L'endroit était beaucoup mieux qu'anticipé. La chambre est climatisée, le WiFi fonctionne bien. La cuisine communautaire est spacieuse et super propre. On a même été acceuilli par une bénévole québécoise (Sol) qui en était à sa première journée. Son amie Josy est une grande frotteuse. Tout était super propre et bien rangé. Pendant notre séjour d'une seule nuit nous n'avons pas été incommodé par le bruit (ni par les chiens habituels). Il y a du stationnement intérieur. Beaucoup de lumières agrémentent la place le soir.

De ne pas avoir réservé plus de nuitées.

I loved the place, it is like community, very private, super safe parking. Very spacious room, private bathroom, confortable beds. They have hamacas everywhere. Location is perfect as a stop midway to another destination, we did in our way to Tamarindo from La Fortuna. 1h to Rio Celeste Waterfall and 15min to Llanos de Cortes Waterfall, and close to the main road to North Pacific. The woman was so nice, she even got us coffee in the morning and she gave us a cup with CR flag, nice attention. Would definitely go back here and would highly recommend. Value for money

The large and well stocked outside kitchen is open along one side to the large yard that is landscaped and has large shade trees. The "family" room we had was large and comfortable with air conditioning. Parking is covered, secured, and close to the rooms.

Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan or window.

Decor was brilliant, so attractive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Security was excellent. Easy parking. Great morning coffee.

Room walls are fairly thin so noise both in courtyard and from adjacent rooms tends to be intrusive.

Sonia was so very helpful with every question we could have and the staff was very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the rooms and keeping the grounds. We LOVED the animals in the yard. We also really appreciated the shared kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and a very nice outdoor dining area.

The beds were a little hard for our liking, but that's a matter of taste. Some people would prefer them like that.

Friendly staff. It is a simple hostel and that balances the price/accommodation quality. Wifi works very well (better than many other I have had in expensive accommodations). When leaving (I only was there one night) I even got a Costa Rica 🇨🇷 coffee mug. cheap place to stay over when you visit Palo Verde NP.

It's a very sweet place and Sonia is such a nice, helpful and warm person - it was a pleasure meeting her!!

The hostel was very fun to visit, and the staff were very friendly. There's a shared kitchen and hammocks which are great ways to meet other travelers!

They use some of the extra parking area as a loading area for local deliveries.
