Bonne situation de l'hôtel. Personnel accueillant. Chambre propre.

Appartement très bruyant donnant sur route passante, juste au dessus d'un bar de nuit avec musique et ambiance jusqu'à plus de minuit et dès 8 heures le matin des cars stationnent moteur tournant. Nous pensions avoir réservé côté piscine d'après les photos. Simple vitrage avec porte fenêtre ne fermant pas bien rideaux occultant trop courts. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui a été possible mais pour 17 euros en supplément par nuit.

- No es un hotel, ni apartahotel, es una comunidad de vecinos: de los cuales unas habitaciones son propiedad y otras no y eso en fin de semana se notaba en la piscina. - No hay cafetería, ni animación. Sólo el "bar" de la piscina que funciona de 10 a 18 hrs. - El desayuno: tipo buffet, no es caro pero monótono, repetitivo, baja calidad y enfocado al turista extranjero. - Piscina: tiene muchas zonas sin los azulejos en las cuales hay musgo y se resbala. - Habitación: antigua sin mantenimiento. Nos tocó un plato de ducha y cuando te duchabas llegaba el agua al pasillo porque el encintado está ya muy gastado. Nos encontramos alguna cucaracha. - Zona muy complicada para aparcar.

Was never up in time for breakfast as it stopped at 10 a.m. Location was very good

The bar is still closed we couldn't figure out why and none of the staff could give a reason. We were there pre Covid and very much enjoyed the bar as we met other guests there and got to know people. Also dinner was no longer served at the hotel which we also missed and there was no lunch served at the pool.

The hotel is amazing, views are impressive, literally ones of the best in my life. The stuff was really friendly and helped me to figure out things with public transport. I really enjoyed staying here, gonna come back!

I wish there were some more details as shower gel, iron in the room and a hair drier, but still it was good value for money.

The staff were excellent.

The extra bed was not acceptable as a bed for an adult which is what we booked for.

They upgraded our room to pool view.

We wanted to stay two more nights, then we asked at reception and the woman called Yurena told us that we needed to call a Spain number to be able to extend our stay. What?? Then I called the number and they told me that it was ok for one night but I needed to talk again in the reception and I told the woman on the telephone if she could talk with her colleague in order to get the arrangement cos it was so complicated (time consuming), we were in a hurry we couldn’t wait too long. When we came back we asked to pay for the next night (the one that they supposed booked for us) the guy at the reception said that it was nothing available for us.

The staff were so nice, the beds good, showers very hot and with lots of pressure. The grounds were beautiful.

Didn't give any dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. We were facing the parking lot and there was noise at night from the club across the way, but not horrible. The windows didn't do anything to keep the cold out, but at least there were extra blankets.

Very tired and dated in serious need of remodeling. The 1st room given to us was above a noisy bar and the street noise was also bad. That said we asked for a room change to a quieter one and the lovely lady on reception was very obliging so the next nights we got some good sleep.

the junior suite was super nice it had almost everything you need, the internet speed is super good and suitable for work, and the staff is nice as well.

we tried to extend our stay in the junior suite but it wasn’t available so we got a normal one and that’s a whole other thing the room and beds are old and not maintained well tbh was super bad experience in the other suite, also we forgot a headphones in the room during checkout and when we went back to ask about it a few hours later they said they didn’t find it, so check the room carefully before leaving because if you forgot something you will not have it back

some guests slamming doors, pool area is grass should be concrete, too many trees in pool area blocking a lot of the sun unless you get a good spot early.

you have to wash the dishes yourself and that I found as a surprise! they only change your towels and bed. it is also a bit noisy but not much.
