Very convenient location, clean and welcoming home away from home. And the fenced in backyard, our Maizie was in heaven!

Everything is basic but solid and comfortable. Beds were nice and firm, my preference. Host was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more.

Cute house at the base of Mount Greylock. Very clock to hiking chairs and several dining options. Awesome sitting area in the backyard which was fenced in. Perfecy for a quick getaway with our three children and two dogs.

Very clean property. Close to trails. Host thought of everything we might have needed. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced in yard made things much easier with our dog. She even provided dog bowls, towels, rug and a treat!

What I look for in a rental is clean, comfortable and a fenced yard for my dogs. This house exceeded my requirements. Very clean and super comfortable and the large fenced yard my dogs loved. I was surprised at how well this little gem was stocked. The house is located in a very quiet safe neighborhood and close to everything in the Berkshires. Great Stay!

We love staying at the house. It had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and it’s a great location.

Julie was very attentive in communicating with us and providing details of the home and surrounding area. Close to Mass MOCA and Clark Art Institute (short drive), sweet clean home. I came with a friend but had a nice selection of toys/games for young kids and a fenced in yard with a play area/jungle gym.

Location was the best part -- quiet neighborhood close to trailheads, a cute lake for swimming, and tons of great restaurants/breweries in the area. The fenced in yard was great for my dog. The house itself is fine.

We had a fantastic stay in Adams for a family reunion. This house was perfectly located right by Mount Greylock trailheads and Pecks Falls. Our Great Grandmother used to live in a house down the street so this was a wonderful trip down memory lane for us! Julie was so helpful and kindly left extra dog towels and bowls out! The fenced in backyard was super convenient and we loved all of the patio furniture!

A great place to relax after enjoying the area

Nice big yard. Definitely dog friendly! The house has lots of everything you could ever need, all extremely well organized. All the materials you'd need for a kindergarten, and a huge library of children's books too. The swing in the backyard was perfect for hanging outside while it was raining. Great location for trail hiking esp. if you like waterfalls.

I could leave a long drawn out summary. No need! The property as-is is a clean comfy two bedroom ranch in a quiet neighborhood in the foothills of Greylock...and the added bonus that you'll surely enjoy the stay even more due to the excellent water - both the taste and the line pressure :)

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend with our 2 dogs to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. I can't say enough good things about it. Julie and I kept in contact leading up to our stay and the day of our checkout. She gave great recommendations of places in the area and was just so kind. We also were able to check in and out a little early/late which was super helpful! The house itself is the perfect combination of super clean and "homey" all in one. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs, and I had my morning coffee outside on the patio. Though we don't have kids, I can see this being such a great spot for kiddos. Lots of toys, games, a playscape outside! We didn't cook other than a quick breakfast, but the house has all the pots/pans/utensils you could need to make a nice dinner. As far as location, it is close to Mt Greylock and it's stunning views, as well as a ton of restaurants, cute town areas, and other attractions. Julie, we had the perfect weekend, thank you so much!!

This is just a fantastic home in a great location! We stayed in 2021 and were thrilled to make a reservation in 2022 as well. Extremely dog-friendly and family-friendly, and really feels like a home away from home!

We had a great time staying at the Greylock Getaway. Julie was very helpful, she gave us information about restaurants and things to do. She even setup a crate for our dog who was coming on the trip. This house was immaculate when we checked in - and very well stocked. Julie provided sheets and blankets, so less for me to pack. It was comfortable and the perfect location for the outdoorsy weekend we were looking for - very close to the rail trail for biking, and Mount Greylock for hiking and mountain bike trails. And our puppy loved the fenced in yard to play in. Also, Julie provided great (nearby) restaurant recommendations. There was absolutely nothing that she hadn't thought of. What a fabulous weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean property. The host was outstanding in her helpfulness and communication. She gave us many dining suggestions and left information on area attractions. The house was bright and welcoming , offering a spacious well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring the Berkshires--close to a beautiful bike trail and hiking trails as well as an outstanding art museum. This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at!

Great spot for easy access to surrounding highlights in the Berkshires area - direct shot to MassMoca and downtown North Adams. Julie's home is clean and comfortable with a nice backyard area in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We were babysitting our 8 month old granddaughter while our daughter and her husband attended a wedding in the area. The area is beautiful. Julie couldn’t have been more accommodating to us and to our needs for our granddaughter. The place was clean and quiet and well stocked and comfortable We recommend it highly.

My family had a great time at this cozy home. Conveniently located. Great fenced in yard for kids and pets. Less than 30 minutes to Jiminy Peak where my family enjoyed the adventure center. Convenient location to dining and shopping. Home was well equipped so that we could cook meals with ease. My kids enjoyed the toys and board games. Smart TV's allowed us to watch streaming services. Great modern home. Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.
