice location with a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to anywhere on the island. Owners were quick to respond to any text and offered suggestions when asked.

From the start the everything was great in communication with owner and the stay. Everything as advertised. No issues, clean, and even had more to offer than we could have imagined. A great house that had access to a great beach. We enjoyed the kitchen especially. The kids loved the bike trails. Salty Dog is less than 1/2 mile so quick on a bike. Certainly we would love to stay here again.

Our family of ten enjoyed this spacious home located in the Sea Pines community of Hilton Head. We were very happy that the owner emailed us our day of arrival to let us know that the home was ready and we could check in several hours earlier than was promised. The owner provided detailed instructions of the home and surrounding community that was very helpful. When we did have an issue with the refrigerator not working properly, the owner contacted a repairman immediately and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. For the most part, we were very happy with the house and property. The pool was very cold even though it was mid August. We would recommend that the pool temperature monitoring system be serviced because it felt much colder than the app which stated it was 82 degrees.

The home is beautiful, however cleanliness was an issue in main living areas. We had to run the sweeper as soon as we arrived. Bathrooms were clean. The pool is terrific. . .our grand kids loved it, along with the bunk bed room! So nice to have magnifying make up mirrors in primary suite bathroom. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror, though. It was not as close to the beach as I had hoped. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The home had everything we needed. The family is so generous to share items like games, kitchen supplies, etc.

This property was convenient to the private beach access with beautiful beaches. The pool was nice and the interior was well designed. There were a few things I would have cleaned or renovated if it was my property but overall it was really lovely for the family vacation.

This is the third time we have stayed in this property and it has been amazing every time. We already booked for next year. Marci communicates about special things, like the July 4th flyovers, and is always prompt to respond. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and the kids love the pool. Always an amazing time and looking forward to next year.

Our extended family of 12 had a great time in Hilton Head. The home was perfect for our group and was in a wonderful location just a short stroll away from the ocean. We especially liked the beautiful kitchen and living area. All the bedrooms were well appointed with separate bathrooms. We would choose this home again.

It was a great house for a large family, which we had. Kitchen and living area were great for our group. Beach access was close. Crossing the road to get to the beach took a bit. There was a lot more traffic coming and going from South Beach than we expected. The property managers were great. Any messages sent were promptly responded to. Everyone in our group liked their rooms. Beds were comfy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Having 5 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed each family their own private space. While the kids enjoyed the nautical themed bunk beds, the adults appreciated the very comfortable beds. Owners Marci and John are gracious and very responsive hosts-the best. Wish we could have met them! Every pre-trip and during stay question/comment was responded to quickly and transparently-no surprises! The grandkids summed it up well-this was better than Disney! We would definitely choose to stay in this house again. One of the primary reasons is the pool that is inside a screened in porch. One or two of the days when the weather forecast was not good, it didn’t slow us down because we were able to swim in the pool. The basketball goal in the pool is great for competitors of all ages! The large island in the kitchen is a dream and the open floor plan worked well for us. The owner was very responsive to any of our needs. A+
