The house was great! We all enjoyed the view and set up! Heather was a friendly host, tried getting us in a little before check in as we arrived early but we took the time to visit Dunnellon and the Blue Gator! Great spot! We look forward to returning!

We had a great time at this property! I would definitely rent it again. The owner had all the kitchen supplies you could need even a crock pot! Very clean when we arrived and check in was easy. Great communication from the owner as well. We had a ball playing pool on your night that was very rainy. We enjoyed the kayaks and the fishing and it was very close to rainbow springs for tubing.

We highly recommend this house and would stay here again if we are in the area. It is in a quiet neighborhood on the river. It was enjoyable to sit outside and take in the view of the river and the boats. The home owners were quick responders when we had questions and provided different items to help get us started to enjoy our stay. The house is very spacious and our family really enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary items to cook meals each day. We rented a pontoon boat and easily tied up to the dock when we weren’t using it. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Robinson house!

This is our 3rd time here and first since the renovation. Very well done and absolutely we will be back for a 4th trip. Love all the upgrades, kayaks and so much to do.

We wanted a place to escape the everyday noise of the city (Jacksonville) and relax…and this was the PERFECT spot for doing just that! Love the location, love the house, LOVE the view!! Heather was awesome, and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our visit. Everything is exactly as it was presented. If you’re staying here, I’d definitely recommend taking a kayak out for a spin on the river…and being on the back patio at sunset. It gets so quiet at night! There’s no traffic noise, no ambulances/police sirens, no helicopters/planes….just crickets, bullfrogs, and the occasional splash of a fish jumping out of the water. Didn’t stay long enough to get into any fishing, but you can see all kinds of fish swimming by at any point in the day. This place is a little piece of Floridian paradise, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather and Jerry's river house. Their renovations were outstanding on the property it is beautiful. River views, fishing, boating wonderful rental. Our second year staying here and planning for 2024!! Great place!! Melody

amazing amazing amazing house - everything about it. Just wonderful. Wish we were there longer!! Also great communication! And everything is 5 miles away (Publix Walmart) we brought our own boat, boat launch was only 5 minutes away! will definitely stay here again!!

We had a relaxing time by the river. If we come back we would definitely want to take our boat. Great fishing

This was a great home to spend our vacation at. Not only was it an awesome location for all the things we like to do but roomy as well. We had older parents with us one who has a walker and she had no problem moving about!

Property was very clean, well maintained and just perfect!. Communication was great and prompt. Couldn't be happier with everything!

Showed up, the place was a little dirty and not staged well. But overall was a good experience after I cleaned up a bit. Property is beautiful and a nice relaxing home for a weekend guys trip.

We rented this lovely home this past week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We recommend it!

We were looking for a house that would entertain a vast age range of people (10-67)..... This house did not disappoint!!! The fishing was great, kayaking was easy, boat ramp was close and easy to launch at. We could ride the river on the boats all the way up to kp hole in rainbow springs. Then the pool was great for the older people who didn't want to be as adventurous with a beautiful view of the river. House was amazing with plenty of sleeping arrangements. Highly recommended!!!!

The property is ideal for vacation even with the quirkiness of add on bedroom. Our problem was we had to wash the sheets before we could sleep because of all of the dog hair that was in the bed and on the sheets in bedroom by pool. Couldn't unpack bathroom supplies had to keep on the counter because the drawers were dirty with hair etc. Open candy m&m's and dog hair in drawers in room by the pool. We cleaned the 2nd bathroom because the urine smell was so bad. Toilets had poop splashes still in the toilets from the last tenant that wasn't cleaned. Pool area had green mold on all the enclosed screens and black mold on concrete around pool..but the pool was clean. We paid for a cleaning fee with property rental and I'm sure prior tentant did too! Great location and property but needs a new cleaning service!!

Overall impression was impressed! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make home cooked meals day and night! Waking up to such a peaceful view every morning was bliss. Oh and definitely plenty of parking! We will be back forsure :)

Great set up for a family/friends not as private if you are going with separate couples. The house is located on the river with a phenomenal view. Perfect for a celebration birthday party especially for young adults/teenagers. Can't wait to see the updates next year that Heather and Jerry are planning on doing.

The pool isn't heated so it was too cold for us to use in February, but we did borrow the kayaks and take them out on the water - we saw all kinds of water birds, turtles, and even small alligators. The house is spacious, the kitchen is very well-stocked, and there was plenty of toilet paper, coffee filters, and other things that you never remember to pack. Don't miss Rainbow Springs park nearby and be sure to check out the Blue Gator restaurant around the corner. Thanks all!
