Private pool, rooms are good . Staffs are helpful only when asked .

Location is not great.. no entrance to this property. We had to carry luggages a long way and to multiple stairs.. there is no proper visibility to this property . Taxis cannot locate this exact place And there are no staffs or assistance at the location after midday. We had multiple electrical issues that we have to sort it ourselves.. which is a potential risk. Pool is too deep 1.9mt. Not safe for kids.

It's a big villa with a private pool. Looks nice and clean. Big rooms, comfy beds, own kitchen. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

W e did not expect to find big steep stairs there. If you are travelling with your kids or have some resection abilities, it won't be a safe place for you. You should fit very well to climb up and down by those stairs 😅.

Terlalu banyak aturan yang di berlakukan, mungkin karna kami mendapatkan harga murah diakhir tahun dan mereka berharap bisa menjual villa dengan harga mahal di high season, seharusnya semua aturan di tulis sejak awal sebelum kami memesan, pertama: kami ingin memesan extra bed dan membayarnya tapi kami di minta untuk cancel oleh pihak villa. kedua, kami diminta untuk memberi tipping ke pegawai yang bekerja karna kami di anggap sudah mendapatkan harga murah dan membuat pegawai nya bekerja di hari libur akhir tahun (tanpa di notice pun kami selalu melakukannya) dimana pun tempat kami menginap. Ketiga, Kami diminta untuk memberikan rating terbaik di booking.com dan lagi” alasannya karna kami mendapatkan harga murah. Sangat tidak masuk di akal !!!! Check out pukul 11.00, kami hanya meminta kelonggaran waktu 5 menit untuk berfoto dan mengabadikan moment sebelum check out, namun pegawai datang dan menyuru kami pulang, sangat tidak ramah!!! Kami juga bekerja di bidang hospitality dan kami tau cara bagaimana menghandle pelanggan! Ini pengalaman menginap terburuk yang kami alami:(

The hosts were amazing. They looked after us in every way. They were our drivers and even checked in on us when an earthquake struck

The kitchen was a bit tired and it was a bigger walk to the centre of ubud than I realised

Rigtig lækker og fin villa som var ren og indbydende.

Grundet den høje pris og de fem stjerner som er angivet her på booking, kunne der godt være eksempelvis et fjernsyn samt lidt mere nymalet, da der var nogle pletter på både vægge og loft. Derudover var der en del myre inde på værelset.

Beautiful, spacious rooms, lovely pool, very relaxing space. The hammock was a nice added touch.

Very slippery on the tiles, barking dogs through the night.

The rooms were good and clean.

The lady that took care of the house was very unreliable. The place does not have a 24 desk, or even a second pair of linen. We had to beg to get a second towel. No hairdryer, oven, microwave, or iron!!! The house overall is good but extremely poorly managed! We also got bedbugs and the lady said no you are wrong..

Privacy…

No iron and blowdryer..struggled with food unavailability at night, as location was away from everything.
