This is a beautiful home. It is perfect for a holiday in Kilkenny as it is very central. It was clean, comfortable with all amenities. My son was delighted to find the bicycle and be able to explore the area this way. Would definitely stay in this house again.

I can think of nothing . This is really a beautiful house and is so clean with all possible amenities. Good value and a great find.

The house was large and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a large kitchen with dining table for our game playing.

More information on how to engage and disengage the front door lock would have been helpful. And the handle on the downstairs toilet was broken. We were able to use it, but had to fill it manually with water each time.

The space was fabulous and it was off the road and it was bright and airy and it had a lovely kitchen and sitting room, back yard and the 4 bed rooms

The property should have been cleaner…. especially the 3 bathrooms ….. and have a toilet brush in each bathroom. And some of the mattresses certainly should have been cleaner especially in the upstairs double bedroom on the left ….. so cleaner….. in general…. we would recommend a cleaning service to be engaged to improve this aspect of the service. The EIR code would have been helpful especially when using a taxi service and to help arrive at the property.

Collection of keys was a problem. Odd odor in upstairs bedroom.

it was a lovely home with everything you needed. The upstairs bedrooms were cold. the heating seemed to only have one bar working. the owner was lovely and was happy to assist in anyway she could. we didn’t ask her about the upstairs heating as we only stayed two nights but I’m sure she would have been able yo assist.

Nice facilities, great bedrooms and nice attention to the small details (guide, milk and cake in fridge etc)

Hot water didn’t work efficiently in one bathroom.

Downstairs bedroom & bathroom worked well for elderly parents with mobility problems. Wildlife park opposite the property was lovely for walks as was wheelchair accessible. Location also worked well as quiet but close to all amenities.

Overall cleanliness could have been better, especially the bathrooms which we had to clean before using. Also we had to move some furniture for accessibility for a walker & found a lot of dirt, dust & debris behind/ underneath it, which we cleaned up. However, this didn’t spoil our holiday & could have been due to the owner having some health problems recently.
