My son had his bachelor party here! Great house with plenty of room. It was a 10 minute drive to downown Nashville and right off the expressway. My son and his friends raved about the accomodations and said they would rent again without hesitation. The area is not highly desirable but the closeness to downtown Nashville and the accomodations make it worth it. Gavin was easy to work with and responded within minutes to questions and concerns. The check in and check out process was as easy as can be.

We walked in to this immaculate house. It was super clean and had all the amenities that were described on VRBO. The only issue we had was the bottom freezer door would not shut all the way. Big chunk of ice in the bottom. They were getting it repaired on that following Tuesday. I had messaged the host about the issue and he responded right away. The host always responded to my messages if I had any issues or questions. I would highly recommend this house. The location to main drag was really close. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to everything, and very nice. Enough room for everyone in my group to hangout either out on the deck or in the living room/kitchen area. 10/10 recommend!

Gavin was easy to get ahold of when we needed help with things. House was nice and looks like the pictures. Only thing I'd say the bunk bed might not be a good choice for an adult to sleep on..we ended up using the couch in main bedroom for an extra bed. Great location and easy to get to from interstate and downtown. My group had a great time and so many memories were made!

Overall, our stay was good. We did have some issues with the air upstairs but someone came to fix it the first night. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the place did the job.

We stayed here in a group of 10 in April for a bachelorette party, and it was the perfect place for us! Great areas for gathering, eating, decorating. Plenty of space to store food. Everyone had room to chill or hang out.

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and it was super clean and spacious for all of us. It is only 10ish minutes from all the best spots (including Broadway). Definitely would stay here again if we come back in town!!!

My husband and I stayed here for Christmas and the house was adorable. Right off the freeway made for easy access to and from anywhere. Whether we went for a bite to eat, or went downtown, we were always under a 10 minute drive. We did end up getting a rental car and I do agree with similar reviews about the gate. It wasn't impossible to open, but it was more of a hassle to open and close then it should be. Would also agree with the safety aspect of having another ring doorbell with keypad access on the back door/patio. We arrived when it was already dark out, and being in a strange neighborhood we didn't know and having to walk to the front was a little concern of ours. There was a lot that we could park at towards the front of the house.. But having the rental car we definitely wanted it parked behind the gate. Other than those minor suggestions, everything was perfect and we would 100% stay here again. We had a small damage claim and Gavin helped us understand what it was for. He had pictures and was very understanding with a quick response to our questions and concerns about it. Our damage insurance we purchased covered anything so there were no issues there. If you're looking for a cozy, affordable, and convenient place to stay THIS IS THE ONE!

This place was amazing, clean and great location

Nice appliances, like the layout. Plenty of room for our 6 adults. At the same time, there were a few things in need of repair - upstairs bunkbed rail was broken with a jury-rigged repair. Downstairs a couple of walls could use a little filler and paint. Didn't adversely affect our stay, and overall we were very happy with the rental.

Got there and it was just as we expected. Nice and roomy. We would definitely come back to stay again.

The house itself was nice. Downstairs shower doesn’t drain and water pressure isn’t good. The gate to the back yard doesn’t lock, anyone could get in if they wanted to. It’s not located in a safe neighborhood. I came with a group of girls and while we were at the gas station right down the road, we were warned to not come back there alone or at night because it wouldn’t be safe for us. That’s not the owners fault, just wish I would’ve known that before hand.

We arrived to find that the back gate was warped and very challenging to open and close, which is an important component of security to be able to park our vehicle inside. When we went inside the house, the refrigerator was dirty, the sheets were stained in several rooms, and the couch was deformed and also dirty. We never got to use YouTube TV because no one wanted to sit on the couch. We ended up having to clean the entire refrigerator, kitchen, and several bedding items. I wondered during my stay what the owner had used the money I paid for cleaning and COVID19 preparations. It looked like no one had been in the house to prepare for our arrival. We left two days early it was such as disappointment. We tried to talk to the owner about the gate and wanted to tell the rest, but he was not listening and rambled on about the front door which was never at issue nor mentioned. I would not recommend this place at all.

There was so much room here - my group of friends had plenty of space to hang out and sleep while we were at the location. It was clean, in a convenient location, and the owner was great to communicate with. He's extremely helpful with whatever you may need.

The house was just the right size for 5 adults. Cute and located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Broadway, only an hour ride north to Mammoth Cave or south to Lynchburg.
