Hi! Wonderful place, as advertised and very clean. Would recommend and definitely stay there again. A few very small things … The first aid kit - while I’m glad it was there, it needs to be restocked with some newer items. The CD collection was pretty limited. And there might be something wrong with the DVD player.

Stayed here with family for an annual trip. First off the good things about this one: 1. Convenient location. Only around 1 mi from Broadway shopping and 10 min walk to promenade/beach. 2. Lots of space. Enough room for our group of 5 adults and 2 young kids. However, there were lots of things that could and should be improved. 1. Not the cleanest. I agree with another review about the floors being filthy. The kids feet were filthy and nearly black after running around barefoot after only 10 minutes. 2. Hothouse. The outside temps were in the mid to high 70 and we were all uncomfortably hot even after adjusting the thermostat. We even kept sliding doors and windows open and set-up the box fan (found in a closet) to try to circulate the air and everyone was still too warm. We even bought an extra fan for one of the bedrooms. The ice cube maker was broken which was just annoying given that we were all trying to stay cool. 3. Deck = trip hazard. Several deck boards were uneven. One of the kids tripped and fell a couple of times. 4. Super uncomfortable couches and loveseat. This one is personal preference but no one found these to be comfortable.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. It was a spacious property with nice big windows and a loaded kitchen with a playground and beach within walking distance. A few things we didn’t like: The floors were filthy and clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Within minutes we all had black feet from walking barefoot on the floors. The beds were incredibly squeaky and not super comfortable. They felt like half inflated air mattresses and anytime you put weight on them they would make a LOUD crinkly/squeaky noise. This was an issue with our young kid and baby because anytime we’d try to sneak out of the room after putting them down it would wake them up getting out of the bed. The AC system also wasn’t really ac and just turned on air that was outside air temperature. This wasn’t a huge issue since most days we were there it was cool enough but the first day was hot and not having AC made it a little uncomfortable.

4 adult couples stayed at this VRBO and the place was great. Very spacious and open. Wild blackberries grow right outside! The place was clean overall and in a good neighborhood. There is enough room for 8 adults to sit and chat. The only thing we didn't like were the mattresses. They squeaked very loudly at the slightest movement. (The pullout couch was honestly the most comortable bed in the house.) Didn't get very good sleep...but otherwise we loved it!

The house was perfect for our needs. My elderly mother appreciated the safety bars in the shower. The ice maker was not working in the refrigerator and you should plan to bring your own cutting board if you will need one. Also, there were only 2 teaspoons with plenty of other silverware. More importantly, the beds we’re comfortable with comfy pillows and plenty of extra blankets if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. We will not hesitate to book this home again as there was plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. Thank you!

We had two families in this house and had plenty of space. Nice, quiet location.

This house was even bigger and more spacious in person. Lots of room for our family indoors and on the large deck and yard area. Also just a short walk from the beach.

We loved our stay at this property! It was way bigger than expected and felt very family friendly. There was toys for the kids to play with and within walking distance to the beach! We had a great family vacation and would love to come back!

There are a few things at the property that need fixing, but overall, it was a great place to stay! Close to the beach and restaurants, bars. Very family friendly. I would definitely stay there again

We had a nice time in this house. Has 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Very spacious! Bigger than it looks online. It has two rooms to watch TV. It's also fairly close to the beach. The beds weren't the most comfortable, however we had a great stay anyways!

The beds are comfortable and nice. it is a good location. we brought a gas firepit but it would be nice if there was a fire pit in the back yard. There are not really any amenities. Bring anything you might need. we had to get coffee filters and any condiments. The Ice machine distributes ice if you but it and put it in there. Make sure you push the freezer door closed each time you use it, it tends to stick open and stuff starts to melt.

The house is located close enough to the beach that one can be in the sand in meetings, but far enough away to avoid un-wanted beach traffic and parking. WHile the house sits close to the highway, the trees and river directly behind the property make it hard to even notice the main road. The house itself was spacious, more than what we were expecting. While there some up-keep and cleanliness short-falls, we would definitely stay here again.

We really appreciate the flexibility in changing dates on our stay due to Covid and accomodation for a late check out. It was a big help. As for the place, it needs lots TLC for guests to be comfortable. The house doesn't look anything like in the pictures. It was quite run down with many broken items. Broken mimi blind in the kitchen, broken screen patio door, curtain falling off, washing machine with broken knob and not able to rinse soap of clothes when finished. The oven was very old and took a long time to heat up. We had to buy more toiletry and dishwasher soap for our 3 nigt stay because very little supplies were provided. We also had to vacuum the floor because it was still dirty when we arrived.

This property was definitely an older home that had some remodeling done. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the 2 living spaces provided a lot of room. Also, the ability to park in the garage and be so close to town/the beach was a bonus. However, there were several issues with the electronics. In the main living room, the cable box did not work. In the 2nd living room, it was not properly connected to internet to utilize the Roku and there was a broken cabinet door. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with pots, pans, or anything that you would expect in order to cook there exclusively. Also, each room had a battery operated clock, but all without batteries or batteries that were dead. Details like cleaning the walls or making sure the garbage disposal was clear were missed. A fresh coat of paint/chalking, adding more cooking dishes/utensils, seasonings, and Tupperware to the kitchen, and making sure all electronics are working properly would make a huge difference to this property.

Overall the house was good. But it definitely needs some improvements. One of the bathroom doorjambs was broken, the trim paint in another bathroom was coming off, and the floors in the kitchen are uneven. It's an older home so I can understand the home improvements. The biggest issue for me were the dirty floors around the entire house, it's laminate flooring and they were dirty and sticky. We pay a 'cleaning fee' which is not insignificant so I would expect things to be clean.

We enjoyed everything about the location and the space the home provides. We were very upset by the lack of cleaning prior to our arrival. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clear. The floors, kitchen counters, and table were dirty - we had to clean the kitchen before using it - not acceptable. We paid a fair price for renting the house - we should not have to clean it.

The property itself is very nice! Good internet, clean and comfy. The surrounding neighbors though, are not the nicest. If you have a large family that is “rambunctious” choose a different place. If you sleep all day and make no noise, it’s great.
