Apartment was in a great location near north gate. It was clean and had all we needed. Important to note that the dryer was not working properly (was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes) so we had to hang dry our items. Communication with host was great.

This apartment was so nice and conveniently located to all the major sites. The owners were bery welcoming upon arrival. I would stay here again next time in Rome

We enjoyed the most amazing time at the Oca apartment! My husband and I and our four adult children stayed here for three nights. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed! The primary bath is like a spa! The location is excellent with great restaurants just a few steps away. We walked to the Vatican from here and to many other sites. I would highly recommend staying at this property. In fact, if we are lucky enough to return to Rome, this is where we will stay again! Thank you to Edoardo, who is an amazing owner/manager of the property. He is highly responsive and can answer any question you might have!

Edoardo went above and beyond for our stay. Probably the best host we’ve ever experienced. Extremely helpful & made our stay as smooth as possible. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. We loved the location by Piazza del Popolo, very close to all the attractions in Rome. Great restaurants nearby. Edoardo was a great host! Very easy to contact and helpful.

This apartment was the perfect place for us to stay with our 3 adult children and 5 yr old grandchild. The apartment was clean and spacious and really well located. We really appreciated having a kitchen that was fully stocked so we could easily make our own breakfast. Eduoardo was very responsive and arranged airport transfers, and also stocked the refrigerator before we came , which was a big help as we were flying into Rome from various countries and only had one day there. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location! Apartment was as advertised, it easily fit our family of six (one on the sleeper sofa), and it was quiet. Edoardo was extremely professional and responded every time we needed something throughout the entire process. Wow what an amazing apartment, great location with walking distance to almost everything. The property manager Edoardo was amazing, he was there on arrival and assisted us with baggage and check in and also was there early on departure day to do the same. We coordinated transport via him and it was top notch on time and great price for a group of 6 in a MB Van (taxis are small in Italy). We loved the place and will defiantly stay there again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely apartment just as shown in photos. Location was great just off of the Piazza del Popolo. Close to all the sites and could walk everywhere in a half hour or less. Lots of good restaurants very close by. Edoardo, the property manager was also fantastic.

Great apartment in the heart of Rome, Edoardo was a great host and helped with car service, suggestions for tours. Was a perfect week with my family and my 82-year old mother!

Everything was as described. The apartment is well-appointed, spotless, modern appliances and comforts and yet beautiful old-world details. It’s very convenient, pretty quiet except for typical street noises (5th floor/elevator helps). It’s convenient to restaurants, market and taxi stand. Eduordo was very helpful with recommendations and transfers. We especially appreciated several electric adaptors, good Wi-Fi and AC. We would come back.

A wonderful place to stay while in Rome! The neighborhood is fantastic as you are in piazza del Popolo with nice restaurants everywhere. The Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and Pantheon are within walking distance. Edoardo was an excellent host! He made our stay most enjoyable and was easily reached both through the app and WhatsApp. The apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures — no surprises — and having air conditioning in each room was a plus especially during the hot summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again soon.

Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment and everything was wonderful! The location is perfect and a close ( under 30 min) walk to any of the sites you may want to see. We either walked or used the taxi stand right outside the apartment in the square. We walked to every dinner and ate at some amazing restaurants just right around the corner from the apartment. Eduardo booked our transfers to and from the airport. The Apartment was very clean and so comfortable. We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Rome!:)

Great location for our family and beautiful apartment. The location is fantastic with a short walk to many things (under 10 minutes) and a medium (20-25 minute) walk to nearly everything else you might want to see in Rome. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Rome.

All-around an excellent experience and accommodation. We were four adults and two small children and the three bedrooms and two baths worked out very well for us. There’s also a living room and a kitchen with updated appliance as well as a washer and dryer. Working with the owner Edoardo was a pleasure he was very accommodating. The location was very good for us close to the Piazza del Popolo and a short walking distance to the Spanish steps

Good size apartment with private master bedroom suite with large bathroom and closet. Also two smaller bedrooms sharing one bathroom. There is a living room and an eat-in kitchen fully equipped. There are separate air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room, which really helped during the hot weather. So-worked well. Washer and dryer included on the balcony -very convenient. Tiny old elevator but works great. Great location close to Spanish Steps, Piazza Del Popolo and via Del Corso. The owner Edoardo was most accommodating!!

