The place is clean and has everything you might need ( utensils, games, bbq grill, fire pit etc). If you are a big group bring your own coffee, bathroom toiletries and all you might need to cook/prepare your meals. Mike(Host) is super helpful and friendly.

This property was very accommodating. It has everything you would need, and our family had a great time.

Let me start this off by saying the house is beautiful, nice and big for all 9 of us. Very spacious! We all had a great time and the view in the back is gorgeous! Check in and check out were a breeze. A few things to keep in mind for the next guest; There were not enough towels for everyone but there was a washer and dryer so cleaning them daily wasnt much of an issue. We did have to go purchase our own laundry soap however since there was only enough for one load. The house only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a half roll of paper towels in the kitchen so we did have to go out and purchase those as well. The house was decently clean but there was someone's leftover Panda Express on the top balcony, one of the tables in the kitchen had what seemed like sticky ice cream left on it, one of our guests accidentally dropped their phone in the couch and was greated with food crumbs while retrieving it, the jacuzzi had a build up of hair and bugs, and there was someone's leftover snack of tuna and crackers in the garage. All of which isnt much of a big deal and easily cleanable ourselves but with the cleaning fee and tip jar for the housekeeper it's issues we did not expect. When you check out you have to take out the trash, strip all of the linens off of the bed, and start the dishwasher which is totally understandable, and with the guests doing that at check out you'd expect the housekeepers would be able to take care of the smaller details. Overall, it was a great stay and well worth the money. Loved the house and location. And we would stay here again.

This house is remotely located. Access road is loose gravel. Cell phone and Wifi coverage is weak. Inside home is clean, but not outside, may be because of recent rains.

We had a group of 12 of us. House provided plenty of room for everyone. Huge kitchen area where everyone could eat together. Great location - close to Rainbow Lake so kids could paddleboard, kayak and fish. Family had a wonderful time.

The house was as described & ready for us at check-in. Everything was in working order other than a couple of non-necessary kitchen appliances. A lot of room for our extended family gathering. Very nice setting in a quiet, very spaced out "neighborhood". Great host & great communication. We all voted to stay here again.

We had a great time!! The house is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice. We had a group of 3 families stay and we had plenty of room, everyone had a bedroom. The backyard is spectacular and location os great!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house definitely has a “wow factor”. Large kitchen and dining area for big groups. Spacious guest rooms, huge master bedroom. The house was full of very convenient amenities. Outside back area was nice and relaxing. The built in BBQ grill with seating was a nice! Also loved the 2nd floor balcony to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this house to any large group! It was a great time!

The property is beautiful. We had 15 stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. I was nervous about having close neighbors and noise (because my family is loud) but the house is so well insulated that you couldn't hear anything from outside. While we were there we wanted to watch some pay per view boxing and the property manager was extremely helpful and so quick to respond. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a great time on our little weekend getaway. The space was perfect for a large group with plenty of kids. The only recommendations we have are 1) Keeping the firewood in a dry location, the wood set out for us was a little wet so starting a fire was a little difficult. 2) Having some kind of boot/shoe scraper outside. It got pretty muddy so this would have helped keeping the house clean.

The pine filled acre and out door living area were great! The house was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. The master and single queen bedroom had very nice beds. As for the other beds in the house they were less than comfortable. The kitchen had many pots and pans and more small appliances than one could use, however, there was not a single piece of storage ware for left overs, not even Plastic wrap to cover a dish. The silverware was minimal and required washing after each meal. Trash bags, paper towels, and toilet tissue were provided in a less than adequate supply for the size of house and number of guests. The house is energy efficient but not climate controlled. Our group ranged from 10 months to 60 years old. There is no was to have the house at a constant temperature. At night the bedrooms were extremely warm and cooled off during the night which is problematic for young children who could not keep covers on. The whole house fan system is very loud and comes on and off all hours of the night. This is a beautiful home and nice property. Just come prepared with all kitchen staples and food storage needs. Bring extra paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet tissue. Luckily the store is near by if you need to run out to get supplies.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this home. The home was super clean and completely stocked with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful and very clean. Our party had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was the wi-fi signal ... it ran extremely slow. However, we would stay there again if given the chance.

What a fantastic place to decompress and do a whole lot of nothing. We had a great getaway as an extended family, where we did nothing much but sleep, eat, and relax. The house was large and beautiful - even with eight of us there was plenty of space to spread out and read, play games, and do lots of cooking. Within five minutes our daughter was already planning a trip here for next year, when hopefully we're all out of quarantine and can bring her best friend. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. Things to know - there are PLENTY of cooking utensils in the well-appointed kitchen, including a waffle iron and a spice rack. There's also a water filtration system for the house, so leave the bottled water at home. Thanks again for a great stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this beautiful house. We went with 2 other families and had a blast! There’s plenty of room and the hot tub is a great perk!

Cabin was very spacious and clean. We loved having everything close by. We definitely recommend it!

The cabin was beautiful. It was well stocked, and very up-to-date. It was nice to be out of the way, with the woods behind us. Our family very much enjoyed our stay here.

This property is great for a larger party in every way! Only thing I would say is that the mattress in the queen rooms, the futon in the office, and the bunk bed mattresses are so uncomfortable and very thin and hard. Suggest bringing something to help with that. The kitchen is very big with plenty of space to fit everything and everyone. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures do a decent job at representing the rental but our family thought the home, layout, amenities and property were that much better! The home has everything that one could ask for and then some. The layout is perfect for multiple families with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The property itself is breathtaking with all of the snow; I think we almost had more fun exploring the property than sledding at Sunrise! And the owner, who is your primary contact while you are at the rental, is incredibly responsive and helpful (if needed) but the welcome book truly has answers to all of one’s questions. We will definitely be repeat visitors!

It was just hot at night, and I am hoping there were no cameras inside. Also propane was empty, you do advertise barbeque outside . Everything else was fine. Thank you.

This place was extremely clean and I believe only two years old. Instructions on the use everything was very clearly laid out in the property manager even reached out To ensure that we knew had to use everything and if we had any questions. Property was well maintained and the home was expansive enough that the 11 of us did not feel crowded. The home was well supplied of games, kitchen supplies and outdoor furniture. Only CONS are: the refrigerator should be larger for a rental that advertises for a large # of people, the WiFi was horrible (would give 1 star for it) and the grill was so full of grease that we had to spend several hours cleaning prior to using. Will use again if we visit the area. Just a side note - the neighbor was "weaning" calves and there was bellowing from 1am to 10am for a couple of days. Not the owners fault...again, enjoyed the home tremendously.

As a large group we had 2 places rented that weekend I feel this place was far better to fit the need of everyone
