We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely property... peaceful but within walking distance of the village for a great choice of restaurants and a short drive to a large supermarket. Special thanks to Dave for popping in and being so helpful with places to go and cleaning the pool. Nothing too much trouble. This was our first time staying at this property and wont be our last. The villa itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in every room which is needed in August as its so hot. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked of all the utensils we needed to make our self catering experience a pleasure. We found the villa to be clean, tidy and very spacious for the two of us, it would be well suited to a family of four. The BBQ is fantastic and easy to clean. I would recommend hiring a car as the large supermarket is too far to walk to and taxi costs would out weight a hire car if transferring to and from the airport aswell. We did get a taxi to Pissouri Square which cost 10 euros each way. The outside space is what makes the villa really special, it is quiet, private and is drenched in sun all day. The pool is a really good size and the temperature was perfect for cooling off after a bath in the sun. Dave the pool man, popped over to welcome us the following morning as we didn't arrive until 4am, he was a wealth of information about where to go and visit and eat in the local area, he recommended the Bunch of Grapes for an evening meal in the Square, we did go there and were not disappointed, the food was amazing. Dave did a great job of looking after the pool and popped over several times during our stay ensuring the chlorine levels were good. Steve our host, did a great job communicating with us before our arrival and made us feel at ease after telling him our flights were delayed and we wouldn't be arriving until the following day. Thanks Steve, we had a lovely holiday and we will definitely be returning.

The villa in Pissouri was everything we had hoped for and just as described. We had waited a long time for this holiday and it more than met our expections for easy and relaxing. We used our hire car on occasion to visit the supermarket and explore the area but most of the time was spent enjoying the sunshine and the pool at the villa and experimenting on the BBQ. We wished we had booked for longer and hope to do so in the future when we’ve recovered from our 7 hour delay at the airport 🤦‍♀️ In summary, just fabulous 😎

Steve's villa is located in a very quiet and well-kept residential area. Apart from the occasional engine noise of hedge trimmers, it is generally quiet and pleasant. In any case, you need a car. The supermarket is a few kilometres away and it is also not far to the motorway. A good starting point to explore the island. The house and the garden are very well kept and clean, as is the beautiful pool. The kitchen is well equipped, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc., Everything you need is available in abundance. You sleep well in the beds, the windows are well secured against mosquitoes with fly screens. On the terrace there are comfortable chairs and a table to eat at, as well as comfortable sun loungers. Dave, a friend of the owner, lives in the neighbourhood and takes very good care of the guests and often has good restaurant tips. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa is definitely a recommendation. Monika & Simon

This property was not cleaned properly ,we did it ourselves .the bedding was disgusting with filthy pillows.Cup and mugs full of tea stains.cupboards full to the brim with old crockery and cutlery past it's best.The outside furniture was filthy and broken as was the bbq. The only positive we could find was the pool but this wad not cleaned during our stay.If this is the type of property you handle I shall never use you company again.

A week wasn’t long enough! We stayed here last October and found our second visit to be just as good, albeit a lot warmer! It’s lovely to get up each day & just do what you want to, under your own steam, without the regimentation of a hotel. This time we tried The Two Friends Taverna: what fantastic local cuisine. I’m my opinion much better than the touristy offerings in The Square. Michael’s Steak House was as good as ever. Melandra Bay Beach restaurant is a MUST if you like fish. We had both sea bass & sea bream, absolutely superb. Haven’t tried the meat dishes there but they look nice & it’s somewhere the locals go to, so that’s recommendation in itself! To sit watching the sea with a cool breeze is lovely. The villa has sun traps & shady areas for everyone and the pool is very inviting on a hot day! If you have any concerns then Steve will address them for you. Alan the next door neighbour deserves a special mention; he’s so helpful if you need help with anything. The heart of any holiday is the accommodation and the host you liaise with. Top marks for Steve and his fantastic villa in Pissouri. The villa is spotless and whatever you need is there. What is more any questions you have are sorted by Steve almost by return. The location is great; away from the crowds but also a short distance from the village (15 mins walk). Support is also on hand from Dave (the pool man), with advice on the best places to eat and drink. A word of thanks to Emma, who with a prior introduction from Steve will get you some essentials ready for your arrival, which in our case was after midnight so was fantastic. This is our second time in Steve’s villa is Pissouri and we really enjoyed it again. Would recommend !

Villa Lamda is a lovely, well appointed villa, equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed for the middle 2 weeks of March and apart from a day or so of rain at the start of our holiday, the weather ranged from warm to hot. We even managed a dip in the pool. Steve the owner was brilliant, he was so thoughtful and understanding, responding promptly to any questions or issues we had. The village of Pissouri was a delight with lovely eating and drinking places. We had some good meals at two restaurants, The Bunch of Grapes in the village and the Captains Bay at Pissouri Beach. Everyone was so friendly. We will certainly be booking with Steve again. Thanks so much, Pete and Caroline Willis

Whilst quiet and peaceful location not isolated within walking distance of beautiful village.

