Every aspect of rating is ***** There was Nothing that could be better. The owners went over and beyond in making their Annex like “ Home from Home “. Absolutely spotless, comfortable and very homely and very functional Annex.

Bright, comfortable, clean and well equipped especially in the kitchen area. The hosts were accommodating for changed circumstances and travel disruption. They were friendly and responded to messages very quickly. Superb location for park, beach, shops and walks.

Wow, everything just as described, when we return to Sidmouth there's only one place well stay.

The Annexe was very warm and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a holiday lovely walks by the river and the beach all right on the doorstep

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this wonderful annex accommodation. Own entrance, parking space, secure outside space for the dog, a stones throw from The Byes for excellent dog walking and 5 minutes into town and 10 minutes to seafront. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Just perfect. Which is why we keep returning.

Well equipped, comfortable and heated very efficiently

This is the second time staying in this lovely annex. Private entrance. Perfect size for a couple and our Border Terrier. It was very cosy and warm during a very cold spell. Well equipped for self-catering. Location is perfect for the town and seafront. Would happily stay again.

Excellent accommodation for a couple, well equipped. Location was brilliant. Owners reacted immediately and solved, a small issue. If there’s one thing that could be better was the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely accommodation for two, in fact pretty perfect. Everything anyone could possibly need. Perfect location as well for an easy walk to the sea front and town centre without walking along the main road.

The holiday annexe is spotlessly clean with tasteful furniture & fittings everything we needed was supplied and was well equipped. An easy 10 minute walk through Byes Park to seafront and town centre a very interesting town with a lot of history. We would highly recommend the accommodation. Thankyou Deborah and John.

Lovely and clean. Perfect location for walks into town and coastal forays. Would definitely stay here again if we were coming to Sidmouth.

The property was spotlessly clean ,well equipped and in a good location with the bonus of a parking space . The owner was very nice and let us check in earlier than we thought .

A clean inviting property. Very comfortable and well equipped.

Situated just off the Byes park about 1km from the sea front and the town Ctr even closer. Perfect location for exploring this wonderful coast line on foot and cycle although be warned the hills are steep. Avalon annex is a perfect cozy base for a couple with everything one could want to self cater or enjoy the town. The accommodation has a large designated parking space which was most welcome after problems we had experienced in other accommodations whilst we toured Devon. For fine dining Neil’s sea food restaurant is 4 minutes walk and superb but book well in advance. For good pub grub and quality drinks the Volunteer served us well and has a large garden. All said a wonderful week in Sidmouth

Lovely area , dogs liked the Byes very much. Annexe was clean and well equipped, and with nthe annexe at the back quiet Good base to explore area Would say restaurants are busy so would suggest booking well in advance particularly Neils. Would return

This is a great little property which is very well maintained by the owners and has most things you could require whilst on holiday. Great location to the town and seafront, both within walking distance and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The quality is such that many people return on more than one occasion. An ideal property for two people.

This is one of the most cleanest, well equipped places we have stayed in, took our two little dogs with loved the park which is only a stone's throw away and the town is a short walk. Dont hesitate to book this it's a little gem

Property very clean, and comfortable had all that was needed for our stay, convenient to the Byes also to local shops, restaurants and sea front.

As always excellent accommodation very clean everything you need and more. Great location especially if you have a dog we will be booking again for next year.
