We had an extended family stay for a family birthday.. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Plenty of space to be together or have a bit of space apart with 3 separate living spaces

Perfect house for birthday celebration
The house is just perfect. Very clean well furnished and the kitchen had lots of equipment and utensils. Such a spacious house with lots of different rooms to relax in. The dining room was plenty big enough for the 9 of us to sit round the table. Location perfect for the South Cliff of Scarborough. Just a very short walk from the beach and the Spa Theatre. Anne the owner was extremely helpful during the booking process and in the lead up to our arrival. We would recommend this house to any party looking for somewhere really lovely to stay in Scarborough. Thankyou Anne. From a group of very happy satisfied group of Nurses

Spacious, well appointed and good location.
Visited for family celebration, 11 of us across 3 generations. House suited us perfectly. Very comfortable and well equipped. Loads of space. 10 mins walk to seafront and town centre. No problem parking outside the door.

NewYear & 50th Birthday Celebrations
The house was fantastic, spotlessly clean with loads of mugs as we like our cups of tea!!! And room for everyone! The PlayStation 2 was a big hit with the teenagers, twenty somethings and my husband too! We had the most wonderful time! All my family loved the house, great New Year & Birthday memories made, Thank you so much Anne! 😃

Fantastic Stay
Beautiful house in a fantastic location (5 mins from the beach/seafront) very spacious property and very well equipped... there was 10 in our group and was plenty big enough.... very enjoyable weekend, 3 generations celebrating my mum’s 70th Birthday.... highly recommend this property, will definitely be returning... thank you.

Excellent Property in a Great Location
6 Adults, 5 Kids and a Dog. Family reunion to celebrate a Birthday. Layout of House allows all to gather together or do their own thing as well. Standard of fixtures and fittings was superb with plenty of essentials supplied. Scarborough has lots to keep all ages entertained. Great communications and service from Anne the owner. Would definitely return.

Kings House Scarborough.
Kings house was just perfect and would highly recommend it. The decor was first class and a big plus was having all the shower and toilet facilities. Ideal for families and friends. The owner was so friendly and helpful.

Amazing house, great position. Well equipped and so spacious, even better than we expected.
Booked for 12 (10 in the end) friends to celebrate a 60th. Couldn't have chosen better. Even the weather was fab for autumn.
The only negative was that we had emailed and booked Tricolore Italian for the Saturday, months ago, however when my friend rang to double check, they claimed to have no booking, even though she had a confirmation email. We won't be going to that restaurant again!!
Definitely recommend the property for large groups who want to have excellent accommodation

Spacious, homely and great location
Our experience couldn't have been better. From booking this property, communication from Anne was always quick, clear and friendly.
We stayed at this property for a family weekend away, no car journeys and to just have fun together. This property more than accommodated that. Only a few minutes walk to the seafront, Tesco's and a yummy chippy!
We arrived, parked easily and the property was clean and welcoming. There was plenty of room for us to socialise in the kitchen/living areas but also room for the children to play separately.
This house is on 4 floors so if any of your party has difficulty with steps, this probably won't be the holiday home for you, but for us it was perfect! Thank you Anne

Superb retreat
An excellent property in a great location that sleeps a large group.
The house was well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious. The patio area also provides a private outdoor space for chilling out/BBQ.
The location is within walking distance of the south beach and attractions with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, amusements, theatre and clean beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owner prior to our stay was excellent.
I would certainly use the house again and would recommend a visit to anyone.

Perfect bedrooms, kitchen and many sitting rooms
High standard, spacious immediate comfort with many sitting rooms as well as excellent bedrooms. Everything was there, train set and toys for children, great kitchen for breakfast and full meal, enough bathrooms, amazing location close to cliff foots paths both directions, very helpful and really warm communication from owner. Made our trip with 10 people wonderful. We were stunned at quality of house and reasonable price, Very very many thanks. We will come back!

Fantastic Property for a get together
This is a fantastic house for a get together with family or friends. It has 3 good sized double rooms and 3 good sized twins, all well appointed and clean. There are 3 public rooms on the ground floor whilst the basement has a massive kitchen which is well equipped, and a dining room with a great big table so your party can enjoy meals together. Also TVs, wifi and playstation for screen-time addicts. Within easy walking distance of the South Bay and the main shopping centre, you'll have a great time here. The owner is very helpful and easy to deal with. We shall return!!
