Loved our stay in Valencia in a most convenient location. Close to train, taxis, and many must visit sites. Great pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants.

As modern, clean and comfortable apartment as you could imagine.. in the heart of the city but totally secure.. if you say you’re staying at the Victoria hotel you get a 33% discount on parking at the underground car park beside the apartment

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. Pilar is an excellent host. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and the location could not be better. The only thing we regret is not staying longer! Valencia is an amazing city! We will be back and plan it around the ability to stay in this same apartment! Pilar, thank you for everything!!

Comfortable and clean apartment in an excellent location (very close to the metro coming from the airport and the historic center). Recommended for a family with small children. Pilar and Rachel supported us for our every need.

It was a trip to celebrate my 60th with one of my closes girlfriend. The whole trip was magical … the apartment was perfect. The location , the size and having the main bedroom in the way back helped with the noise . I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment . Pilar was very helpful … had wonderful suggestions on places to see & do . Raquel met us at the apartment in … wonderful person … fantastic energy … lots of laughs . ****************

Very clean, well situated and fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia thanks in part by this appartement.

We spent 2 lovely days in Valencia visiting our son who was studying there. The apartment was in a perfect location to everything - food, train stations, shops, etc. Lots of people and energy all the time in the neighborhood and we always felt safe. The apartment is roomy with everything we needed. Rachel who cleans the apartment was friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Pilar was responsive to all our inquiries leading up to our arrival and throughout our stay. Thank you for a lovely time in your lovely city!

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in a busy and interesting area near to bars, restaurants and shops. Easy Walking distance to metro , buses and rail station . Cathedral and old town easily reached on foot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

The apartment is perfectly located in a great area steps away from Valencia Nord train station and a taxi stand at the end of the street towards the station. Cafes and restaurants line the street, however you don’t hear any noise from the bedrooms. Air conditioning worked well, plus it was nice to have a washer/dryer to do some laundry. The lift was great as we had heavy suitcases and could not have lifted them up the stairs. Raquel met us on time at the front door and was great at explaining everything. House was clean and had all we needed although we spent most of our time walking as Valencia is a beautiful city with lots of walkable roads

Nice property, 4th floor, good view. Elevator, large and nice living room. The 2 bedrooms are quite small (no easy passage between the wall and the bed. Not a choice if you have troubles in walking or on a wheelchair). The 2 bathrooms do not have a window and so does the kitchen (non window there too). We had lost our keys apt and we had to solve the problem all by ourselves (no real help from the tenant or the assistant to the tenant). Nevertheless, Valencia is a great city, very green and family friendly, higlhly recommended. :-)

This apartment is in an incredible location; we were able to walk most places, otherwise we caught the nearby Metro (at the end of the block!). Tons of restaurants, shops, and people-watching opportunities! The apartment was beautifully decorated. While the plaza below was always full of life, we never had any issues with noise inside. The property manager, Rachel, was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including directions to several places around the city. I'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Nice, clean rental but extremely hard to find. No door number on main property door or room door. Not the best part of town but within walking distance to a better area. Sheets felt like sandpaper but everything else was comfortable. Wifi info was incorrect but got an immediate reply when I contacted the owner.

The property is clean, well maintained and in a great central location within walking distance to the city's main attractions and good restaurants and bars. The owner, Pilar and the cleaner, Raquel are both very friendly and helpful, Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a fantastic location. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The host was fabulous and the check-in was so easy. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it. This was my first experience with VRBO as we usually stay in hotels. We are hoping to stay here again in the future. We give it 5 stars!!

We traveled through Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona this summer with our family of four and this apartment in Barcelona was by far our favorite. The location was great, place was super clean, communication with the host was timely and friendly, and value for the price was amazing. Also, during our stay there was a heat wave moving through Spain and this apartment has very powerful air-conditioning. We stayed in other apartments during our trip and good air-conditioning is apparently hard to find in Spain. Rachel met us at the apartment and she was super sweet to us. She helped us with all our questions and she was very friendly.

I was allowed to check in early, which was a great courtesy. For that I was with my kids who were going to a summer camp. The cleaning lady was border line rude and somehow lacked manners. But overall this is a wonderful property and the listing is 100% accurate and the communication with the owner is fantastic. Fully recommended.

We had a great experience with Pilar and her lovely apartment in Valencia. My friends and i had a quick two night stay in Valencia. It was very hot and one major perk was the AC. I have yet to stay at an apartment in Spain that got as cool as this one… which was VERY much needed after walking around all day in the heat. The apartment is in a fantastic location, walkable to all of the most historical aspects of the city. The only thing you’ll likely need or want to cab to is the city of arts and sciences and the beach areas. Cabs were very easy to find from the apartment and we enjoyed the historical neighborhood areas the most. Pilar was so nice and easy to work with, we were able to check in early and check in/ out was very easy. Raquel helped us check in and was so kind. She let us drop our bags off and regroup even though she was still cleaning the place. All and all, would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a well located apartment in Valencia for a small group (2-4 people) this apartment ticks a lot of boxes. On a busy street with lots of restaurants and a fabulous bakery opposite, the noise wasn't an issue at all for us. We could walk everywhere we wanted as it was so central.

Fantastic location, excellent communication with host and an overall great stay. Highly recommend.

The unit is very modern (4th floor with lift) but has some maintenance issues that need fixing. The 2nd bedroom door scrapes floor so in order to close you have to pull the handle hard therefore it is coming out. Small side window roller blind not working and dining room chandelier bulb holder is broken. All the door hinges incl. the kitchen cabinets could do with some oiling. The bathroom is lacking towel racks and a shelf to put your shampoo, soap etc. in the shower. The shower hose is wonky falls out of bracket. The main electric breaker also needs fixing as the slightest, inadvertent touch can turn it off. The kitchen lacked basics, such as a cutting board, cutting knifes, a big pot for boiling water, and not a condiment in sight! The only thing there was some ground coffee (and eggs from the previous occupant). It was impossible to cook a meal. Nowhere on the reservation did it state that there was a cleaning fee fee of 60 Euros (to be paid in cash). We were only informed of this upon arrival by the housekeeper who was there to let us in. If these minor items were fixed, this would truly be a 5-star place to stay.
