This place was an absolute gem, located in the quiet part of town. The managers were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless. AC worked really well, practical room layout with a lovely balcony and key to acess the property so felt very safe. Fresh towels daily and a clean every other day, hot shower, and filtered drinking water provided every morning. This is our favourite accomodation of our whole trip so far!

the property was amazing, very nice place and the staff were really nice and helpful, she let us leave our bags in the office after the check out so we could take a late water taxi to Belize city and enjoy an extra day of sun. She also suggested us some places where to eat and do day trips that were amazing

Very calm and quiet place, 10 minutes from the split and centeral caye caulker so you don't get a lot of the noise from the parties.

I noticed several ants around inside the room.

Entrance was welcoming and nice, staff were very friendly.

The housing is located on the quiet street of Caye Caulker, but at the same time everything is 3-10 minutes away as the island itself is small. if you want to rest well (Caye Caulker is kinda a party island) - choose Dream Cabanas! We had the best time here! the room has AC, coffee/tea, and all the necessary things to have your own breakfast on the terrace! They offer bike rentals for 2,5 USD which we used almost every day as it allows you to also travel to the North island to see the crocodiles. Grocery store is like 1 min away and tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The property looks really dreamy in the evening with the lights and the host was very helpful during all stay! Room was cleaned every day and we even got some great tips for exploring the very south of the Island where is a beautiful white sand beach which is more popular for locals!

Perfect stay. Everywhere on the island is walkable and the Cabanas are lovely. Service is great, would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here I booked another night!Friendly helpful manager, super clean and very comfortable, the room is really nice with wooden floors, modern decor, big comfy bed with good pillows, hot shower and has fan and air con. nice little veranda to hang stuff out or sit, and lovely lights on at night round the trees. good wifi signal. It’s only 8ish mins walk to the water taxi dock, and lots of restaurants, shops close by. Definitely recommend.

we only stayed there one night but would habe stayed longer (but already had another hotel booked) as we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable! All clean, nice veranda and fresh water, some tee and coffee as well as a kettle and a bowl to make some basic breakfast or so. Flexible and easy check-in and -out, walking distance to everything and quiet at night, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Location en owners are perfect, really sweet and helpfull people.

Dream cabanas is small, and that is perfect, but there is some sound around sometimes. That can be bothersome.

the alley behind us was noisy and felt like there was no privacy in the bathroom. for the neighborhood, there were always 2 men standing in the road suspiciously..

Lovey cabanas decorated in a modern style. Access to fridge and free drinking water was great. Shower was lovely and hot. Wifi was good. Nice to have an area to sit out and dry clothes.

There is construction going on atm which is a little noisy at various times of the day.

The rooms are clean and well furnished. The shower is good and hot, it was a great base for us on the island.
