We enjoyed every minute! House is lovely, lots of room for the family. Deck perfect for eating and relaxing. We will be booking again for 2022!

We loved the house- so clean! Location to beach and restaurants was great. Loved walking our dog in the neighborhood. Great yard and deck for entertaining. We would definitely go back. We had 4 adults, one kid and a dog. Perfect size. One odd thing, the A/C Units on the first floor and basement were not working when we arrived. We called the property manager Monday and they sent someone right overall d he fixed it right away. The outside condenser outlet had been disconnected. He plugged it back in. On the following Friday, night before checkout, my daughter saw someone in the yard disconnecting it again. We left it off that final night but unclear as to why someone would turn it off intentionally and not tell us or leave clear instructions inside?

Property was nice and there was plenty of A/C for the house. Close to the beach !

The house was just right for our family. We loved the close location to both the Wheeler State Beach, and especially the Scarborough State Beach, the family favorite.

Thanks for proving the perfect home for our family vacation. We have been coming to the area for 30+ years - my wife being an RI native. 7 adults shared the home - 3 couples and my daughter with her dog. My son and fiancé spent the time staying in the lower bedroom. This acted as a pseudo suite since it had it's own full bath and sitting area. The main level had plenty of space for everyone and the deck and the grill saw frequent use. (Be sure to never leave your food alone on the deck though. You may be visited by a seagull and their friend. :-) ) All the beds were incredibly comfortable. Having a severe back issue I've slept on an old vacation rental mattress. These appeared to be new and felt like home. I would suggest a ceiling fan in the living room because it could get a little stuffy. We didn't use the AC but it was nice to know it was there if needed. I can't say enough about the place. Location location location was a reason we selected this home. It's walking distance to the beach. (My definition of walking about 15 minutes) 0ne factor that made it virtually perfect was the management company. Narragansett Property Management and Carly specifically handled every concern and issue promptly regardless the significance of it. Hats off to you Carly and THANKS for making our week perfect. Thanks to the owners of this home for sharing it with others. Thanks again to Carley and NPM. We had a great time!!

Great property, easy access to the beach, well laid out with great spaces indoors and out. Would absolutely rent again

We found this home to be great for both gathering together and also great for everyone having a chance to have their own space when they felt the need. Nice set up for family of 5 but not convenient for more than 6 due to the beds all being double or queen sized. I would not consider the futon to be an extra "comfortable " sleeping area. Having a room with 2 twins beds would have been nice. The home was very neat and clean on arrival. Kitchen supplies were a little stingy too many beer & wine glasses, mugs for coffee were too small and there was only one teaspoon in the set of silverware that was supplied by the home. Had to have have one of our sons bring some of these items from home. Just a little inconvenient due to not a lot of room in the kitchen to put extra items. Also would say that the location was excellent to enjoy the numerous attraction the the South County area has to offer. We spent most of the week enjoying the surrounding beaches, on a rainy afternoon was able to take in a movie, and we also explored Beaver Tail Park and Museum. Over all we had a great week, and great memories too, while there we found out our oldest son passed his boards for his RN license. So we celebrated that while we were there as well. That is a forever memory! So outside of a few minor adjustment that you would have to make not being in your own home, I would say we had a great week and would recommend this home to family and friends. Overall the experience was pleasant and the house was everything they said it was.
