Host was super responsive and clear with check in instructions.
Property was exactly as described, had plenty of cooking utensils for a proper meal.
A lovely holiday home and would recommend for big groups, plenty of space for all 7 of us

The place was clean and very tidy, but when we arrived no water as it had been off due to leek but owner very prompt with getting back to us. The home needs updating especially the kitchen and bathroom upstairs. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable but as a family getaway I guess it passes. I'm just used to a little more comfort and I did not think the pictures gave the right impression.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, loved walking down to the bay and driving to nearby spots.

The house is unexpectedly beautiful and clean with mostly everything provided in the kitchen to the bathroom needs ( shampoo, soap and towels and toilet paper). There is lots of room for our group of 11 with children. Location is accessible and close to beach, shops, church and other amenities.

Amazing location which is so close to everything, driving and walking distance! Nice quiet neighbourhood. Spacious home that fit 7 adults comfortably. Dog friendly which is the biggest positive

Had a lovely one night stay at this property. Amenities were nice and as described. Owners were easy to communicate with and accommodating when we needed to change the booking a few times due to Covid.

The house was clean, had lots of space for recreation - living room, basement with ping pong table, backyard etc. it was a close walk to the beach too!

Great for families and small groups
Comfortable and well located. Clean. Good size back yard with fencing and BBQ / outdoor dining. Native birds visiting every day. Comfortable beds. Close to Dutchie's Beach and very nice walks along waterfront to Nelson Bay. Seamless contact-free arrival. Great WiFi and 2 TV areas. Excellent communication with Chelsea.

The fan located at the playroom is too noisy, it becomes obvious at night when everyone is asleep. Other than the noisy fan, the place is clean. Basic pantry condiments and kitchen appliances are provided.

Mums 80th Bday
This was excellent for mums 80the bday weekend. We really enjoyed having lots of room & Chelsea provided all the little extras to make it feel very homely indeed. Will be recommending this to all my family & friends

Good location and space
The house was good for what we needed as a large group needing a one night stay. Fans in all bedrooms would be recommended. Owner was excellent with communication and I would happily deal with them again.

It was everything we were hoping for - house was spacious, clean, well-maintained, conveniently located, and it had the facilities and furnitures we needed for a family-friendly weekend getaway. We had a great stay.

Great Getaway Place
Its a perfect place for a getaway with some friends. We found it really clean when we got there. My favorite thing about the place is the french doors to the balcony.
Beach is only a 7min walk away. I would stay here again!
