The owners and their staff went above and beyond making guests feel comfortable. Breakfast which included homemade breads, muffins, a specialty egg sandwich, and other traditional breakfast favorites were all amazing. They offered onsite rentals of everything needed for a beach day. On top of all this, every evening they left out homemade cookies for a sweet treat. Our stay was excellent and would return again.

The staff was exceptional, and the room was very clean. We had a very nice breakfast of Fench toast and eggs and potatoes. Most other hotels only offer cereal and muffins. We were waited on in a lovely air-conditioned dining room.

The one small thing was that the bed was a little too soft, and it made it difficult to turn or get out of bed. However, I think it,s more about what kind of mattress you usually sleep on, and one other small thing is there were no glasses in the room.

We stayed at Cottage A which gave us the flexibility of cooking if we felt like. The kitchen was nicely equipped to accommodate our needs. Great added bonus.

Everything was exceptional

Lovely Inn with the most hospitable, friendly hosts! Such a quaint space and phenomenal rooftop deck! The breakfast was incredible; the chef's daily creations were innovative and delicious. Its location a couple of blocks from the beach can't be beaten!

The room was a little small; however, it was clean and pretty and had a wonderful bathroom shower. The room was accessed up 2 sets of steep/narrow stairs which was fine for us but might not be for certain guests.

We just left the Inn at Ocean Grove and we're already talking about when we'll go back. We've been going to OG for years but have had a difficult time finding a place that checked all the boxes. This week we discovered the Inn @ Ocean Grove. We'll never stay anywhere else. Joe and Kelsey have created the sweetest little spot. They are so lovely and made us feel so welcome. The rooms are cute and clean and provide all you need for a beach vacation. But oh my, Joe's breakfasts. Please do yourself a favor- order the breakfast special, whatever it happens to be that day. Joe puts so much creativity and love into his breakfast creations and Kelsey is a ray of sunshine every morning. Our search for the best OG spot is over! We just love this adorable couple and their beautiful inn and will be returning every summer.

I found peace and healing at The Inn at Ocean Grove. I had lived in the Shore area for over 40 years and always loved the quaint Victorian charm of Ocean Grove. Life and circumstances lead me to the next phase of my journey and I moved out of state. When my beloved ended his time here on earth; the family planned a “Celebration of Life” in the Shore area where we loved and lived. I decided to make a travel experience of his celebration because we so loved to travel together. That is what lead me to The Inn at Ocean Grove. As soon as I stepped over the threshold of The Inn, I felt a sense of serenity. I was graciously greeted by the Innkeepers, Joe and Kelsey. Kelsey is warm and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Joe is the chef. and his scratch breakfasts, especially his “Brunch Wrap Supreme” are superb!!! Joe continuously hones and fine tunes the ingredients until the perfect blend and taste is achieved. And his double chocolate chip cookies for afternoon tea left me weak in the knees! As my week’s stay progressed, my initial visceral sense of serenity deepened and became the peace and healing that I needed. I am so grateful to Bill, Joe and Kelsey, Michelle and the rest of the staff at The Inn for creating the ambiance to facilitate my healing process. I cannot give a higher recommendation for The Inn at Ocean Grove.

The hosts and breakfast were very nice! The room had a damp musty odor and the window ac, although it worked, was either attic or Sahara and didn’t seem to regulate the temperature properly. The railing on the roof deck was definitely not secure.

I paid for 2 beds, but when I got there it was one bed and a couch. i wasn’t happy.

Views from the room were sad; room was very cramped; internet was constantly going out; breakfast time needed to run later in the am for late risers.

Very nice couple that runs this location. We had a great breakfast outside on the patio and the location had a New Orleans meets the beach vibe. The beach was lovely and it’s a quick walk to Asbury. We will definitely be back.