This is a great property! Very centrally located; easy access to taxis; within walking distance to MANY popular sites; lovely appointments; large master bedroom and bathroom; 2 additional bedrooms with a shared large bathroom. Eduardo couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged transportation from the airport and back to the airport for us. He met us at the apartment and let us check in early, which was really nice after an overnight flight from the states. There are maps and books about Rome in the apartment and the kitchen is adequate to cook in, although we didn’t cook. There were 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for us and we had plenty of privacy. The apartment is located near restaurants and small convenience stores so that you can get supplies. There is enough shampoo and body wash for a couple of days, but if you are staying longer than that, bring your own or just get some at the store down the street. This was probably one of the best places we’ve stayed in Rome. It was centrally located enough, but still quiet enough. And, there is air conditioning which makes it nice if it’s warm. There is a small lift and it is quite a hike up the stairs if you don’t want to take the lift. We didn’t mind - good way to work off all the great food we ate. We’d most definitely choose this apartment again. Thanks so much for making our trip even nicer!

Our stay Rione IV Campo Marzio can only be described as 5 Stars. First, the location is unbeatable. It is quiet for sleeping but filled with wonderful restaurants and serves as a great access point to walk anywhere. Second, Edoardo covers every detail necessary for a comfortable stay. He coordinated transportation and his restaurant recommendations were all outstanding and memorable. This property provided us with more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable during our amazing stay in Rome. We thank you!

Beautiful and clean apartment. Great location just a few steps from a piazza where we could easily get a taxi. A five minute walk to fabulous shops and restaurants. We loved having three bedrooms and it was plenty of space for a family of four. Great responsive host.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect if you are looking to be within walking distance of most attractions and shopping. Restaurants nearby recommend by owner where great and their is also a nearby convenient store and pharmacy. We were a party of five with teenage kids and one of the great things with this apartment is the space. All rooms are very spacious and the master closet and bathroom is very large as pictured. The owner was very available and communicative at all times. Great experience overall! Would rent property again!

Even the apartment is located very central it was in the quite area. We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was in the walk distance, and we did not use our car at all! Very high recommender for stay with kids, or with a group of 6!

This apartment exceeded our expectations In every way. The next time I visit Rome, I will definitely stay here again. Everything about our stay was perfect: from the check-in, to the quality and cleanliness of the room, the location, the working elevator (perfect for luggage). Eduardo is an amazing host, always available for questions and advice (he assisted us with our luggage, suggested a few amazing restaurants, and booked transportation for us). My family and I (ages 11 - 76) really enjoyed our stay. The AC works extremely well, as do all of the appliances; the bed linens were high quality, every room is sparkling clean. Being located near Piazza del Popolo makes it super simple for Uber and taxis—even still, the apartment is super quiet at night (one night there was a covid protest at Popolo, another night crowds celebrating a soccer win and we heard nothing from the apartment). It’s a 5 minute walk to P d Spagna, there are a number of grocery stores and pharmacies very nearby. All in all, our state was nothing short of perfection. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone. PS check out the restaurant il Porto di Ripetta down the block. Amazing spot.

As for storage in the master bedroom, I've never seen a better closet in Europe! It was wonderful. The washer and drier are full sized and separate units which work very well. A hair drier was also provided as well as adequate linens. Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own private bedrooms with queen sized beds at the end of our busy days touring. The proprietor was very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with low water pressure in one toilet and he came immediately to look into the situation. He also arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport and to take us back again at the end of our stay. He drove a nice sized van with plenty of room for us and our luggage.And lastly, the location of the apartment was ideal for us. Just off the Piazza del Popolo, we found lovely restaurants, shopping, banks, markets and a metro within a five minute walk or less. Even so near the activity, the apartment was very quiet, even on New Year's Eve (except for a few fireworks right at midnight, which was lovely).My family would very happily stay at Municipio 1 again. We tossed our coins into the Trevi Fountain to ensure another visit to Rome in the future, so hopefully we will have the opportunity.

We stayed at this property for our Christmas Holidays. Traveling from NY to Rome. This was a much better option than a hotel for a family of 4. We were all together, yet we had our own beautiful rooms. We were worried as this was our first international VRBO, and thought the pictures may not represent the actual accommodations. However, in this case THE PICTURES did NOT lie! The accommodations were updated, beautiful and elegant. We were very comfortable, having our own rooms, kitchen and lounging area. Simply beautiful! If that is not enough of a recommendation, working with Eduardo was an absolute pleasure. Eduardo was incredibly responsive to any and all of our questions with regard to what to bring (i.e. hand held blow/hair dryer was in room, linens, etc.). It was all there! He also arranged for transfers to and from the airport for us which were on time and reliable. This was an amazing location where we could walk to every tourist and local attraction. One word will sum up our vacation at this location and the staff -- particularly Eduardo. PERFECT! Highly recommend and we will be back.
