Our family of four, plus puppy and a friend, thoroughly enjoyed staying at this townhome for 2 weeks! It is spacious with lovely updated kitchen and bathroom, and super comfortable beds! The kitchen is well stocked and has a huge pantry for storing items. The outdoor patio area is great for morning coffee and breakfast, and we enjoyed walking/biking the golf paths in the evening. The Turnberry area is quiet and great for walking dogs, our Winston loved exploring! The beach is a short bike ride away and easy to access. The host was super friendly and communicated quickly when we had any questions. We hope to stay again next time! Thanks, Chrissi for sharing your home!

Third time back at this property. Feels like home away from home. The place is always clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Perfect location, close to beach, shops and all the best restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the third condo we have stayed in the Palmetto Dunes section of Hilton Head and was definitely the best. It was all remodeled, very clean and had everything we needed including some things we did not need to buy during our stay. The location is perfect and my communications with the owner were timely responded to and always helpful. We could not have been happier and plan to rent this villa in the future.

The property had a great view, but I would put a warning on it for being really close to a lagoon. Hard to see at night. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the wildlife. The layout of the property inside was great. However, much of the furniture was unstable and the owner had placed so many labels and directives that it was mind boggling. It was well equipped. Also, this unit was the only unit that had cameras in the complex. Seemed unnecessary. I took extra insurance for damages and took pics when I entered to make sure all was placed back the way the owner wanted it. I cannot imagine that this owner gets repeat guests.

This villa was better than advertised. Extremely clean. Well decorated and great location. Met the owner and he was immediately likeable. Hope to stay here again.

The condo was spacious with a kitchen that was well stocked. We like to cook and all the appliances and utensils were there to ensure we wanted for nothing.
There were a few little things that need to fixed, but Chrissie said they would be fixed immediately,

One of the cleanest places through VRBO that we've ever stayed at. It had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. The area was very quiet. We saw deer on the golf course and alligators in the nearby waterway and a couple of bald headed eagles. This place was awesome! The pool was a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was in very good condition, updated per the pictures, and in good working order. Beds were surprisingly comfortable compared to many rentals (thank you for that!). The owner was very communicative and accessible which was appreciated. Everything is exactly as listed, no more, no less. Definitely a good find for anyone looking to be in Palmetto Dunes.

The condominium was clean and well stocked. It was the perfect spot for family to gather as we vacationed on Hilton Head. The deck was relaxing to sit on in the mornings and the location was perfect for enjoying the amenities of Palmetto Dunes. We would definitely stay here again..

This was our second stay at this villa, and everything was perfect! The place is always super clean, all the essentials are provided. This year we even had beach chairs provided! We love staying here and love that we can bring our fur baby too! We just got back home and are already planning another trip back! Thank you Chrissi and we will be back soon!

The unit is spacious, well-furnished, and has a complete array of the needed amenities (kitchen, etc.). The location is very quiet and right next to the water, close to the park with a swimming pool, and completely private. The owners were very responsive when any questions or needs arose and went out of their way to make it easy for us. The outdoor space is really nice as well, facing back through trees towards the golf course. Palmetto Dunes offers abundant options for walking or running, biking, tennis/pickle ball, and time on the beach. It's a unique blend of a resort vacation and just living very well in a stress-free setting.

We loved our stay at this rental. The inside was lovely and very clean, and the hosts were great in communicating. We had to rebook our rental time from spring break to summer due to a family emergency, and the rebooking went smoothly.

Spotless Villa
My husband, two children (ages 17 and 22) and our mini-golden doodle had such an amazing time staying at the villa. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the views of the golf course and the short bike ride (or walk) to the beach. Chrissy was a pleasure to work with! Thank you for sharing your place with us! :)

WONDERFUL VILLA
Thank you for sharing this beautiful villa! This is our third stay on HHI over the past 11 years & our third villa. By far, this was the best kept, most updated, comfortable, & accommodating property of the 3 that we have stayed at. The unit is just as pictured. There were 7 of us, ages 17+, plus we added our dog. We had plenty of room to move around with ample beds & bathrooms. We also had good communication with the host. Once again, HHI did not disappoint! We jet skied, rode bikes, & visited the beach multiple times. During our stay, we bbq’d & cooked several meals, played board games, & *relaxed* !!! We will return to HHI & would love to stay in this villa again!

My Happy Place
My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Turnberry Village with our best friend Gibson, our 6 year old Labradoodle. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Morning and evening walks to the beach, bike riding all over, golfing, and of course visiting all of favorite eateries. 210 Turnberry was ideal. Loved sitting on the patio watching golfers and listening to water fountain in the lagoon. Can't wait to come back. Thank you

A little break from winter
This property is the most updated of any we have stayed at in the past in Palmetto Dunes. In fact, it is gorgeous, sunny, and private. We loved our stay, and we loved being able to have our dog stay with us. Chrissi was very easy to text and answer our questions. We plan to return!

The property is clean, quiet, and centrally located to just about anything you'll need or want during your stay. The photos on line are completely accurate. Chrissi was very easy to work with. You won't be disappointed if you rent this unit.
