Lovely apartment, excellent location for centre of the town and only 5 mins walk to ferries or 15 mins walk to train station to access cinque terre. Supermarket opposite the apartment. Host was very helpful, even came out late evening when electricity went down and resolved the issue.

Was great to have an apartment. We loved being able to cook our own food and have breakfast there. The beds were comfortable. Having a washing machine was perfect. The walk to the station was about 20 minutes but it was an easy walk.
It would have been good to have shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. They had run out. We didn’t know what detergent to use for the dishwasher.

Das Apartment war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In 5-10 min ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof. Von dort aus kann man die Cinque Terre perfekt erreichen.

Amazing location
Not fair how the building is under construction and you can’t use the balcony. We were only informed the day before and it was clear the scaffolding had been there some time

Very kind and helpful host, best quality I ever had. There weren’t any problems with checking after 19:00 and when we snapped the keys in the apartment. Perfect place next harbour and old town with many restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well prepared. Strongly recommend.

we were made aware on the day of our arrival that there are some building works at the property which forbids you to use the terrace and gives a dark light inside and some dust smell.

A very comfortable and pleasant apartment in central La Spezia. The walk to/from Train station was ok and there were plenty of local restaurants/supermarkets etc nearby. Giulia was an excellent host and was very informative and helpful. The apartment was very sizeable and very well maintained and equipped. Wifi was excellent.
