We had a wonderful stay. The room was much larger than I was expecting and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was an added bonus since the variety of options provided was vast! The staff cooked eggs fresh for you however you liked them served. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Inverness.

The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, excellent parking, property spacious and spotless. Host very professional and friendly. Breakfast was simply amazing from service staff to quality of food. Presentation was excellent. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Lots of supposed 4 and 5 star hotels could learn a lot from this owner and staff.

Nothing it was a perfect stay

Great choice for one night stay before starting our NC500 trip. Easy to get on the road as well as to Inverness city centre. Ample safe parking. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. All staff and especially breakfast staff (elderly gentleman) super friendly and so quick to serve, great energy and felt very well looked after. Thank you!

Bathroom could do with a slight deep clean and some decor on the walls to make it cosier, but it feels brand new, so probably coming soon

An awesome property. The best bed ever. Very large bathroom and lounge area. Very clean and quick to respond. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und geschmackvoll, Parken war kein Problem, das Frühstück lecker und vor allem die Kommunikation mit Iggy sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Im (sehr schönen) Bad gab es keine praktische Aufbewahrung für feuchte Handtücher; die einzigen auffindbaren Steckdosen waren auf Bodenhöhe, ohne Ablagebrett o.ä. Für das Handy…

Isolation plus que minime, les murs doivent être en carton ! Une nuit infernale dû aux clients du dessus qui avaient décidés de faire allers et retours dans leur chambre en tapant des pieds entre 10 pm et 1.30 AM, malgré notre demande de calme à minuit... Si vous avez le sommeil léger je vous le déconseille

Out of town, car necessary for transport, room good but needs interior designer input, felt impersonable.

We booked for six and thought breakfast was included for all, but evidently not for separate apartment. This should be clear in booking. Also, thought in description there was a washing machine, which was not available.

Sehr netter Empfang von Grandfather Max. Frühstück war alles da, Eier konnte man sich bestellen, Yoghurt und Obst, Schinken und Käse, und vieles mehr. Wir haben Ausflug zum Loch Ness und Urquhart Castle gemacht, sowie in die Innenstadt von Inverness. Mein Highlight war die Buchhandlung in einer ehemaligen Kirche. Alles bestens!

Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet because it was set back from the street.

Nothing honestly. Very underwhelming.

Poor communication. No one available when we arrived to check in so was wandering around trying to figure it out. Phone number on page does not work. No hangers in closet. TV in room didn’t work. Overall experience was very mediocre and not worth the cost.

O café da manhã era farto e saboroso e o proprietário Max muito simpático e prestativo. Ele faz a diferença do hotel.

Nosso banheiro estava com o ralo do chuveiro entupido ( vazão muito lenta). Reclamamos, melhorou mas o problema não foi resolvido. A cadeira/poltrona do quarto não tem mais estofamento, impossível sentar nela. Meu quarto era o.n° 2.

Everything! Max & Angela were excellent hosts & we believe they were only helping out at a family members B&B!! Breakfast was wonderful with great choice of hot & cold foods. We were incredibly well looked after - nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing we didn't like. Minor item - Outside door to Bedroom 1 a bit sticky & toilet seat in the en-suite takes you on an unexpected journey 😂 Minor seat adjustment needed please.

Excellent new property. We had room 10. Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable super King bed and a balcony. Excellent service, clean towels every day. Very good breakfast and Angela and Max very welcoming and friendly and provide a great breakfast very efficiently. We would definitely recommend this for a stay in Inverness.
