The place was cute.

There was actually no wall separating the single bedroom from the living room. The kitchen was very poorly supplied. The unit is on the 1st floor above a noisy main street in a not great area. instructions were unclear, No parking nearby. Neighbourhood didn't feel very safe to walk around in. Lots of amublances / sirens passed in the single day we were there - maybe as many as a dozen. The second room is a pull out couch in the same room as the dining table, and it goes all the way to the TV unit so you have to climb over the bed to get out of the room. There was no access to the balcony even though it had one.

Met by the welcoming host who helped us settle. Had all the facilities we needed for a good break in Lisbon. A short walk to Metro, tram and bus stops. Easily reached from the main station or airport by metro or taxi. Comfortable beds, very clean throughout. Accessible on foot or by public transport to the centre. Bus ride to River area quite convenient. 5 floors up but served by 2 lifts. Several restaurants of all types and budgets within easy reach.

Nothing. It had all we needed and good value for money.

The only reason I booked this listing was for the airport shuttle and patio. I was declined for the airport shuttle both times, and the patio is locked and not to be used by guests. Not sure why they advertise it. Host was barely responsive. When my flight was delayed until later, I changed the check in time on my non refundable booking and got DECLINED. So to my understanding, I was flying into a new city with no transportation service and no place to stay despite having already paid for a place with transportation service. Had I not just continuously dialed the phone number for check in, I wouldn't have had a place to stay after flying all day. Dish sponge was dirty. Doors banging very loudly very often and at all times. A lot of important details are not included in booking info.

Great host, very responsive and helpful. Unit was comfortable and very bright with lots of sunshine.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our group. The location was good, it was easy to get to the sights we wanted to see. Finding the apartment was easy, and checking in went smoothly. It was well-equipped, and the complemntary bottle of wine was welcome.

The apartment overlooks a busy road with lots of car traffic which did not seem to stop at night, so those sleeping in the bedroom on that side needed earplugs at night.

Clean, comfortable, fantastic location and the host was very helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine and it was nice that they left us toiletries and cleaning products.

We love that the property is located in the center where everything is easily accessible especially the metro. Most sightseeing places are reachable by walking. The host is very friendly and nice. The property itself is very cozy. Overall my friends and I loved the place.

Stink in bath room..If you are privacy freak, it is not for you. Noise from metro and main street.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and the host who greeted us upon arrival was helpful and friendly.

The area surrounding the apartment felt very uncomfortable and intimidating for a group of young girls. Groups of men gathered around the streets and we were harassed and made to feel scared. This was during the evening and not so bad during the day. After the first evening we got taxis directly from and to the apartment due to this.

Near the subway

There was a strong sewage smell in the apartment, shower head was leaking and very limited hot water, bedrooms had no doors, only sliding partitions that only closed halfway. Stairs were almost completely blocked by laundry bags. Underwhelming and disappointing

-well equipped kitchen -spacious with nice balconies -comfortable beds and sofa -overall a cosy apartment

-Noise: you can hear people in the corridors, the elevator and neighbours. You can also feel and hear trains pass due to the proximity to the metro station. There were often siren sounds from emergency vehicles on the road. I wore earplugs to help me sleep. -Neighborhood: the area did not feel safe mainly at night, there are some dodgy people walking around the neighborhood

- very nice host - it was a greeting bottle of wine and some snacks - close to the metro station - very comfortable bed

- location. It doesn’t look safe especially in the evening. - you can hear when people go down or up the stairs because the door is shaking with noise - a bit cold in the bathroom (the floor)

There was a coffee machine in the apartment and some free capsules. I also got a bottle of wine, crackers, and tuna pate as gift. Small things, but nice. The water in the shower is warm right away, you don't have to wait long for heating up. Good internet. Walking distance to the subway is a couple of minutes.

Both outside and inside are very noisy. Right under the windows is a loud road, where every half hour the police or ambulance pass by. When the subway train rides, the apartment shakes. When someone enters the house, the door to the apartment wobbles with a loud crack. I couldn't find a cutting board in the kitchen. The TV is ancient, there is no SmartTV or apps. It was quite cold in January, and the air conditioning didn't help because it only warmed up part of the room. With the dishwasher on, it started to smell strongly from the drain.
