Loved this property—we needed a house for ten people (extended family) and this house was wonderful. Communication with the managers was excellent and we had no problems. I’ve already made reservations for next spring. Highly recommend!

We had a great week in this home! There is a nice separation of bedrooms allowing for us older folks to be on one side and the early riser kids to be on the other. The kitchen was well equipped…(knives need sharpening) and the beds comfy but on the soft side. The pool and hot tub were great…we’re glad we opted to heat them with the unseasonal cool weather. Stephen was wonderful during check in and even offered to bring coolers for our food when the power company shut off the electricity for a day. There will be no disappointments if you rent this property!

Everything was great from the location to the process. Only thing would be the no music allowed outside while enjoying the pool or BBQing. Could here the neighbors playing ping pong and playing music but this is a rule by the city for rentals so no fault to the property. If music was allowed we would book again without hesitation. If you want a quiet outside poolside experience then it is no issue at all.

I knew from the description and photos posted online that the house appeared to be what I wanted for my family however, I’ve stayed at several VRBO locations that don’t always pan out. I’m here to tell you this house was everything and more! The house was clean, well stocked, had the perfect amount of space for our three adult children, their spouses and our two grand children. It was easy to keep clean, they provide everything you can think of! We used the rest of the salt and pepper so we happily provided more. We had so much left over food so we called the management and they were going to donate it. How wonderful is that!! Speaking of management, we felt they went above and beyond!!! They were fantastic! Can’t say enough wonderful things about them!! We will return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peacock House in Palm Springs. We had a larger group made up of 8 adults and 2 children and were very comfortable. Pros Nice neighborhood Super convenient location - close proximity to the airport and downtown (5 min drive to airport, walk 30 mins/bike 10 mins to downtown) Spacious and most rooms had an ensuite bathroom. Great for a group w/ several adult couples Kitchen was well stocked/good amenities Pool/spa heat was easy to use and worked well Natural gas line for grill and fire pit was very convenient Plenty of covered parking/outdoor space Cons Like most Palm Springs homes, there's strict noise regulations to follow. If this is your first time to Palm Springs, make sure you do your research in advance so you're aware of the city rules. If you've stayed in Palm Springs before, you know the drill Furniture in living room was not comfortable for larger parties. Form over function

We can’t wait to come back!

They were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Upon our arrival management informed us that water would be shut-off by the Dept. of Water for about 4hrs on one of our days. Totally out of their control. However, that evening they dropped off buckets and a bottle of Prosecco. Really unexpected and a very nice touch. Only two issues with the house would be: pool could be cleaned out on a more regular basis and air conditioning in the bedrooms wasn’t great. We had to use the fans provided. But we’re happy the fans were there. Overall, a really fun and great stay.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a great spot with fun mid-century modern decor and furniture. There are 3 very nice king bedrooms, each with a bathroom, one twin beds bedroom and one queen. Two of the kings are situated away from the other three, so it was a great place for grandparents or people wanting more quiet. The queen bedroom is really only suitable for one person or a couple, but all the other bedrooms definitely fit 2. There's also a hall full bath for the two smaller bedrooms. Even though it was cold and rainy part of the time (snowed at the higher elevations), the pool got used and the hot tub was very popular. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and you are only minutes away from the airport and downtown. There is so much to do in Palm Springs, and this house makes a wonderful headquarters. Set up is such that people can spread out so no one feels trapped or crowded. Good kitchen with most things you need. Dining room table easily fits 10 and was where we ate our family dinners. My entire family had a great time and my 30 something sons told me they had a blast.

Peacock House was a great option for us- not far from town, great walking neighborhood, heated pool and hot tub. 8 of us stayed comfortably here and never felt on top of each other. Kitchen is well stocked. Really appreciated not having to strip beds and towels before departure. Great stay!

We loved this house, there were 6 adults and 4 kids and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. We were in the beautiful pool all day and cooked/grilled at night. House was clean and had that 60s modern vibe we love, was totally clean when we arrived, and the management were super nice. Would totally rent with them again!

We chose this listing because it had enough bedrooms to meet our group size for my 50th birthday. The rooms in general are really large with plenty of closet space. The pool area is wonderful and we enjoyed it every day while we were there! I would definitely stay here again.

It's not so much the perfect mid-century modern details that make the Peacock house so wonderful. It's not even the walk-to-town location that makes it super fun. The mountain backdrop that is-real-but-almost-looks-fake? Not even the best part of this amazing destination. The truly BEST thing about this vacation home was the way it absorbs people. When we wanted to feel the love of our whole group, we hung out around the living room, the hot tub, or the fire pit. But when any one of us wanted a little quiet time, we took a nap in our peaceful bedroom or read a book on a cushy lounge chair by the pool. It is the best of all worlds.

This place is beautiful!!!!! Plenty of rooms for the whole family. I highly recommend it!!!

Modern, clean, spacious, and great location!

We had a group of 10 ladies here to attend the BNP Paribas tennis tournament - great HUGE bedrooms and arrangement worked well for us (we didn't mind sharing the large king beds, and we put the thrashers in the room with twin beds). Comfy communal space. In the past we would attend matches during the day and at night, but with such a nice setting for hanging out and eating, we skipped the night time matches and ate in many nights. Great options for dining in town (found some live music) and readily available Ubers, but at the end of a long day in the sun, sitting around by the pool in our "groutfits" was heaven. House was immaculate, well stocked kitchen (tons of spices!). Spa took about 1/2 hour to warm up but was lovely. Great hiking close by. Plentiful parking at the house which was great because we were coming and going at different times.

We had such a wonderful stay at the PS Desert Peacock during Weekend 2 of Coachella 2018. We required a house that would accommodate up to 10 adults for a 4-night stay, and this house did not disappoint. Close proximity to downtown, a great pool / jacuzzi combo, and a comfortable spacious layout definitely means that we'll be back next year!
