Excellent location in the heart of Grassington. Perfect spot to explore surrounding towns. Lovely cottage with parking. Everything you need just beware the steep stairs and bathroom on different level to bedroom.

Such a gem in the heart of a quaint and friendly village. Would absolutely stay again. We felt so at home there.

Very relaxing holiday, no need to use the car once we'd arrived as there are plenty of walks from the door step with numerous pubs and cafés a short walk away.

We had a lovely few days here and loved every minute. The apartment was in a perfect spot in the village and great walks right on your doorstep. The property was very clean and smelled lovely and fresh. We enjoyed the muffins and biscuits too when we arrived, thank you! We will definately be returning very soon. It was the relaxing break we really needed. One thing we did notice was on the property details it mentioned a tumble dryer and slow cooker in the utility room but we didn't see them in there. It didn't make any difference to our stay though. Thank you once again. Dawn and Andy xx

This property is perfectly located, right in the heart of the village - everything is at your doorstep, including some outstanding walks, convenient bus services, and a small local grocery. Property was extremely clean, communication with owners was easy and professional. Highly recommend!

Fern House is the perfect place to holiday. It was very clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay in beautiful Grassington. The accommodation is right in the middle of the village so convient for all pubs, cafes etc. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a wonderful break

Great little place to stay and great location

Superb location bang in the middle of the village with your own parking but really peaceful. Lovely apartment in need of a little lick of paint but really clean and we’ll appointed for all the amenities in grassington

What a beautiful little village grassington is. We had a lovely adventure holiday with our 8 year old daughter and 2 dogs. Some spectacular walks! The location of the apartment is just perfect! Couldn’t be a be a better spot in the village. We had everything we needed and the game selection was top tier! The shower was pretty good too!👌🏼 Thank you so much!

Excellent location, with private parking space. Very comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space. Superb shower. Kitchen and lounge both very pleasant rooms with plenty of light from the large windows at the front of the property. Have stayed here before and would again.

The flat suited us very well for our self-catering week in the Dales. The lounge/diner, main bedroom and bathroom are spacious - the shower is also roomy and very good. The kitchen is compact - not easy when you enjoy sharing the cooking - but has everything you need. Having a private parking space is a real plus. The vehicular entrance into the Fold needs to be negotiated carefully (don't come in an unusually wide car) but is fine. The location, right in the middle of the village, is perfect for village facilities and for walking out to the countryside. We had the added excitement of watching a TV crew filming the Xmas edition of "All Creatures..." -in June!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we required. Bed extremely comfortable. Very warm and cosy after a days walking. Parking space is a definite bonus. Would definitely stay again.

This was a very comfortable and compact apartment right in the centre of Grassington. Bed in master bedroom extremely large and comfortable. Would have been plenty big enough for us had our 21 year old son chosen to join us. As it was two of us had loads of space. Lots of pretty steep stairs so not for those with mobility issues.

We had a lovely meal at Grassington House the food was lovely. The owner of the property was very helpful and prompt with his replies. There are some lovely walks on your doorstep and Malham was as beautiful as I remember.

We rented this cottage for 4 nights. Well equipped accommodation in good condition. Located in a lovely village and has good access to all of the Dales. Please note the stairs are narrow and steep, but to be expected in a cottage.

We really enjoyed our few days in Grassington. Lots to see and do in the local area. The apartment was great, well stocked and in good condition. Would definitely recommend this property and have no hesitation in staying their again ourselves

Property is in an ideal location, cafes and pubs just a short walk away, plenty of country walks starting just outside the door. The parking spot is a real bonus too. The rooms themselves are very spacious, kitchen has all you need and we used both sitting rooms, The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty wardrobe space. The rainfall shower in the bathroom was a joy. This was our second visit to Fern House and we will certainly be back.
