Clean, house well stocked host very responsive! Would stay here again!

Super cute, conveniently located, spacious beach house. Large family room/kitchen/dining area to hangout. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Lots of parking. Bedrooms suited our group fine with even more pull-outs & roll-away we didn’t need, but great to have. Owner is very communicative & easy to work with. Will definitely return & recommend to others!

We brought our boat for fishing and fun in the lagoon. The layout of the house was a bit odd but worked out for us. Boat launch was a huge plus for us.

Amazing place!

We had a great time and would definitely stay again. There was 11 of us in the house and we had room for everyone plus some! It was a great location. Not to far from anything. It was a great stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was great! We really liked fishing off the pier and enjoying all the outdoor space. Would definitely stay again.

My family enjoyed the house and the area had lots of fun things to do. I would definitely like to return again.

It was in a great location with access to many locations within walking distance but it could have been a little cleaner, when we arrived there was still trash under the furniture along with other peoples belongings but all in all everything was great and I would recommend this place

Wonderful location for beach, shopping , and fishing off the dock

We rented this beach house for a family vacation. We loved the home from the moment we walked in. It had a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of room for everyone. The house is conveniently located to restaurants, activities and shopping. We had a wonderful time. It was truly a blessing to our family.

Perfect location

Wonderful house and the location is awesome!! Fished off the pier at night, took bike rides and a short walk to the beach! Communication was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

As other guests have said, this beach house was absolutely perfect for me and my family. My husband and I, along with our 4 kids (the oldest brought a friend), and my mom loved this house and location. We met Mr. Garrett upon arrival and he was so accommodating and gave good recommendations for my youngest, who is an avid fisherman...fresh water, not salt water. Thanks to the advice Mr. Garrett gave us, my 8 year old had many great catches and was so excited to make some amazing memories. The house is located on the lagoon and away from the crowded condos. We felt like we were on our own private island as it was quiet and private, even though there were families located close by. We had the space we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. I recommend this house 110%, hands down. Mr. Garrett is amazing and was very quick to respond and gave great advice! We will stay here again in the future for sure!!

Our group loved everything about this house! Between the peaceful views of the lagoon and the convience to pretty much anything we needed, this house was perfect for our family weekend. The public beach is only a short walk away, as are many other restaurants and attractions. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time in Gulf Shores!

Listing was just as the description says. Peaceful area with water views from all rooms, grocery store down the street and walking distance to the beach. Perfect little getaway spot!

Had to book this place last minute, the owner was polite and let us know the rental was ready for check in early, which I’ve never had happen. The house was exactly as pictured. Close to everything. But yet, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Wish we could’ve stayed longer

Very nice facility and accommodating. The group I was with had enough room and we had an awesome fish fry after going out on a charter. We had a great time.

Nice property, spacious. Loved the beach vibe decor. Only issue is I wish we had brought fishing poles, nice wharf area .

Great location for walking to stores and the beach! Enjoyed fishing off the pier and plenty of room for our family of 10. Good neighborhood!

The house was great, we fished from the dock. I would have given it 5 out of 5 but my car was stolen the first night we were there. Someone came into the house while we slept to take keys, no deadbolts on any of the doors, one bedroom is outside so left deck unlocked. We don't know if the person came in through that door or any of the other doors that don't have deadbolts they all had keypads. Our trip was completely ruined. More security measures need to be in place on the property.

Location was perfect - peaceful and relaxing!

The property is beautiful and close to everything. The kids wanted to go to the beach. We wanted to fish. The perfect place for both.

Instead of parking at the beach access we walked from the home but found that to be just fine. Loved that there is a grocery store and coffee shop just a few steps away. The furnishings are so beachy and the beds are super comfy! We fished off the dock and our grandson caught his first and second fish. That was pretty special. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for my family group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Even though this place isn't located on the beach, it is located close enough to it that you can walk there in about 5 minutes. It is located however with access to the Lagoon side. We fished off the pier in the back yard and were able to catch several spotted trout. Having the downstairs bathroom and outside shower was a plus, as we were able to clean off after being at the beach and not track sand into the home. The boat launch was awesome to have to launch jet skis from! We will definitely book here again!

This place was the best vacation home we have stayed at. Host is very easy to communicate with. The property is beautiful and we had the best time fishing off dock for fish and crabs. We would for sure stay here again :-)
