The unit was comfortable and convenient. Our check in was easy and we very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo was ideally located for North Conway fun, and the community pool turned out to be a huge bonus for the kids. The assortment of different beds and sleeping quarters, and having in-room AC, made the evenings a breeze. Add in the basement hottub, and you've got a winner. The only comment that I'd add that might be at all less than 5 stars, was the pictures posted certainly made the space look larger than it actually is. That's not uncommon and didn't take away from our enjoyment, but perhaps might help others. We would certainly return in the future if the opportunity and timing presented itself. Thank you!

Lynne was very responsive during our stay. The property was even better in person than what you see online. The hot tub and fire place is an absolutely perfect combination. Our first day, we were the only ones. But even when other people arrived, we still had plenty of privacy. We had a end condo so the view was beautiful. Its secluded but also very close to any of your needs, amazing food, cute stores and gas stations. We've decided its a perfect every year winter get away.

2 couples and 48 hours. Check in was a breeze. Lynne texts a few hours before our arrival with codes for entry. Beautiful, spacious condo in excellent location. Clean, comfortable lounging areas and beds. Great hikes within 5-10 minutes. Enjoyed local brewery and Irish pub. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

2 couples on a whirlwind trip to North Conway. Rained the entire time- cleared for a couple hours for a quick hike- but we had a great time. Condo spacious and comfortable. Great location. Fun area restaurants and pubs Would love to return when weather is nicer!

My husband and I came up to do some hiking, shopping and most of all relaxing and we got all that and then some! The condo was beautiful, SO MUCH space and very comfortable. We had a fire both nights as we relaxed with dinner. The private hot tub provided excellent relief to our muscles. The condo is located just outside of the main strip. In warmer months it would be just as easy to bike to everything. This is a perfect condo for a family looking to enjoy the area. The deck/porch area would be perfect for morning coffee or evening glasses of wine! We will be booking again!

The condo has updated furniture and bedding that is not currently on the site which was a nice surprise. We had a lovely time celebrating my daughters 30th birthday and had everything we needed in the condo. My only suggestion would be to update the cookware as it’s very old. Everything else was perfect.

The place was great! It was nice and spacious and well maintained. It had all the necessary amenities and the fact it was across from Cranmore Mt was a major plus. I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay with three families. Perfect spot for young kids! Pool was right down the street and the house was spacious and communication with managers was great. Would go back again!

Girls Weekend/Time to Heal
This retreat became a haven for me & six of my college girlfriends over the weekend. One of us experienced a major tragedy this summer and it was a time for us to get together, process, laugh, and support our friend.
The property is in a great location, has a fully equipped kitchen, is comfortable and spacious, and is designed for larger groups to enjoy themselves.
I’d definitely stay here again!

A beautiful stay!
The condo was so comfortable. It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were wonderful. Our contact was so sweet and a fast responder to any needs. The condo is so close to all the amazing places and things to do near and in North Conway. We would absolutely recommend a stay again!

It was ok
It was ok, I feel like this is the perfect place for a winter ski trip with friends. The summer months it's your standard ski Chalet that is nearly impossible to keep cool. 3 of the beds were in the loft that was just way too hot to sleep in. This was a work friends trip so sharing beds wasn't ideal, but to stay cool we shared the beds were acs were and one slept on the couch. Also, weird didn't have wifi which is the 1st place I've ever stayed that didn't have Wifi. The positive was the pool was nice to cool off in at night and the rental co. was easy to work with/ book through.

Great for a weekend ski trip!
We had a group of 8 stay for the weekend and really enjoyed the space. We were mainly there at night as we skied during the day but the kitchen is great for cooking large meals and there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the fireplace and hot tub. Quick access to a couple ski mountains and snowshoeing trails just down the road. Perfect location! Very easy to communicate with renter as well. Thanks for a great weekend!

Close to the village, easy access, good parking. Property manager was responsive regarding check in, check out, we had no problems while there.

Beautiful setting in the trees
This condo is in a beautiful setting with lots of trees. Even though there were other condo buildings around, they were placed so we still had privacy. The inside was clean, and had everything we needed for our four-day stay except for food, of course. We didn't use the hot tub, the gas grill, or the deck, which would have been nice had the weather been warmer. We opted not to use the fireplace since we were already comfortable with the heating. Other than the door was a little hard to open, the only thing I'd change is add a little lighting in the living room for reading at night. The location was excellent, within easy driving of grocery stores, restaurants and other activities. If we're in the area again, I'd love to stay here again.

Storyland trip
We had a great time and enjoyed the location of the condo. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The kids were excited about the loft but we found it was too dangerous to allow for them to sleep with the steep ladder.

Great location in North Conway
This was a great property except the hot tub was located in the basement which wasn't very appealing to me. The basement had an odor so we didn't use it and kept the door closed.

Relaxing family vacation
I stayed at the property with my husband, my 3 year old, and my parents during our summer vacation. The location is great! It’s located in a very quite setting, but only 2-3 miles from anything you could need! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for relaxing accommodations with all the amenities!

Nice location, poor cooling and mattresses
Air conditioning not adequate for condo. One bedroom air conditioner was broke and we had to move one from another location to cool the bedroom. The mattresses were old and in poor condition. Location was quite and convenient.

July weekend
What a beautiful place! There were 7 of us, all were able to sleep comfortably and very happy with the accommodations. Such a cute place in a great location! So hoping to come back to this area sometime in the winter for some skiing!

4th of July Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much at this property. The owner was communicative and flexible. The home had everything we needed and was extremely close to the downtown area. The jacuzzi in the basement was great. The home had ample space for our party of 8 but the main living room didn't have that much couch space for our group. We used the dining room chairs and were able to accommodate everyone. Great fourth of July trip!!! We will definitely be back.

Amazing
Living in the city and finding this amazing property I can only say my stay was amazing. The location is perfect and it's soooo quiet. Although you are only moments from all activities and social life in North Conway you'd never know it. The actual property is perfect and comfortable. Easy to maintain and keep clean. Anything you may need or want for everyday living is there for you. Living outdoors on the deck is totally amazing. The thought of mosquitoes or any type of insect is non existent. I'm already thinking about rerenting the same unit next year.

Great Stay!
There was 8 of us who stayed at this location and we all loved it! The location of the house was very convenient and close to downtown North Conway! The house had plenty of space and was very well kept & clean!

Good location, needs new beds/bedding badly
Very good location. Hot tub, and property were nice. Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and need replacing. We thought the home was non smoking, but bedding had a strong cigarette smoke smell to sheets and pillows. We almost left earlier due to the bedding issues, but were too tired to make the drive home the evening of the second night. No one got sleep. Having temperature control on the ac units would also have been helpful. New mattresses and smoke free bedding would go along way. Location was convenient to downtown and attractions.
