The hosts Eloy and Maria were very responsive and answered all our questions. Their Housekeeper Carmen was very helpful. She checked us in and showed us how everything worked. Carmen does not speak English but understood everything we were saying. The apartment was as described, it included everything we required and more. We had six adults that stayed at the property and it provided us with all the space we needed to be comfortable for our stay. There are restaurants and stores a short walk away. I highly recommend this property when visiting Barcelona.

The apartment was very good. We loved the neighbourhood which was residential, not touristy but within easy walking distance of centre. Loved the local market. Excellent transport links. Just what we required

Bright apartment with all the amenities, comfortable beds. Close to many main attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. Taxi stop across the street. Eloy was always prompt with any inquiries. Maria was such a delight in helping with the check in process. Safe location and would definitely stay again. The only odd thing was the opaque glass doors on the bathroom and bedroom doors offered little privacy. One small towel per person.

We stayed here for a few days in Barcelona and it was fantastic! Owners were very helpful, the place was clean and bright, It was stocked with items we would need to help make our arrival easy like coffee, tea, water, snacks, etc. Everything was considered by the hosts and it was a very pleasant experience! We would definiately stay here again!!

My family of 5 stayed here 9 days and everything was 10:10. I had some some questions concerning travel and the hosts provided correct information fast. When we arrived the place was so spotlessly clean that we thought we were the first to stay. I would definitely stay there again!

Very well appointed appartment with execellent communication with host. Convienient location with nearby Aldi supermarket and close Metro access. Nearby restaurants, but fairly quiet. More nightlife available closer to La Rambla.

Clean, very well stocked with the basics for cooking, including tea and coffee and some extra treats. Loved the location - we walked to all the major attractions, or took the metro which has a nearby stop. Great check-in with a host who gave us details and recommendations. We would return to this place if we travel to Barcelona again.

This was our first trip to Barcelona and we wanted a location that allowed us to walk and enjoy everything Barcelona had to offer. Safe and quiet location. This was the place! We spent 7 nights here and loved the surrounding area for groceries, quick places to grab pastries, and grabbed dinner twice right outside the apartment. Most tourist places were 15 - 20 minute walk. We are avid walkers so this was perfect for us. Sagrada Familia and Montjuic were further away but worth the walk to see the architecture, history, and culture of the city. We planned one entire day as Gaudi day and visited the main Gaudi locations in a loop (over 12 miles). 100% worth it. Eloy was extremely helpful and his guidance got us to the place perfectly. Eloy provided so much helpful information prior to our trip. Carmen showed us how to settle in and recommended nearest grocery stores and Mercat de Sant Antoni for tapas. We will recommend staying here to our friends and family that are planning trips to Barcelona.

This was a great property in a wonderful location of the city. The communication with the owners was very easy and the check-in was extremely smooth. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. As we were participating in the marathon, it was convenient that there was a place for us to store our bags between check-out and the end of the race.

Had a great long weekend in Barcelona. Recommend booking visits to Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell as each place sells out and limits visitor numbers to improve the visitors' experience. Cable cars worth a ride. Bus Tour with tickets to visitor sites available in a range of options and public transport very good. Hosts very accommodating with arrival and departure (leaving luggage safely in the building was very helpful, Thank you)

The flat was VERY clean!! That was our first impression. Location is well situated with extreme ease for access to the underground. Neighborhood nice and bakery and restaurant/bars very close. ALDIs grocery store near by for any of your standard grocery needs. The Host (Eloy and Maria) made certain that Carmen was there to greet us and she was very thorough and kind and they even provided us with a lovely “welcome” package of snacks and beverages. One more thing to note, the beds are very comfortable which is not always the case in VRBOs. Eloy even provide excellent recommendations for shopping per my request of a specific item. If you are going to visit Barcelona, I highly recommend this flat. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a terrace or porch, but of course we knew it was not equipped with that coming in.

The apartment was clean and had all the essentials and was in a great neighborhood. Also short walk to the Metro. The owners are great communicators.

