Location was great

The unit #605 had mold all over the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen ceilings. Health issue-customers should not be sleeping in these conditions. Enclave customer service did not help with trying to relocate us or issuing a refund.

Lack of enough parking.

Beach and pool were nice and well maintained. Rooms were a good size. Nice staff and guest. Great for a family vacation.

The dishwasher was not installed correctly and would to forward to the floor when loading and unloading. The vanity in two of the bathroom had inoperable electric plugs-leaving no place to fix hair or makeup. There was a lamp in the living room with a short. No cable or smartTV. We had a major plumbing leak that flooded the condo below our unit and they had huge and extremely loud dehumidifiers and fans with cords and drains all over two of the bathrooms our entire stay. Because the vanity plugs didn’t work they had extension cords running from the bedrooms. We lost three hours of our day working around the maintenance and plumbers and had 4 adults using 1 bathroom for most of Saturday.

THE UNIT ITSELF WAS GREAT! However, parking was/is a nightmare!!! A 3 bedroom/3 bath only allowed for 2 parking places!! If ya do the math… the property itself is short about 40 spaces!!! YES!! Overflow is CHARGED parking over and behind Walmart at a hotel! (We traveled with an 87 yo with a cane… we could, and did walk to locations, (slowly and with rest stops!) and we ubered… not wanting to loose or parking!!!!

PARKING is/was a nightmare!! If you were lucky enough to find a parking space, ya best NOT a move the car!! CHARGED parking is behind Walmart (& yes, within walking distance yet we traveled with an 87 yo with a cane… not ideal!). We ubered to 2 restaurants! The unit itself was VERY nice!

The condo has an excellent view of the Gulf. There was plenty of space for everyone.

Outdoor pool still isn't complete. Bit of a hassle to get to the beach with young children.

Great proximity to the beach and area attractions, The kitchen area, dining and living room areas were all really pretty, but you need to update pictures on the website. Liked the pool, but definitely a good idea a new one is coming in 2022. Should be a great addition.

The check-in was a little confusing. The instructions told us to check in with the front desk with our ID. There was no front desk. We were given a security code for parking....no security code needed. We were given a code for beach access and the pool. Again...no code needed. Also...the floors in the condo really needed a good mopping. The lock on the front door is very loose.

Location was convenient. Great access to beach.

I don’t even know where to start. Broken elevator, floors in condo weren’t mopped. They were dirty and sandy…and the kicker was no parking. I had a devastating end to a family trip. The last night of our trip we went to eat as a family and came back at 9:30 to find no parking available. You can’t park across the street because they will tow you. Ohhh but they do have a overflow parking lot 4 miles away….behind a dollar general in the woods. I drove that parking lot until 11pm. Waiting for someone to leave……nope never happened. So I either had to pack up my family and drive back home or let me family sleep in the condo and I sleep in my car Incase I get towed across the street. I watched 5 cars get towed overnight. It was horrible. I requested a refund on the last night but nothing happened. I was told I would receive a call back. Never did get one. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. It’s a horrible and helpless feeling when you can find a parking spot while your kids are worried about there dad. While along they had several covered parking spots open for the “owners and their guest” that required a certain access.

This was our first vacation ever and it was for my last two graduating high school! We originally had trouble with the code to get in, but were able to get someone on the phone right away and got in within a minute or two. The apt was fabulous and so clean. we had plenty of room for my children and I and felt right at home. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to book again. We will be using the Enclave for every Alabama vacation! Thank you

The only thing wrong was the edge of the sliding patio door, that EVERY single one of us fell over at some point or another and the front bathroom sliding glass doors do not work, but with 3 bathrooms, we just didn't shower in there.
