access to supermarkets and transportation

just a small towel for 2 persons I requested for one and they provided next day already the check out… really bad experience

The staff that checked us in made us really uncomfortable. The man stood in the doorway, insuitating sexual things more than once and being demeaning toward women. The shower had no shower head. The door did not open easily, had to call the staff that made us uncomfortable to come open the door, unfortunately.

The showers don’t have the end spray water and no face tower. Glass on shower was not clean and the table was duty And staff don’t have the actitud to give a good

Location. Balcony on the floor with seating.

Furnishings, or rather the lack thereof. Lack of amenities like shampoo, decent towels, a night lamp (or any lamps for that matter).

Very clean, cold air conditioning, comfortable, good location, super friendly helpful staff,two girls working went out of there way to make sure I had a cab to airport in the morning , was a great piece of mind because the airports were closing for 30 days the next day and the city was shut down,a excellent stay thanks .

Tatiana was our saving grace!! We would have demanded a full refund & went elsewhere if she hadn't taken over from the other unhelpful staff.

We were over charged almost 300,000.00 cp when we checked in & it took an extremely stressful & argumentative day to finally have it reimbursed. There was also only a broken pipe hanging from the wall where the shower should have been, so that needed to be repaired. The water in the mini fridge has the price right on the bottles, but you are charged 5x that amount if you consume any.
