We loved the quirky decor, the privacy as well the eccentric vibe

Characterful property with touch of “ shabby chic”. Comfortable lounge and bedroom.
No tv and no cooking facilities except for microwave but several eateries nearby like the Karoo Lodge and Karoo Art Hotel .

Super easy check-in. All the information was provided in a handy message and it was easy enough to get into the property on the date of arrival. The house is so cute and cozy. The stay is complete with a few drinks in the fridge and the tea and coffee provided. The host is kind and quick to reply. The bed is big and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!

We were met by Dean who took us to the property. Dean's care of us was EXCEPTIONAL. He realized that Michael could not easily navigate the steps up to Karroo Moon House and helped us on numerous occasions. This was due to the wet conditions and the uneven stairs and stepping stones.
As South African Old Age Pensioners, we would have liked to have had a pensioners rate.
On the web site I would like to be able to change the dates of the booking without paying for it.

Good quality coffee and juice were unexpected but much appreciated by us! Very comfortable beds and bedding with lovely towels and excellent easily accesible shower! Books and magazines for reading made me want to stay longer to try some of the many possible spots for relaxing in and around the house!

Everything about the cottage was exceptional. Great bed, fantastic shower, enough wood for braai and fireplace. Beautiful and comfortable furniture and decor. Neat as a pin and thoughtful gifts.

We liked everything anout this place, specialy the fireplace. Enjoyed quality coffee and rusk at the fireplace, good quality matras, bedding and towels that made the stay so much relaxing.
This is a very nice cozy place for a romantic getaway and we had a good rest.

The accommodation is fantastic. The owners thought of everything. It is super clean with lovely bedding and towels. Cute coffee station with Nespresso machine and pods. Fridge was also stocked with milk and fresh juices. The braai area is also a plus - wood and firelighters and matches were provided (very thoughtful). There is also an inverter for the WiFi. We unfortunately only spent a night as we were doing a Route 62 road-trip - would have LOVED to stay a few nights longer. Would highly recommend.

The style and decor is unique and welcoming. Hassle free self check in with digital unlocking. The room was comprehensively equipped.
The front facade security doors would move and shudder in the wind. They require a better latching method to retain them when open in windy weather.

Such a lovely, clean, and comfortable stay. Thanks for the rusks/popcorn/firelighters/juices..it just added that special touch! The inverters were a life saver during loadshedding. Highly recommend this listing