A well appointed & presented villa which is set in a peaceful location. The outside area which includes a welcoming pool in the heat, is complimented by a sheltered dining/rattan seating area. The BBQ is amazing as you can alter the height of the grill: my husband fell in love with it!! There are also some lovely local restaurants providing local fayre or something a little more upmarket. Our favourites were Steakhouse by Michael, for which booking is a must and Melandra Bay restaurant which overlooks the sea. We had freshly caught sea bass which was to die for. Booking at weekends in particular are a must. Both of these were recommended by Dave the poolman who lives just up the road, who is on hand if help is needed. There is a local supermarket which provides everything you need for your stay. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, then this is it. I searched many villas before I found this one. If you stumble upon Vila Lamda them let me save you the trouble of continuing to search. Visited this villa as a family of four with a 4 and 2yo. They loved the pool, which was a perfect size, lovely and warm. Great location for walking in to the village, about 20 mins, hired a car too for trips further afield. Villa has everything you might need, owner very helpful, can't fault it. Have stayed in Pissouri many times but this is my favourite villa and hoping to book again next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa which had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The village square is a short walk downhill where there are several good restaurants. Would recommend O'Vrakas and Hideaway which both had good food and really friendly staff. Definitely recommend seeing a tribute band at the Amphitheatre if you get chance. We saw Simon & Garfunkel and it was a lovely evening and really good atmosphere. You can take your own food and drink in and there's a cool bag and ice packs in the villa. Steve the owner was really helpful and answered my many questions before we arrived really quickly. Dave the pool man was also really helpful and gave us lots of advice about restaurants, places to visit etc. Would recommend a drive to Omodos Village and Lefkara. All in all a great stay and would love to return in the future. Lindsey & Pete

The 2 bedroom bungalow is perfect for 4 adults, or a family with 2 children. Very clean and well maintained - gardens and pool are regularly cleaned. We had a fabulous 10 nights in this beautiful villa and wanted to go back in September/October, but unfortunately Steven was fully booked for that period. However, we have no hesitation in recommending this property and we will book again next year. Steven, the owner, is so helpful and the booking process was very good. We really enjoyed our stay at villa Lamda it's setting in the quite peaceful area was everything we required.Short distance from village and only 5 min drive to beach .Pissouri is a wonderful place to visit well recommended.Our villa was well furnished and set out with sunny and shaded areas throughout the day lovely pool.Lovely garden with lovely plants and trees.We would certainly come back and recommend it to anyone .

We really enjoyed our stay in Pissouri, the villa is perfect and has everything you need. The village square is a 15 minute walk where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, our favourites were a bunch of grapes and Vrakas. All the instructions from Steve were easy and he was quick to respond to any queries. The neighbours are friendly and Dave the pool man was really helpful and had lots of knowledge of the area. We didn’t hire a car but taxis are easy to get to the beach/supermarket and village square. We will definitely be back!

The property is just as described, everything worked and the nice thing is that it is one of those places where you can find the essentials like salt , pepper soap and dishwashing liquid etc and it is not all empty. The place has a homey feel to it, you meet the neighbors and Dave the poolman comes by to take care of things. The village is cozy and has a number of nice restaurants, some surprisingly good - adored the steaks at the Bunch of Grapes. We were there to look at all the UNESCO sights around Cyprus, ventured to the beach once or twice and also ended up finding hugs malls in Limassol and Paphos with amazing shopping. Always came home to jump in the pool before dinner, especially the kids. Good family spring vacation, very happy, thank you!

We have just returned from 10 days in this villa - it was perfect. Prior to our trip Steve the owner was very helpful and provided all the information and advice we needed. When we got there we were delighted with everything, the house, the garden, the pool and the location. The villa is a short walk from the village square with restaurants (we ate in the Two Friends Tavern where the 2 Panacos’s looked after us like friends) or take the car and be there in 2 minutes! The villa was really well equipped with everything we needed and was really comfortable and cool, even on the warmer days. We spent the majority of our time at the villa in the garden by the pool. The area was very quiet and the neighbours really friendly - exactly what we wanted. Dave the pool man was really helpful and gave some good local advice. For shopping there is a small shop in the village or a larger supermarket just 5 minutes drive away. Pissouri itself is a lovely village and really handy for travelling to Pafos or Limassol - both about 20 minutes. The Troodos mountains are about an hour away. Beaches are nearby with water sports and there is a great dive company in the village. All in all this was a perfect villa for us and will definitely go back. Neil and Catriona

Steve was a great host and villa was well equipped. Very nice garden area providing backdrop to pool. Lots of shaded areas available as well as sunbathing areas. Well equipped villa. Would be happy to return in the future.

Fantastic. A Wonderful Villa,

The directions to the villa were clear and precise, making the end of a days travel very easy. The supplied instruction manual supplied by the owner was very informative, and he had labelled the various switches in the villa to help with identification. All appliances etc that we had to use worked well, and the villa as a whole was very clean,tidy, and comfortable. The surrounding pool area and garden were to the same high standard. The contact details and the regular visits of a local poolman proved very useful for local knowledge. All in all a very good holiday villa and experience.

From the very start we were impressed with Steve, the owner. He responded to our enquiries quickly and was incredibly helpful. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet residential street just a 15 minute stroll from the village. The villa has everything you could want, a real home from home, superb pool and lovely private well tended gardens. Dave the pool man and local resident deserves a special mention. Cannot recommend this Villa highly enough. We will definitely be returning 👌�👍�
