Small, clean, well equipped house. Near downtown Charlottesville between the Riverpark and downtown Charlottesville. Perfect place to catch up with friends. We appreciated some of the special touches the owners provided.

The house was perfect for our needs. Close to downtown, yet quiet. The snacks and drinks were such a lovely perk, totally unexpected. The house was clean and household supplies were all we needed. Small requests: a vegetable peeler and some curtains for the front bedroom that were more light-proof. Thanks to the owners for a nice stay!

My wife and I are seniors who visited Charlottesville to attend our granddaughter's wedding. This house was perfect for our stay. It was sparkling clean well-appointed, and the owners were friendly and communicative. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

My husband & I had a few days off before a business mtg in Richmond. We enjoyed driving to Monticello & visiting local wineries. The hospitality given at this cozy little cottage is the best we have ever received, right down to the cold water waiting for us in the fridge after a long hot day!

The property is well taken care of and very clean. It is close to everything and offered a tranquil spot following long move in days with my Hoo. Definitely bookmarking this property to stay at again when we come back to visit and move him in and out. Thank you!!

Our family (3 year old and 5 year old) really had a great time in our 2 night trip in Charlottesville here! It was perfect for us, with more than enough room to play, eat and sleep here. It has probably the best furniture and appliances I've seen at a rental (note, "best" also including "sturdiest", since a big concern is always that the kids might break something). Everything was so solidly built but also so comfortable (couches and both beds were just excellent). The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us so comfortable despite the August heat. Ameneties were super well thought-out too, always found what we needed. The location was super convenient, and while it was just too far to walk to downtown for us in the heat, driving 2 minutes was super simple. We loved going to Riverview playground and Onesty water park right in our backyard. Definitely a win for anyone visiting the C'ville area!

This was our first time using VRBO. We had a very nice stay at the property. It was as advertised. It was convenient to downtown. It is at the end of a completely residential neighborhood - so it felt comfortable walking a dog at all hours. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities - snacks, bottled water, a well stocked kitchen, lots of pillows of all thicknesses.

Our group of 4 (2 couples) really enjoyed our stay in this charming, comfortable home. The house was very clean, and we had everything we needed to prepare meals. We particularly enjoyed watching the birdlife and passersby from the front porch. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there was an added bonus of being able to walk to the historic downtown mall area for dinner and drinks. We were in C'ville for our law school reunion, and wouldn't hesitate to book this house again when the next reunion rolls around.

Me and my mom recently stayed at this property for five days and four nights. It was convenient to downtown as well as the highway so we were not to far from things that we wanted to do and go see. The house was neat and tidy and the owners left snacks and a few drinks for our comfort. Overall will definitely stay again whenever in the area.

Comfortable and convenient
We stayed at the Charles and Erica's place for a short get-away visit. The house was spotlessly clean, had all of the comforts of home, and also had many extra thoughtful touches (like toiletry samples in the bathroom and snacks and coffee in the kitchen). Checking in was incredibly easy and we had no problems with the house while we were there. It is convenient to absolutely everything in Charlottesville -for example, if you don't mind walking, it is only a mile to the downtown pedestrian mall.

This property was perfect for our brief visit to C'ville to catch a 'Hoos hoops game. The two bedrooms are quite comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, with complementary snacks and beverages (and an ice maker!), the cable and wifi worked perfectly. The offstreet parking is a plus. My friend and I have made numerous trips to C'ville to visit the University over the years and this was the best property we've stayed at.

This property was perfect for our brief visit to C'ville to catch a 'Hoos hoops game. The two bedrooms are quite comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, with complementary snacks and beverages (and an ice maker!), the cable and wifi worked perfectly. We loved our stay. It was a great home base for jumping all over Charlottesville and surrounding activities. Parking was super easy. The bed (we slept in the back bedroom) was super comfy. The little extras (toothbrush/toothpaste, snacks, sodas, coffee) were so thoughtful! Loved it!

We stayed for our daughter's 16th Birthday and it was wonderful! House is super cute and convenient to everything! Only had one question the entire time and it was answered immediately (and it was user error on my part). Dogs felt right at home there as well. Will definitely stay again!

This property was close to Monticello and to restaurants and entertainment in Charlottesville. The house was clean and comfortable. The host responded to questions almost immediately. We appreciated the thoughtful snacks and beverages that were provided. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