The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen wares, multiple coffee machines, etc. All appliances were in great working order. Washer and dryer included. The beds are comfortable, the living / dining area is bright with the morning sun until early afternoon. The living room window opens for fresh air. Communications with Eloy were excellent and very timely. And any questions or help I needed he was quick to help us out. Check in was in person with Carmen and they were able to adjust to our flight delays. Also appreciated the welcome gifts of juice, milk, snacks and olives! The area is fantastic in that you can walk to most of the Barcelona attractions in 20 minutes in every direction. Subway is a 3 min walk away. Mercat Sant Antoni is 5 min walk away, Lidl and Consum grocery stores are also close 5 minutes. Good restaurants and bakery right around the corner (turn right when leaving the build and turn right again). We enjoyed our 7 day stay here!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and loved the individual night lights above the beds. The bathrooms had all the amenities and we loved having a washer and dryer. The apartment was cozy and inviting! We appreciated the thoughtful snacks you provided upon our arrival after a long day/night of travel. The housekeeper met us when we arrived to show us how everything worked. The location of this apartment was in a beautiful, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spotlessly clean, and kitchen is well-stocked for simple meals. Really appreciated the "welcome basket" with snacks, milk, and juice and an initial coffee supply. Loved having multiple different coffee-making options! :-) Location was really convenient: on a quiet street, ~10-15 minute walk to the old town, and just a few blocks away from stops on two different metro lines and the bus stop for the Aerobus to/from the airport. Check in and check out were very easy, and the apartment owners/managers were very responsive. Loved having a washer and dryer available! No street noise, but could occasionally hear the people upstairs, which is normal (in my view). The shower stall in the main bathroom is quite tiny. I managed fine, but my husband (who is over 6 feet tall) had to open the shower doors to bend down to wash his feet. This did not detract from our stay -- only mentioning if you have big people in your party. We definitely would stay here again on any future trips to Barcelona!

Awesome stay at this extremely comfortable Apartment. Strategic location that allows to walk or connect to public transportation. Easy checking, very clean and well maintained property. Fully equipped with every home furniture and appliance that makes you feel like at home. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and enjoy the beauty of Barcelona.

We really enjoyed our stay in this multi culteral city. The apartment was nice and spacious and had origional modern art ,good quality bed linens small bathrooms but washer and dryer.and well stocked with breakfast items etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Location was perfect, close to everything either walking or by cab. Apartment had many items at the apartment that we wonderful to have like coffee, milk, Orange juice, some nice cookies etc. waiting for us when we arrived. Shampoo. Toothbrushes, soap and other goodies in the bathroom if you needed them. My only complaint was the bedrooms were very warm at night which really doesn’t help us old folks. Loved the whole experience and hope it’s available in October of 2025 when we go back to Barcelona again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for 2 nights prior to a cruise. The location was perfect. Eloy was responsive to questions and even gave helpful info about transportation without me asking. The little touches were appreciated since the airline confiscated my toothpaste cuz it was too big LOL and there was little packets there to get me through until I went to the store. Carmen was super helpful too as she was there to greet us to review locks, washing machine, etc. We stored our luggage there until we had to leave for the cruise. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome spot, huge and very comfortable. Has everything you need for a longer stay. Wonderful location, very walkable and close to metro station. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean, quiet, good location, well-equipped. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Apartment is easy to find, near a metro stop and taxi stand. Within walking distance to old city. The bedrooms and bathrooms are VERY small, with no drawers for clothes or places for luggage. Awkward shower.

Our property was very central to Plaça de Catalunya which is very central to tour buses, restaurants and Las Ramblas. It was exactly as described. Our hosts Eloy and Maria were excellent, communication was prompt and extremely helpful. We were early and they did everything to help us store luggage early which was so nice. Carmen, their cleaner met us at doors, explained all about apartment, keys, doors. The hosts also provided all kinds of information on area, tours, restaurants, transportation systems. The Mercador (supermarket ) are a street away but just outside the apartment is a small grocery store, wine/beer store and a store that sells all kinds of hair, body, bathroom articles.Taxis are the best. We had an amazing time in Barcelona and would definitely recommend this property. It also had an elevator. Thank you Eloy and Maria MJP

The apartment was easily accessible via an elevator. There were many kitchen items along with some welcome food items for snacking. The laundry included soap. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome after hot temperatures in the city. We loved the Italian restaurant on the corner. Would absolutely stay there again! Thank you!!

This apartment is close to downtown sights and has a well stocked kitchen for longer stays. It was nice to have some extra treats for our arrival as well. The bathrooms were also well stocked with extra supplies and the use of the washer and dryer was very much appreciated. It was great to have Carmen takes us through where everything was and how it worked. Lastly, it was great that we could leave our luggage in a safe place once we checked out so we could enjoy Barcelona a bit longer without worrying about carrying our bags around.

Everything about this apartment is great! Great location, great hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hosts, Eloy & Maria, were very helpful & available every time we had a question. Carmen was delightful & checked us in quickly & easily. I completely recommend this property to any family visiting Barcelona! 10 stars!
