Lovely property (this is the second time that we have stayed here). We were here 2 years ago & the deck was being renovated & it looks wonderful. The only problem this year was the weather (cold for May!).

Amazing property. We have stay here before and when it was open when we were looking for a thankgiving get away to meet family, we didnt think twice about booking it. Alicia is great with communication and the property is perfect for a large group. And pet friendly. We were 15 strong plus the two dogs and there is plenty of room for everyone. Love this house and the lake access. Everything you need and more.

Our large group of three generations had a great time in this wonderful lake home. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything we needed to fix meals for the group. The lakefront is really perfect with a great dock for the kids and dogs to jump in and swim all day and a sand beach for the adults to relax on. The screen porch was perfect for after-dinner s'mores fixed in the stone fireplace.

Great week with extended family. Sixteen from 72-6 years. Beds very comfortable. Two refrigerators was a big plus. Path to lake paved. A little steep in one part but not bad. Used golf cart to transport coolers. Beach was fun for games. Location on lake was great….enough traffic to give us waves as we bobbed…dock had an extra slip for a boat and we tied up our second boat to the side with no problem. Owners very quick to address questions/concerns. Only suggestion would be to have a third trash receptacle or biweekly pickup. We tried not using paper plates so we could leave room for next renters but with 16 people, it was a lot of trash, especially when cleaning out fridge. Was easy to recycle cans at fire station. It was a great week in a great home and great location.

Just a perfect week at the lake. This home is exactly as described..and then some. Three families and plenty of room! We plan on renting again!

This is the third year we have stayed at this house. It is perfect for large groups. There is something for everyone. Plenty of toys for the younger kids. A nice beach area that's shaded in the afternoons. An awesome dock that's great for fishing and jumping off of. A golf cart to get down to the water and back up. This house has it all. Very satisfied with this property.

This was our second stay at this amazing property. Owner is fantastic and very responsive. Can’t say enough about the house. Plenty of space we had 14 this trip from 12-70 years of age. Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple eating locations and the lake and the dock with your own beach is amazing. We will come back again no need to look for any place else to stay.

The home worked perfectly for our large family. The ages ranged from my 85 year old father to my 1 year old great nephew. There was plenty of room for us all to be together, but also plenty of separate areas for the kids to play. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed, including toys and games. The kitchen was stocked better than any other home we've rented, which is many, 2-3 per year for over 20 years. There was a large selection of pots, pans, dishes and supplies, and were all great quality. The outdoor fireplace was definitely a hit with everyone. I would definitely book this home again., it would be a blast in the summer when we could swim. I would also like to thank Slicia for answering all my questions so promptly and making us feel so welcome.

Perfect spot on the lake to float and relax. Nice beach area near the dock that the doggos loved. Great screened in porch as well. Wish the temp. had been cooler to utilize the multiple fire places as these looked like a awesome way to spend a cold evening. Would recommend this property to any group.

Great! The Rock Spring Access launch was very close and the marinas nearby. We had great week and no problems at all!

Everything was wonderful my only complaint if you call it that would be the would be the walk down to the dock but it was great they provided a golf cart for that also I would personally do away with the foozball table very noisy echo throughout the house just had to tell my grandkids Not to play it. All around great time

Another great week at Lake Hartwell in the perfect lake house! Beautiful, clean, spacious property with an amazing dock and beach! Already planning our stay next year. Owners are very responsive to all communications. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend renting a pontoon from C &E Marina they did a fabulous job also, and you cannot beat a sunset cruise and finding all the little beaches along the lake to park your pontoon and relax, Alicia was very responsive but we really didn’t need her for anything, overall a 10 out of 10 from us, thanks so much for a great place to have our family vac, Mark

This is the second summer in a row my family has stayed at this location, and just as last year we had an amazing time. Everything about this house is perfect.

We had a total of 15 adults & 4 children for the weekend. This was our first time at this property, but everyone liked it so much that we will probably be back! Great place for adults & children. Only problem was that the golf cart charger died the second day that we were there so had to hoof it up & down to the lake!

This rental has many individual spaces. It has great access to the lake.It will accomodate a large family group.
