Nice property, all as described, no surprises, easy access to beach, Jessica is close by and very attentive. Great time had by all.

The property is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and several bars. Nice outdoor space and lots of room inside. Good communication from the owner with a simple check out process.

We absolutely enjoyed this house with our whole family! So many wonderful memories were made! We enjoyed this vacation with Our daughters and son in laws and all of our grandsons!!! Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this property and the experience was as perfect as it was last year. The house is amazing, incredibly well-stocked and the owner is very communicative, friendly and helpful. Anything you could possibly want/need is provided for you, including beach towels, toys and chairs. We loved the free beach chair service. This year an added bonus was that we accidentally left a load of laundry in the dryer and the owner mailed it back to us free of charge. We really love Jessica and hope to keep using her properties as long as they are available!

We loved our week-long stay at Jessica's place. Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything we needed to cook/grill all our meals for 7 people. There was a wagon and chairs for the beach that we used every day. The pool was super clean. Jessica even went out of her way to deal with some rowdy spring breakers who were staying in the house behind us. Overall it was a wonderful stay and Jessica was a wonderful host. We will be back!

A group of four moms and four daughters rented the home for a basketball team showcase week being held at various PCB school locations. The rental and checkin process was extremely easy and communication with the owner was easy, and she quickly responded. The residence was clean and well kept with plenty of sleeping and bathroom space to accommodate eight women. The whole property was well equipped and labeled throughout. The property owner had an awesome house and town guide that we found very useful. Ample parking for all of our vehicles. We will definitely return.

My family rented this property for Thanksgiving and it was great. There was enough room to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was a nice size and had enough counter space for all of the food. It was in walking distance to the beach and not for from grocery stores and the mall. Very nice property!

Beautiful home, a bit outdated and a lot of things didn’t work. Such as the internet on the downstairs and middle level TVs. The hot tub jets don’t work, so it’s more of just a big tub, it’s also kind of dark in the back even with lights on so I bought pool lights, the bed on the 3rd floor needs to be replaced it’s not very sturdy, only 3 of the 4 lawn chairs were usable, other than that we really enjoyed the location and stay. Jessica was helpful and did try to fix the internet as well. The cable did work so we watched cable. Pretty peaceful area as well. Overall liked the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice . The house was located close walk to beach. The pool was great. The manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The house is great place and location for those going to Panama City Beach. We enjoyed the beach service.

This is BY FAR this best rental experience I have had (in PCB or elsewhere). Let me break it down for you. Cost: In previous years my family have been staying in 2-bedroom condos, usually for 4-5 days. Of course a house is going to cost more than a condo, but for just about twice what we usually pay, we got 3-4 times more space, 1000% better quality of furnishings, 2-3 more days (we stayed a full week this year), a private pool and excellent care by the homeowner, Jessica. House: This house is HUGE, has ample COMFORTABLE bedding and it's obvious the homeowner actually put time and effort into decorating, furnishing and stocking. Simple, beautiful, everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, and enough trash bags and toilet paper that we didn't even need to use our own until the last day or two. Everything was immaculately clean. The pool was amazing. The grill worked like a charm (literally just pushed a button and it started up). There were beach towels, wagons and tons of beach chairs/toys/floats. You even get two rental chairs and an umbrella every day on the house. You just have to text them and let them know where to set up. Location: Maybe a two-minute walk to the nearest beach access. VERY close. Since there aren't any condo buildings around, you can set up anywhere and there are 80% fewer people so it's nice and peaceful. A golf cart rental place two streets over, ice machine across the street, loads of restaurants/activities almost within walking distance. The homeowner even included a very helpful binder with restaurant recommendations and menus. Customer Service: Homeowner Jessica is a local. Very prompt communication, very friendly, fixed the couple of issues we ran into (one wagon had a flat tire) very promptly and even thanked us for bringing it to her attention. She really wants you to have a good time. If you can't tell, we loved this place. It (or any of Jessica's other rentals) is on the top of our list for future stays. Can't recommend enough.
