This is a lovely property in a nice safe neighborhood. It was immaculately clean and looked brand new. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay here again next time we're in Colorado.

We had a great stay here for a few days. The location is convenient to Golden, Boulder and Red Rocks. The suite is clean and well appointed with everything you might need and our hosts made sure our needs were met. I would definitely stay again.

This lodging has a nice spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, and nice living room area. We liked being close to Boulder and Golden, without having to drive around Denver.

This space worked very well for us. My grandson and I wanted to "see it all" and it was centrally located so we could easily go into Denver and just as easily head for the mountains. The space was very clean, hosts friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay here. We were coming and going often throughout our stay so we didn't need a ton of space or full kitchen. It was exactly what we needed. Conveniently located near a grocery store and gas station and 15 min from Golden and Boulder.

It was a great spot for a quick weekend trip! Check in was smooth and the property clean and easy to find. The host was very responsive. Overall a great stay!

This place provided the perfect place for us to rest and relax at the end of every day. Located close to a number of food and recreation opportunities, it's just what my husband and I were looking for. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and the host responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, beautiful neighborhood

Jesus' place is wonderful, clean roomy, and convenient. Only drawback was that there was no thermostat in the rental. It was chilly. We contacted Jesus and he adjusted the temperature promptly. And for some reason, Google Maps couldn't find the address...could be because it's new construction, but we stumbled on it before long. Who knew there would be so many roads with the same name but with Avenue, Drive, and Blvd, but no "Place". Overall, I'd give the place 5 stars and would stay there again.

A very pleasant stay in this modern and well appointed home. All the essentials provided and the bottle of wine was a surprise treat. Jorge and Katya greeted us as we arrived and were extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. An “A+” for this stay!

What a lovely place to stay. The bedroom and bathroom are a very nice size and there is an extra hide-a-bed in the living area. We got by with the toaster oven and the mini frige and freezer just fine. Its a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood and the home owners were great. I recommend these accomodations if you want to feel comfortable and cozy.

I was in town from New York for a wedding. This property was beyond my expectations. I loved the high ceilings and the awesome window treatments. Everything was extremely clean and gorgeously decorated. Bed was very comfortable. The living room/kitchen/dining area provided all that I needed. I loved the location, which is in a beautiful neighborhood. I corresponded with my host via emails if I had questions or wanted suggestions and they were great with responses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great week!

Everything was as described. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was a nice escape from the busy city. It was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room and we enjoy staying in places like this over just a standard hotel. Communication was easy. We had everything we needed, could wash a load of clothes if we needed to….zero complaints. The location made it easy for us to go just about anywhere. We were in town for a concert but spent a day in Estes Park, a day in Evergreen, a day in Colorado Springs, Golden, etc. -everywhere was easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

Only a short drive to Stazio softball fields, this property is perfect if you're looking to save money. The drive is 23 minutes with a view to the flatiron mountains. Great host!! Thanks Jesus!!

Perfect place to stay! Super clean and modern, everything just as described in the listing and more. Jesus was very easy to contact and made sure we were happy with our stay. Close to grocery and a cool coffee shop as well. So much to do in the surrounding area and Boulder, we never made it into downtown Denver. Highly recommend this owner and property, you won't regret it.

At the end my first ten-hour, 6,500 person business conference day at the First Bank Center, it was a relief to get some distance, soul solitude, and comforts of home before starting another one at 0 dark thirty the next morning. I heard not a peep but the birds in this lovely, upscale serene neighborhood. One of the most surprising luxuries was an adjustable bed! That alone made me glad I didn't choose the "luxury" hotel option! I also greatly appreciated having a clothes dryer available to "dewrinkle" my business attire for each day, although the hours posted for using it weren't early enough for getting ready for my event the first day. The lighting in the work areas was a little too dim for the kind of work I needed to do; but I managed to make adjustments. I was also pleased to have tv's in two areas of the studio, as I'm one of those nerds who falls asleep listing to a mindless tv show; and I can't use fans. Next visit, I will get the current Wi-Fi password from the hosts, as the one posted didn't work for me, and I wasn't able to make contact with them on Sunday morning. It is absolutely necessary to use Wi-Fi at this address, as it is just out of adequate cell phone range!!! I will also ask in advance for the thermostat to be adjusted for my stay, as I found the studio to be a just a little too cool. The only other challenge was using the black entry pad in the dark! I'm always carrying way to much stuff when I get to the door . . . and by then it's too late to find my cell phone light. I absolutely LOVE those window blind treatments! I'm looking into them for my own place! VERY classy and so simple to use! My hosts graciously swapped out my complimentary drinks prior to my arrival and offered me an early check in which is so gracious when I finally arrive after 7 hours on the road! There were plenty of dishes and even scissors [a life saver!] in the kitchen. I did wish for a much larger coffee mug; but later I found one in my car . . . I would give this lovely lodging a solid 4.7 out of 5 stars; The minor inconveniences are easily remedied. I am looking forward to stays in the future if my business takes me to the Arvada area. This was a lovely VRBO walkable distance to my children. It met all my needs and the hosts were extremely accommodating. They communicated with me instantly when I had a question or concern. Not having access to the temperature control was awkward at first, but they were able to make adjustments instantly from their remote location. I have all positive feedback about this property except the lighting. It’s quite dark and the lamp in the living room could be brighter. Fortunately I always travel with a Kindle so it wasn’t an issue for me. If you read a book your only option is the bedroom.
