It was well located, with parking

Facilities were pretty good, though the water pressure in the shower was a bit slow

Great location, clean and tidy apartment with everything you needed. Above the Christmas shop, next to chocco bar my son said the hot chocolate was lovely. So was the chocolate cake.

Unfortunately for us, the toilet did not work, all the numbers in the welcome pack book did not work, out of hours number did not work. I texted and rang on Friday when we got there. Eventually, I got through on Saturday morning and spoke with lucy, who arranged for a maintenance guy to come out, and he said he was called out last week for the same issue! Could we leave a key for the plumber, which we did, came back after all day been out, toilet flushed once and stopped working again. Step 1 again of someone answering the phone.... offered a goodwill gesture of 15% back, which is fine, but I just wanted it sorting on the first day, not the 3rd, as we were leaving.

Great location, we could see the lake from the lounge window. Appreciated having the dishwasher.. Clean and generally comfortable. Good access to shops and facilities and free parking.

Settee was a bit uncomfortable. Flat above occasionally played loud music. Insufficient teaspoons - only 3 provided! No large microwavable bowl or large casserole dish provided. No sieve to drain rice etc.

Fantastic location just a short walk to the lake and a short walk to the bus stop to enjoy other towns and lakes. Within the shops so easy to just pop out and get something or plenty of restaurants if want to eat out especially in the day time. Very comfortable beds and great place to relax or explore .

Quite noisy two days/nights from permanent residents upstairs but otherwise not too bad . Welcome pack was like a bed and breakfast / travelodge pack it could have been a lot better promoting local things like a pack of biscuits some chocolate from the chocolate shop below doesn’t have to be big but something to make it more personal to the Lake District . Not very good instructions to find the car park .

The location of the flat is very convenient.

The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low throughout our four-night stay for a group of four. Additionally, we found that we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper for the entire duration of our stay.

Location was great and apartment was plenty big enough for two. Had no problem parking in the shared car park.

Only tiny negative is the sofa was quite uncomfy.
