The photos on website looked absolutely wonderful but when we arrived at the beautiful villa, it exceeded all of our expectations. Petra had provided us with food and drink for dinner and breakfast, as we had arrived at villa quite late, which was extremely kind of her. Any contact we made with Humi during our stay was answered immediately. We had 3 generations of our family staying at the villa and everyone has a truly fantastic time

We´ve been there for the second time and and I don´t want to tell long stories, just one thing: we´ll be back again there next year! We can only recommend this fantastic home (we call it already this way). Thanks to Petra and Humi for the perfect service.

This was our first family villa rental and it did not disappoint us our ages were 4years to 66 years and there was something for all the views were excellent the brochure pictures dont tell the whole story you need to see this villa with your own eyes we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again

The villa, it's grounds, views and facilities are superb! To echo other guests comments, the pictures really don't do it justice. It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen department, towels, loo rolls, cleaning materials. We enjoyed many a evening cooking large dinner's, bbq's etc whilst watching the sun go down over Palma/mountains/sea. We had 1 small 2 year old who was entertained with the football pitch, swings and pond life. Extremely good value for money, would recommend more so for family with kids or groups that are not bothered about being in a remote location as everything is a drive away.

We were a family of 3 generations, ranging in age from 68 to 7 years old. A group of 9 people in total who loved every moment of our stay. We have visited Majorca several times in the past but not ever staying in the Palma area of the Island, so to be so close to the city was a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the Villa has amazing views with a lovely sunset to be admired every night. Just 15 mins away from Palma gives you the best of both worlds, the close proximity to enjoy the culture of the island and the quiet area of the Villa to be able to hide away and watch the world go by from the hill top. Petra and team were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and catered to our every need, the Villa stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom essentials was a lovely touch so you have more time to enjoy your holiday. We would highly recommend this Villa.

We had a great family holiday at this beautiful villa. It was so well equipped and everyone from age 6 to 66 found something to keep us occupied. No one had to fight for the best bedroom as they were all lovely and everything was in tip top condition. The garden and pool were Immaculate and the view to was amazing, it was great watching the planes taking off and landing and at no time were they ever a problem. Humi was delightful and so welcoming it was a pleasure to stay in her beautiful house.

A well designed/planned house, everything in the right place, lots of room, airy - little need to run AC except to cool bedrooms before bed. A partly stocked larder was helpful, plenty of kitchen consumables - bin bags, cling film, foil etc. Fantastic views and facilities, very quiet. Because its so quiet, one could sometimes hear plane noise, but actually a minor nuisance in comparison. Overall impression is the property provides excellent accommodation.

We stayed there with 7 persons for one week and it was absolut fantastic. We received a warm wellcome by Petra and Humi helped us a lot with some technical problems (forced by our own stupidity) on the first day. Thanks a lot for your patience, we´ll be back next year, definitely.

We stayed one week in November in this villa and everything was perfect. We were four adults and five children/teenagers from 10-16 years. The villa is very well equipped, for example lots of kitchen utensils and also goods like oil, sugar, Tea, coffee etc. We got a very nice welcome from the house owner and she also brought drinks, candy for the kids and a cake. The house has a beautiful view and is very big so everyone can find his or her own place if you are many. As the weather was cold some days we used the gym/ game room a lot with pool, table tennis which especially the kids loved. We can only recommend this villa!

This is a beautiful villa for a peaceful break. A tad remote but short 10-15 min drive takes you to restaurants, supermarkets, shops. Would definitely recommend.

We had high expectations of the villa based on the photos and reviews. When we arrived they were totally surpassed. The villa facilities and the view were amazing and the villa owners were very welcoming and helpful. We loved the villa location and its remoteness. No traffic noise and we could watch flights arriving and taking off in the distance. A car is essential and we were only a 20 min drive from everything we needed. Overall we will return. Eight of us stayed at the villa with ages ranging from 11 to 83. Everyone said they’d like to go back. Would highly recommend.

The villa was absolutely great! It was clean and especially the pool area was magnificent. Petra and her daughter were very friendly! We’ll definitely come back!

