Fabulous little cottage with everything you need. Good quality beds, towels and kitchen bits and bobs. Appreciated the tea and coffee. Great to have cleaning products available too in case you need them. And a spare loo roll 😉 Jonathan is easy to deal with, great information. Loved our stay and will be back! Thankyou.

Valentine cottage is a super place in a super location . Everything in Hunstanton is within walking distance . The cottage is beautiful with excellent decor . It has a real homely feel and is very spacious . Super communication with the host . I would highly recommend. Also very good value for money.

A delightful little cottage just right for the four of us. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location within easy reach of facilities. The cottage has steep steps upstairs and steps in and out of two of the bedrooms which we managed but might be a challenge for others for whom steps are difficult.

A lovely cottage which was ample in size for four adults, toddler and baby. Really smart and clean. Kitchen of a great standard and comfortable beds. Both showers were also decent. Will be booking again!

Comfortable home from home stay. Cottage is extremely well equipped had a throughly enjoyable stay at Valentine Cottage.

The cottage is ideally situated for walking to the beach, shops, park for the dog to run and old Hunstanton. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, has everything you need. We had no problem parking 2 cars on the road throughout the stay. The 1st set of stairs are steep as people have said but fine for the us.

Great location,short walk to the beach and shops.The holiday let was adequate only problem for us was the very steep stair case and more storage is needed in the twin bedroom.

Excellent location ..small but perfectly formed cottage …everything you need is there….and the owners are very helpful. The bedroom with two single beds has no storage room for anything, just be aware. The outside area at the back is pretty grim…just a small yard …. S a base for Hunstanton …top marks!

It was just what we needed for a few days of family events going on in Hunstanton. Lovely comfy, good beds, stylishly decorated bedrooms (and lovely bedding!).

The property is a very sweet Victorian cottage in a great location. A 3 minute walk to the high street and 5 minutes to the beach. Sainsbury’s just the other side of the main road. The check in process was very easy. Parking easy on the road right outside the house. The property was very clean with everything you need for a holiday. Excellent WiFi and smart TV. The bedrooms are all lovely with comfy beds. We loved the shoebox by the front door, a great idea. Lovely to have some beach stuff in the shed if weather allows. Also mixer tap outside to hose the dog off after beach walks was excellent. Only downsides are the tight narrow stair case up to the first floor. We all coped fine but a little extra care needed. Also no grass for the dog (back yard lovely but concrete) but the local park is very close. Highly recommend and we would book again

A lovely very well equipped property in a quiet part of Hunstanton, but just 5 minutes from the sea. An ideal base for spending time locally or visiting further afield. Lovely restaurant nearby and a great deli if you want to eat in. A place to return to.

Valentine property is set in a quiet street just 5 mins from the main shopping street. It is opposite the library and 2 mins from a small Sainsbury’s. We wanted a dog friendly property suitable for our family of 4 adults one 3 year old and a one year old. It had everything we needed and more. It is set over 3 floors - the top bedroom being up a second flight of stairs. The first set of stairs are a little steep and there is no downstairs toilet which is maybe a consideration for families with young children. It’s nice to have an en-suite off one off the bedrooms which are a good size. The beds are comfortable and good mattresses. There is plenty of good quality equipment in the kitchen and we found everything we needed to prepare meals. Jonathan was very helpful throughout the booking process. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again to lovely Hunstanton.

We needed a last minute stay with the dog to get out of the way of or builders. Jonathan and Sally were really accommodating and helpful. The cottage is lovely and so well equipped. Like a home from home. We'll be back!

This holiday cottage has an ideal location for a stay in Hunstanton, it is close to all the amenities and just a stones throw away from the beach. The cottage itself is fully equipped with everything you need and has lots of character. We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and visited lots of local pubs and watched the Christmas Day swim. We will be returning again very soon!

Stayed here in between Christmas and New year. It’s a lovely cottage with great facilities. Been 6ft 4 however I did have to be mindful of my head! It’s located within 5 minutes of the beach, with restaurants and amusements a short walk away. Overall it’s a lovely property and would loved to have stayed more than the 3 nights we did.. thank you!

The local beaches are beautiful our dogs had a great time and the weather for November was great!
