Our family vacation in Naples ny was absolutely everything that you would expect in a vacation. There was activities for everyone every day. We will be back

Had a wonderful time at the Naples farm. Place was very clean and all furnishings were in great condition. No need to bring anything extra besides food and clothes since there was plenty of plates, paper towels, tp, towels... Kids loved playing in the pool and around the property. Spent a day at Grimes Glen and visited some wineries on the way in and out. Lots of fun. Hope to return soon!

The perfect house for the perfect Thanksgiving with our big family! This house had everything we needed and then some! And it was so well stocked and oh so clean!

Very relaxing and warm family vacation spot for all ages

We rented this home for a group of extended family -- adults and kids from 8 to 18. There was lots of room for them to roam without worrying about noise disturbing neighbors. We enjoyed the basketball hoop and fire pit. The pool was fun for the younger kids but an adult who wanted to swim for exercise would be very disappointed. The kitchen was very well supplied. Plenty of room for all but the upstairs bedrooms were very hot at night -- the AC didn't seem to reach them at all. We are familar with the area and took a number of hikes.

A great place for a family get together. Lots of room for kids to roam without worrying about disturbing neighbors. Kids of all ages enjoyed the pool, basketball hoop, & fire pit. Kitchen was very well supplied. The only issue was that the second floor bedrooms were very hot at night -- the AC didn't seem to reach them.

Not sure the owners could have done anything about this, but it truly limited our time outside. 2. One of the showers was not working and could not be repaired during our stay. We made it work, but it was disappointing when you a large group. Overall we were happy and would recommend.

My family and I had a great stay at this house. It was clean, lovely and had everything we needed. The owner is very kind and helpful. She even dropped off a high chair for my sister in law to use for my nephew. I’d recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area. We’d definitely book again.

Lots of room to roam in the spacious yard. Our grandchildren were so thrilled to have a slide and a swing set, and we could let them roam about on the property safely. Spacious house was fully stocked with everything you could think of that would be needed during your stay as well as pool floats & outdoor games. We loved the pool, deck and hung out quite a bit on the paved area in front of the barn. We stayed in July so the upstairs bedrooms were quite hot at night, but no one complained. The upstairs rooms were provided with a fan so this helped move the air. The front porch is screened in and a great place to hang out in the morning and when the mosquitos came out at night. We used the grills which were great (griddle & propane). Tub upstairs is a big claw tub and was only able to be used as a tub since the shower portion was malfunctioning. Shower downstairs was perfect an was used by all of us with some creative scheduling. The washer & dryer was awesome and all supplies for this was stocked. Hazlitt Winery & Hollerhorn Distillery were cool places to visit and are 3-5 mins away. Mary was great to work with and responded as we needed in a timely fashion.

Fantastic place to go for some R & R and still be close to dining and whatever your local shopping needs are. Beautiful scenery and huge lot!

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grape Escape. We all felt like we were at grandma’s house for the holidays. A wonderful way for our family to gather for Christmas. We appreciated the Christmas decorations and tree for our celebration. We had fun making paper snowflakes to decorate it. The bottle of wine to greet us was appreciated as were the extra supplies in the kitchen and bath. Plenty of towels and bed linens. I know the king bed was very comfy and no one complained in the other rooms so I assume they were comfortable as well. We Enjoyed having a washer and dryer and new kitchen appliances. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. It was a wonderful holiday!

Our group loved having a weekend in the house that our Great Grandparents lived in for over 50 years. Memories were shared to the young family members who were able to experience the fun we had.

This house is at the end of a dead end street which makes for delightful privacy. Lots of room to roam in the spacious yard. Loved the pool, deck and hung out quite a bit on the paved area in front of the barn. Stars at night were just gorgeous! The house fit our needs perfectly, had such a charm about it. We stayed in the heat of the summer so the upstairs bedrooms were quite hot at night, other than that the house was a great fit for our family of 10 and our dogs.

Spacious house fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies as well as pool/outdoor floats & games. The front porch is screened in and a great place to relax if it rains. We used the grills which were great (griddle, propane, charcoal & air fryer) - air fryer is attached to grill and requires a plug. We had a long extension cord so it worked by just a note. Tub upstairs is a big claw tub so some may only be able to use as a tub/bath. Shower downstairs was perfect. There is a boat/kayak launch about 5 mins up the street if you have your own. Moore Winery and Hazlitt are 3 mins away. Mary was great to work with and responded as we needed. We will definitely use the house again for future trips!

This house has a soul. It was a very restful and peaceful vacation during the COVID pandemic, a time capsule far from all the madness. The house is full of light and very comfortable. There is plenty of room everywhere to unpack properly and store your things which I greatly appreciated. Also was towels galore, all clean and stacked. For families with young children, there is a pack'n play in one of the closets, and a step, always useful with little ones. There is a shelf with some jigsaw puzzles, a big box of magnet Picasso tiles, chalk. There is also a Blu-ray player in the entertainment unit, where, again, one can store their personal belongings. Our children were so thrilled to have a slide and a swing set, and we could let them roam about on the property safely, knowing there was no danger whatsoever. The house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen came with a full pantry which is always greatly appreciated. The W&D are top of the line and work very well. The village of Naples is mostly Victorian and well maintained, everyone we met was kind and friendly. Lot's of trails and parks in short distances, with different levels of hike difficulties. Basically, if you are looking for a beautiful home in a semi-country, semi-village place, this is for you. We will definitely rent this house again!
