The property was exactly like it was listed. The views are amazing from the patio seating and the bedroom windows. Very conveniently located and an easy check in process. Very secure. We had trouble with the microwave not heating and contacted the host and she arranged for a new one that was delivered first thing the next morning, excellent customer service.

The condo was amazing! It was seconds from the beach and the pictures were exact! The built in A/C system was freezing but felt great after a hot day outside. One of the beach chairs was broken so we couldn’t carry it very well and the cooler had a broken handle but everything else was great! We will be back!

Our stay was amazing. Everything was perfect. Beatrice checked on us to see if we needed anything to which we didn’t need anything because everything was just right, we felt at home but only it was Paradise. We will be back and we will be using her condos again! Gah, we are going to miss this island! Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon that we will never forget!

We lived staying at the Marbella del Caribe in Isla Verde! It definitely has the best beach and located to several great restaurants!

My husband, our college aged son and our six year old all stayed at Marbella del Caribe from July 2- July 9. The check in process was easy, a car rental across the street, many places to dine within walking distance, on the bus route, with many cabs happy to take you on the day trip of your choosing. But the star of the show was the sunset and the sunrise. The beach is clean, the water is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Laundry is available, a small kitchenette for your use, and the A/C cranks- you’ll need it. Do yourself a favor and dine at Metropol up the street. You won’t regret it. We were very comfortable with our king sized bed, our oldest on the pull out couch and the wee one slept on the cot. If we ever come back to San Juan, we will be sure to use a property through this VRBO host. They were so easy to work with!

We really enjoyed out stay. The room, the location the view were all absolutely fabulous. This was our first time in PR and we really enjoyed our stay here. We will be back in the near future.

Clean and safe property in a nice area. Beach is excellent. Clean beach. All sand. No rocks. Great spot to spent the day on the beach. Pool is nice. I would certainly stay again. Also, Beatrice the property manager is a very good communicator and is on top of making certain your stay is troublefree.

Awesome view and beach, great location and very clean for the value. The condo building is old and the sliding door and windows need replacement as well as soon of the kitchen supplies and towels. Enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Right on the beautiful Isla Verde beach with a great view and easy beach access. Apt is lovely with everything we needed, including cooler and beach chairs. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location for enjoying the beach and going to Old San Juan.

This is the best beach and best location in the San Juan area! Very much enjoyed using the balcony in the evenings. Beatrice also provided great recommendations for food and activities in the area.

We enjoyed our stay

People on the beach most of the night, yelling and playing music. It’s sad that there are no time limits. Also, I have rented from VRBO for many years, enjoying the free cancellation. I was disappointed to see that some have changed that policy and do not offer cancellation so make sure and read each rental policy carefully.

I had many red flags regarding my stay at this property. Should have listened to my inside voice sbd canceled immediately. Had problems contacting the host. Upon arrival had many maintenance issues. Property needs upgrading. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The property is used as a money maker due to the view. The host is condescending and for some reason believes she needs to school me in tipping protocol. A resident informed me there have been many complaints. She said that not all apts in the complex aren't so bad. She said some are beautiful This host should visit her rentals to see 1st hand the disaster she is renting. My milestone celebration wasn't all it was supposed to be. The agents that allow her to post this under their sight are complicit in this scheme. Unfortunately I cannot name the property, the host or the sight that their listed in. There is too much to mention. BUYER BEWARE.

The view espectacular, bed and pillows very confortables and shower has handle for security. Communication with host was always available. Condominium has security all the time and measures for COVID are very strict.

Easy check-in, great location right on the beach, close to airport and Old San Juan.

Good location right on Isla Verde beach. Enjoyed being out on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach.

This apartment had a combination of features that made it a truly pleasant stay. The balcony opened up to the living room allowing a fresh ocean breeze in daily. The ceiling fans kept the inside comfortable w/o any need for using the AC. The kitchen was well stocked though I had trouble finding the cutting boards (eventually found one after I bought a couple). The inside was very clean also. The building was centrally located in Isla Verde, so it was easy to get to the supermarket, CVS, Walgreens, and bars and restaurants. Also made it cheap and fast to get to the airport and Old San Juan by taxi. The pool access and laundry room on the ground floor were a nice plus to have on top of beach access right outside the building entrance. Beatrice was pretty quick to follow up on questions we had. Only a couple things to note: I wish the bedroom windows stayed open - I had to prop them open with something. The TV in the living room is on the small side, but I don't think you'll mind because the view of the ocean is what will get your attention!

Honestly, my boyfriend and I have already agreed that we are coming right back here again when we visit Puerto Rico! Rules were easy to follow and clear, great food options around and night life is fun as well! Front desk staff made us laugh upon arriving and feel right at home! So happy I chose this spot, and I promise you will not regret it at all!
