No le falta detalle, hemos ido tres parejas y teníamos hasta tres baños, aire acondicionado en toda la casa, porchecito y terraza, la verdad esque en la terraza faltaría un toldo, pero vamos que en general muy bien.

Big, comfortable town house and fantastic location with just a short stroll to the beach or old town. Well equipped for self catering and a huge south facing terrace for sun bathing. Our host Jose waited for our arrival, even though we had an eight hour flight delay, to show us the workings of the property and hand over the keys. Thankyou Jose from Terry and Jenny.

Really well placed house, a few minutes walk from the Balcony and Burrijana beach. The house was clean and all the facilities worked well. On street parking is difficult but there is a garage integral to the house (and you can get another if you ask the owner in advance). We would be really pleased to come back next year and thoroughly recommend for families. Thank you Juan

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung für einen Urlaub. Zum Strand 10 Min. ebenso zum Balkon Europa . Der Weg vom Strand zurück leider sehr steil. Aber es hat uns sonst sehr gut gefallen wir werden wiederkommen.

Het huis van dhr. Perez ligt centraal t.o.v. Strand, supermarktje, bakker en centrum. Het contact verliep goed en snel. Nerja is een super gezellige plaats met mooi Burriana strand, gezellige straatjes vol restaurantjes en winkels. Wij gaan zeker nog s terug en zullen dan dit huis in gedachten houden!!!

L’appartamento si trova in ottima posizione a Nerja, 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Burriana e 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e balcone d’Europa; nei dintorni della casa, supermarket, negozi, bar.Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e accogliente, comunicazione con lui rapida e efficiente.

We are a family consisting of 6 adults and three children all under3 years of age. We visit nerja every year for a family holiday together. This was our first visit to this property but found it good value for money. The owners communication was prompt and even met us on arrival at midnight. The parador area is a great location being close to burriana and yet the balcon is only a short walk away. The best part of the house are the large balcony's ..... upstairs and down, were we spent most of our time. Bedrooms are a good size with two bathrooms. The bedroom downstairs has the toilet adjacent. Good Standard free wifi in house. All in all a lovely stay and would use this property again.

This house is lovely and far bigger and better than the pictures suggest. It's in a great location, 5 minute walk to Burriana beach and 5 minute walk into town. Would love to stay again if ever in Nerja

This house was comfortable and suited us as a group of seven females. Communication with the owner was excellent always responded within a couple of hours. Very closed to Burriana beach, the Balcon , shops and very good choice of restaurants all nearby. Nerja is a beautiful place and would recommend doing the trekking on the Chillar river. Will come back and would recommend this house, my only critique would be only having one set of keys for a large group as we all like doing different things, it would be useful having two set of keys but we managed with one set. My family and I have previously stayed out of town in the Nerja region so being in town was a first for us. Contact with Jose was prompt and questions before booking were answered accurately giving us the assurance that the property was what we were after. Information prior to arrival and address details were provided in good time so that we were able to plan our journey and give Jose an accurate time for our arrival. We were met by Jose at the property and were shown where everything was and how everything worked. The Garage facility is excellent for the area as the garage complex is under the buildings with a private garage integrated at the rear of the property. The remainder of the property was just what we wanted, however our view is that it was better that we expected from the description. Kitchen facilities were more than sufficient, there was nothing that we needed that was not there. Bedrooms were a good size, quiet, with comfortable beds. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach. No worries about driving or parking. The town centre is a 10 minute walk with good viewpoints on the way. There are ample supermarkets in the area, however we found a local butcher, fishmonger, and grocery store just a few minutes walk from the property. The location was a lot quieter that we expected and with no barking dogs I would fully recommend this property and will very likely book again Gary, Dawn, & George Hull. UK

Sehr netter Vermieter, Sonderwünsche bezüglich check in und check out waren kein Problem. Viel Platz, ruhige Nachbarschaft, leider eine Baustelle gegenüber. Wir würden wieder kommen, die Lage ist ideal und die Terrassen schön groß und sonnig. Die Garage ist für einen großen Mietwagen nur bedingt geeignet. Danke an Jose für einen schönen Aufenthalt

Einfache Möblierung, aber alles in gutem Zustand. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist die fussläufige Entfernung ins Städtchen und zum Burriana.

Eine geräumige, großzügig angelegte Wohnung an einem schönen Ort. Mit kurzen Wegen zu Strand, Innenstadt und Geschäften. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Can be recommended for other families with children (and certainly also people without children). We were two families with 5 children from 10 - 17 years. We loved our stay. It was important for us that we could use the pool nearby. Very nice owner!

Haus in schönem Viertel unweit von Strand und Städtchen. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen, Einrichtung gradlinig und funktionell. Küche gut ausgestattet.
