Absolutely amazing property stayed in parque Santiago 2 for the past 6 years this is by far the best property I've stayed in .

I have given my review based on my expectations should my holiday have gone ahead. Toons property looked great, was in a great location and facilities looked ideal for myself and my family. Toon himself answered any questions that I had prior to the holiday Renting the property was a very easy process and I would have no hesitation in renting this property when things are completely normal again. I also would recommend Toon to anyone who was looking for a property in Tenerife as I felt he was very trustworthy. Communication was excellent as he refunded my money very quickly at a time when other people were not.

It was a really good experience - only negative thing to say was you had to pay for the sun lounger at the pool, but found a solution with the Owner.

This was a brilliant experience from booking, through to check-in and during our holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family, 2 adults and 2 girls (11 &13). The location was excellent, to the rear of the complex was the beach and to the front there were plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. The pool was nice, salt water, but the bit I found bad was that they didn't allow any music, balls or inflatables in or around the pool area. It left the pool area feeling very quiet. I would strongly recommend and would use this apartment again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here in Tenerife, the apartment complex is 10 seconds walk away from the beach and lots of little nice bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and what we needed for our holiday. Communication from the owner was quick and helpful. Many thanks

Overall our stay was great.The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for self catering. However it needs some updating, the ceiling fans were inadequate and didn’t work very well, The lock of the downstairs shutter was very tricky and took a lot of fiddling about to get it locked when going out.

We have stayed in this area for 20 years in apartments, hotels etc. We found this apartment extremely well equipped for all your needs. Brilliant location, really good eating places to choose from if you did not want to cook for yourselves. We particularly liked Montana for breakfast! you can go wrong at 2.90 Euro including coffee or tea for a full English!........Dedos fabulous food daytime, night time and the local supermarket was great with fresh fruit and veg and bread. This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in at Parque Santiago 2, its the garden and bedroom balcony that makes it outshine others. We were met by Irina to collect the keys who was very friendly and helpful & had great communication with Toon via email To sum it up we didn't want to leave and can not wait to book up again

Really nice apartment in a perfect location. Apartment as lots off space with balcony and ground floor terrace. You will need for nothing as apartment as everything in it as in iron hairdryer all things you could ever need for cooking if you want too. 10/10. If you’re thinking of booking a stay there then do so you will none disappointed.

The apartment is spacious, with a neat kitchen area and lovely living/dining room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor. There is also a downstairs toilet and the house bathroom (with separate shower and bath) is on the first floor. Outside is a nice terrace area with table, chairs and loungers, with a gate towards the pool area. Upstairs there is another terrace off the main bedroom, with loungers. What more could you ask for the price?!? Excellent. Clean, light, well maintained. The complex (Parque Santiago 2) is also well situated with nice bars and restaurants nearby, and just off the pasao which runs round the whole of Las Americas up to Adeje and down to Los Christianos - so plenty of pleasant sea-front walks as well. In conclusion, I would recommend this apartment to anyone - a family with 2 or 3 kids could be accommodated, but a couple would be very happy there also. Ten out of ten!

Nice, clean apartment in a clean and peaceful complex, with a pool bar serving good food provided by a friendly staff. Apartment is 2 minutes walk from the sea front and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Will definitely go again.

We arrived to this clean, spacious lovely apartment. Everything you could possibly need on your holiday was available and lots of little extras like fishing nets, cling film, beach towels, I could go on!!! The complex is peaceful and kept to a high standard in an perfect location. Excellent communication with owners. We would definitely return.

Stunning apartment with sun loungers on the upstairs balcony and terrace, its close to all the bars, but not noisy at all. Will definitely be returning again, also thank you to toon and Sabina on great communication.

The apartment was brilliant, perfect location near everything. Clean & Tidy! Good communication with the owners when booking & in collecting the key. But as we was there for 10 days after the first 4/5 days the pool closed & was drained. So you couldn't go in the pool or sunbathe around the pool as work men was there. This should have been something that we should have been informed about really as for the last 5/6 we didn't have a pool to use. Not only that but the maintenance was extremely loud from really early in the morning till late in the afternoon. The pool bar & shop also closed during this time too. I understand we went late on in the year (November) but we still should have been pre warned as we didn't know and it was a shock to us when the pool just closed for the duration of our holiday. You also have to pay for the Sun beds around the pool everyday per person, which wasn't a problem but again if we had just been pre warned it would have been nice. Overall our stay was good but we feel we should have been told about the things I have mentioned above.
