Communication from the owner was excellent. But the people that manage it not so good. We arrived and one of the rooms had not been cleaned or made up! I phoned and to be fair they came and sort of cleaned it and made the bed up. The rest of the property had been cleaned but not thoroughly it was really dusty on fans, under beds etc. The door handle to one of the bedrooms was broken so it couldn't be closed. Just little details like weeds in the front garden rubbish in empty plant pots, cigarette butt's and dirty balconies. The complex is lovely and in a perfect position for sight seeing once we had cleaned it our selves we had a great stay. One last thing the beds are very hard but that's a personal preference thing. Just a little tlc and it would be fab.

The communication with Paula, the owner, was excellent, emails were answered swiftly, keys arrived in plenty of time along with lots of useful information on the property and local maps. My husband and I took our three grandchildren during February half term, and were very pleased with the property. It was spotless, beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, we had some lovely sunny days and the patio and verandas were sun traps. The location was ideal, only about a 10 minute drive into Pafos and about the same to the Tombs of the kings. All 8n all we enjoyed our stay at Paradise Villa and would certainly consider booking again. Thank you Paula.

Just came back from a week at this property. There were two couples so plenty of room. Property is in a great location. Its away from the harbour and nightlife but set in a very quiet location which is about a 10 min walk. We appeared to be the only ones about as the only other people we saw were the pool man and the gardener and of course the cats! Having the pool right outside the back door was great with plenty of room to sunbathe. On the ground floor there is an outside table and chairs, then the first floor has a small balcony off the main bedroom and then a balcony off the top bedroom so ample room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, iron, clothes airer etc. The only thing I took were my kitchen tongs for when I cooked breakfast. We hired a car and parked outside the property each night no problem. Communication from Paula was good and would definitely go back as a great property.

Lovely property , a couple of bulbs were out on arrival but after a quick phone call both were fixed. The property shares a communal pool, had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. Car parking wasn’t a problem , with a couple of shops in walking distance and a bar just around the corner. Would definitely recommend 👍

A very nice villa plenty of room for 6 adults and a 16 month old baby,there was plenty of cooking utensils if you wanted to cook but we ate out or got takeaways lol. Bed really comfortable slept like a log. Plenty of sun loungers to use and also patio table and chairs,a brilliant swimming pool a few yards from the villa Loads of information for things to do and eat out.would have no hesitation of recomend this villa to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our winter holiday in Paphos made perfect by staying in Paradise! Firstly, with many thanks to Paula, the owner, for sharing her spacious house at a great price. She was very patient promptly answering our many questions before booking and responded quickly to our enquiries and in returning the security deposit. We received the keys along with information about the house and directions in good time. There were also travel books, and a great folder containing a wide range of information on Paphos, restaurants, tourist attractions, maps and much more. We loved Paradise Villa particularly for its location. Very peaceful complex, nice & private not overlooked, yet near to bus stop for buses to harbour or old town, great farmhouse shop stocking fresh fruit (try the dragon fruit if in season) & veg and groceries at a competitive price, and Pambi diner open all hours offering good food. 20 minute walk to harbour, restaurants and beaches. There is also a new gym nearby which will soon be opening an indoor pool. Paphiakos animal shelter was also nearby, if you like animals do visit. House itself is very spacious, and the balconies a great suntrap, capturing the winter sun, with views over fields. We loved sitting on the terrace too listening to the frogs croaking in the nearby stream. UK TV with a catch up channel was a useful bonus for the chilly winter evenings. Lots of useful labels for light switches, oven and washing machine etc, and really well equipped with cooking utensils, good quality saucepans and even baking equipment. A real home from home with everything you need thoughtfully provided. Thank you.

Beautiful villa in a great location. The villa was clean with a well maintained pool and outside area. Everything was as described and there was so much information provided. The booking was easy with good communication and we would love to return

Second holiday in Paphos and couldn't have had a better place to stay. Great location with amenities close by. The villa had everything we could have wished for with a beautiful pool and spacious living areas.

Lovely villa with a great swimming pool just feet from the terrace. Quiet location but short stroll from main tourist area and harbour. Great supermarket and restaurant just 2 minutes walk. Would definitely stay here again when in Cyprus.

We had a great time! Beautiful villa with everything you could ask for including a roof terrace off of the master bedroom which you can just stare at the stars for hours from. The Villa is situated in the heart of everything in Paphos and a stones throw from Coral bay and all the attractions that has to offer. The pool was lovely and warm and a good size! Before our stay, the owner sent us the keys with a covering letter with everything you could wish to know and even maps of how to get to the villa and all the local information to help you plan. This villa is amazing and well worth a stay.

The villa exceeded all expectations, it was so clean and spacious aswell as having everything you needed. It also had the luxury of WiFi, air conditioning etc which was just great. It is in a great location with 2 brilliant supermarkets close by as well as a short walk into Pathos town for great restaurants etc. We really enjoyed the lovely pool being literally on the villa doorstep as we could just sunbathe, hop in the pool or sit on the patio for a little rest out of the midday heat. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing holiday and I would recommend Paradise Villa to anyone.

Lovely well appointed villa in a private and uncommercialised area of Paphos. Everything provided in comfortable accommodation with pool just a few steps from the patio. The local town and harbour is just a ten minute walk and a bar, restaurant and small supermarket just down the road. Recommended for a relaxed stay.

Very nice and sapcious appartment with everything you would need. So close to the swimming pool its wonderful if you have little one's. 15 minute walk to the tourist area and beaches and a bus stop just outside the complex. Communication with the owners was on point all the way. Its a gem in Paphos, i would hope to return.

We all have had a lovely week the villa was beautiful and clean and everything what we needed, we spent more time in the terrace area the pool was a lovely size and well-managed. We will be returning again we give it a 5* rating.

The villa was very clean and well located. Only a 20 minute walk to Paphos harbour. Pool is a good size and and well maintained. We had a minor problem with the first floor toilet (there are two others) but this was sorted very promptly by Ron (property manager) who was very helpful. Taverna just 5 minute walk away had good food and service. Shops also had all vital supplies. The owner supplied 3 sets of keys and some handy tips and advice.

Super villa with all you could need for a enjoyable holiday. Quiet to sleep and relax but with facilities nearby within 2 minutes walk. Booking was no problem with Paula being very efficient and responsive. All info very good.

We had a wonderful experience of ‘paradise’ every day spent in this spacious townhouse in Paradise Gardens. The location was perfect, quiet, secluded with a view of the pool surrounded by palm trees, well tended gardens fringed with bamboo, a green field and orange groves beyond. There are two bus stops at the end of the driveway next to a local farm which specialises in dragon fruit and has a farm shop selling almost everything. It’s only a fifteen minute walk to the seafront, alternatively you can take the 603 bus to either the upper town or the harbour. The owner and the English couple in charge of the property are very pleasant and responded quickly to any problems eg lightbulbs needing replacing. Everything was spotlessly clean when we moved in and we were well supplied with hand wash, bin liners, cleaning equipment etc which was much appreciated. The place is tastefully furnished, light and airy whilst the indoor dining area remained cool when outdoors became too hot. A larger sun parasol on the patio would give a bit more shade. The balcony outside the top floor bedroom is huge and well equipped with sun loungers. There’s a smaller balcony on the first floor. We woke up to the sound but never sight of the Cetti’s warbler who appears to live amongst the bamboo. There’s a well equipped games and book cupboard and an excellent tv with access to U.K. tv channels and more films than we could possibly watch. The WiFi worked well with repeaters on the two upper floors.

Paradise Villa is an ideal town house - the pool is on the doorstep and the south facing roof terrace is great for sunbathing as it catches the sun all day. Pahos centre with its bars and restaraunts is within walking distance and the airport is a short drive away This was our 2nd visit and we will book again!
