Nice apartment - close to city and beach

The pictures on the website is for both apartments. So we thougt we should have a teracce but we didnt.

The location was very good. Facilities were good. WiFi was good.

A number of small flies constantly present in bathroom . No English speaking channels on the TV. Neighbours disturbed son's sleep and kept him awake most nights. (Thin walls?)

It was homely & felt safe.

Good sized apartmet, in a good location - just off the centre but near enough, and next to the TRam that takes you the beaches around the city. Diana, the woman who greeted us, was very kind.

Regretable, I was unlucky and had a terrible experience. I was unable to sleep the first (and second) night I was there as there was an awful smell of urine. When I told the people mamaging the apartment, they said they'd had a proble with the air conditioning and the wall was soaked, hence the smell. They came with some spray paint that only served to stain what I had on the night stand. When I told her that the apartment was not fit for rental - certainly not the room as the wall was, after all, mouldy and rotten, they offer no solution, other than offering a refund, but not on the very day we had complained, but the following one, forcing us to sleep there again. When I checked the sofa bed, the matress was about two inches and was stained. We also found a cockroach. The apartment is a renovated old flat, be aware that one has a terrace, the other one does not (small balcony that looks onto backpatios. The photos do not show that a lot of the old features have been merely painted over (kitchen, wardrobes.

Location is good. City centre and etc.

Air conditioning system works very loud, about twice in an hour it really noisy about 10 sec which makes you awake.

Perfect situation of the apartment - everything is very close (center, beach). The flat was very clean and the contact persons very nice and helpful.

Laucation

Large and clean apartment with lots of amenities. Host was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

Welcoming, spacious and immaculate. So handy for everything. Bed was super comfy even for my very tall husband. Super value for money.

Cannot think of anything

Good value for money, large apartment, spotless, very comfy bed and super well located 2 min walking from the old downtown, mall, restaurants etc. The apartment was facing the back of the building so it was very quiet. The host was great

Internet was not very stable. Hope they'll fix this

we were not crazy about their security lock code to get in… often it took 2-3 tries to open the apartment door… more stress than necessary!

Great location. Quiet even though in the city center. Helpful and responsive staff. Spacious apartment. Nice Cafe for breakfast, we loved it.

In general everything was great. What could have been even better are the breakfasts - there is no choice, it is either toast or croissant/ oatcake.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of restaurants nearby. Close to the shopping area too. Diana was there to greet us on arrival and kept in touch if we needed anything throughout our stay.

Such a beautiful apartment! Clean and bright, the location is perfect, close to everything, and great facilities nearby. Supermarket and public transport right nearby. And plenty of restaurants and cafe’s within a 10 minute slow walk! The balcony was perfect, with the sun shining straight onto it from the afternoon. Diana was so friendly, even with our (very) limited Spanish, we managed to laugh and get all the information we needed. Super easy to get in contact with owners through WhatsApp, and very quick to reply. Could not have picked a better accommodation, and would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Nothing, the only problem was that we could not stay longer!

Breakfast across the road was great

it should be described as the breakfast was very simple and all days the same choice.

The noise was unbearable. We couldn't open the windows. Air-Conditioning was smelling a bad smell.

We originally booked 2 days and extended with one extra day! The location is perfect, close to the bus stop to go to the airport and walking distance from really good restaurants and bars. The balcony is lovely to end your day in Alicante. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Contact by with owner by WhatsApp and Nico.