We arrived on a Sunday evening and as there were no shops open the owners had very kindly bought us some supplies (including some beer} much appreciated .They had also bought us some breakfast things again appreciated.As all rooms are en-suite there was no argument about who got the best room, they were all the best room,The villa itself is fantastic and we made use of most it had to offer (hot tub , pool table and table football) unfortunately it was a rather overcast week when we stayed and i was the only one to brave the pool. I understand the expense of heating such a large pool but would have happily paid a bit more for heating..My wife thought the property was a little remote but i thought this was part of its charm and enjoyed looking out over valley every morning.All in all a very pleasant relaxed holiday just what i needed

The villa is beautiful. Every room is exquisite and no expense spared. Petra and her family are warm and welcoming and really want you to enjoy your holiday. They are on call should you have any concerns. We never tired of the view and loved the thought of life going on outside our oasis of calm. The only downside which had nothing to do with the villa was the mosquitoes 😫. It stopped us sitting out in the evening. If they could net a section of the terrace so you were always protected (like they tend to do in Florida) then this place would be perfect! All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We were a party of 9 and had the most fantastic time staying here. The owners were so welcoming and could not do enough for us to ensure we felt at home. Everything we could possibly need was provided by them so that we could feel truly on holiday. The house is extremely spacious and beautifully furnished and in a great location. We would absolutely recommend this property to everyone- we would love to return one day.

We are a family of 6 adults and 4 children staying for 2 weeks in July/August 2018. We were greeted by Petra (owner), daughter and father with a team of gardeners and cleaners. We were made very welcome and were shown around the property. The property is very nice and equipped with everything that we needed. The swimming pool was a big highlight for all. There are lovely views surrounding the property. The beds were very comfortable and furniture and decoration in every room was really good. Petra and team came again after the first week to tidy up and clean. We were all very impressed with how things were prepared and presented. There was nothing that we did not like. Please pass our comments and thanks to Petra,daughter and family and team of cleaners and gardeners for everything during our stay. We all enjoyed it very much.

As a party of 8 we loved our 7 day stay. The remoteness of this villa was lovely. With no disruptions from neighbours and the peace of mind that we wouldn’t disrupt them either, the stay was truly relaxing. The rooms were so comfy and spacious, plus there was loads of closet space and great ensuites in all rooms. Besides the enormous pool, with all the sun beds we could want, there was a great games room with loads of things to do in the evenings, and great areas for the whole party to hang out. As well as English TV! The villa couldn’t have been better and we all loved it! The kitchen comes stocked with the basic essentials and great easy to use kitchen appliances. Though the remoteness was ideal, a rental car is necessary (but we got a van for €30 a week so not too costly!!) as the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive. Would strongly recommend this amazing villa, with few restrictions we could be completely independent and have the best undisturbed holiday! What more could you want?!

This villa doesn't disappoint. We had an amazing 10 days here with family. The house was very well equipped and the attention to detail was exceptional, but still retained a homely feel. We cannot fault this property.

This villa lives up to the pictures and more! When we arrived, to a very warm welcome, we were just amazed at this villa. The views were incredible and the space we had was fanastic. The BBQ was a massive hit and we spent many nights out there watching the sunset. It was a home from home for 2 weeks and we will definately stay here again if we came back to the island. We will be telling all our family and friends about this villa. Thank you so much for a great holiday!

Just returned from our wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa. We are two families holidaying together with x4 adults and x5 children aged between 5 -15. We were completely blown away with this fabulous villa and the facilities it offers, we all thoroughly enjoyed and made use of the awesome games room in the basement with table tennis, pool table football & darts, which now my son is a fan of! The views from the poolside were breathtaking with wonderful sunsets over the mountains. A car is a necessity as the villa is quite isolated about 25 minute drive to Palma which is a great city to explore with some great tapas! All in all a beautiful luxury villa with all the facilities you need for a fabulous holiday in Majorca. Wie will be back!

No other word except PERFECTION!

We are a family of five, children aged 20, 17 and 8 and this villa kept all three of them very happy and busy. The house is very luxurious and grounds outside is completely secluded. The infinity pool is big enough to have a proper swim and the gym is fully equipped with a wonderful massage chair and jacuzzi. The games room kept the kids entertained and the owner, Petra, kept my husband happy with his fix of Nespresso. We had lovely BBQ meals outside with wonderful night time views of Palma. The only complaint I have is next summer the house is already fully booked, but we loved it so much we will be back! Sinn, Jeremy & family
