The Villa was amazing, spacious, great pool and all very secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, great place for familygroup of friends. I would defiantly recommend Villa Arrochela it is a lovely place Nothing to dislike

Thank you, we had an amazing time and the villa was perfect The only problem we had was there was nowhere close to put recycling and rubbish as we didn’t have a car. We took the rubbish once but it was a very long walk

Portrayed in the online photos of wow, however the apartment photos are misleading, and that apartment is a bit of a dungeon with a nasty musty smell. I would describe this Villa as well used and in need of a bit of TLC, not quite up to spec. the hot tub didn't work all stay and was filthy, we had to request for the pool to be heated as it was freezing not only for us but for the baby as well, the eating on lasted for one and a half days although paid for 4 days - we did get a full refund . The villa could be so speacial with a little work.

Clean, spacious and well equipped- we loved it. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, even offering to deliver shopping to the villa for a fee. We were a group of 11 females, we felt safe and had an incredible time enjoying the hot tub, pool and outside spaces. Prior to booking, we had some reservations due to other reviews but we did not experience any problems and had a genuinely enjoyable stay :) It would be nice if you could provide dishwasher tablets and coffee machine capsules. Also, just so you are aware- there were some rats outside the villa.

This villa was really beautiful and everyone was so impressed with the rooms and facilities. Although it was almost impossible to find for everyone who visited .. you have to go by the GPS coordinates and make sure you enter them in correctly to get an accurate route! I would strongly suggest some signage for Villa Arrochella. When we finally found the villa there were a few problems .. gate was broken so couldn’t drive in and most of our keys didn’t work. Having said that, the management picked up our call and got someone round to have a look straight away and they were very apologetic. A few hiccups with toilet and shower not working but they got an engineer round to have a look straight away each time. Rooms were really clean and beautiful. Love the games room and pool and bbq area .. so so big and great for a big group stay! Although the hot tub was cold .. apparently it needed 24 hours left on with the cover left on for it to heat up. A manual or welcome pack would have come in handy for something like this. It eventually heated up to be a bit warmer. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, had a few problems but they were dealt with straight away really well.

tout y est pour passer un excellent moment, il faut y aller, je recommande !! Nous étions 11 et avons eu tout la place et le confort nécessaire, chaque chambre a une salle de bain, la cuisine est très bien équipée

Beautiful place with lots of space and privacy You should better check of everyting is okey before gests arrive

The villa over all fitted exactly what our stay required. Seashell were very good at making sure are stay went smoothly. No one came out to clean the pool & there were no main road sign to say where the villa was. A number of taxi drivers didn’t know where it was.

Great size, nice pool and games room good. It is a little bit off the main road but this suited our group so we could play music and not have to worry too much about neighbours Great communication villa could do with some work to maintain a high level of accommodation it’s just that it’s a little hard to find and a little out of town

Absolutely amazing villa. Very spacious and luxurious and private. I wanted somewhere to stay which was private with my family so we could do what we wanted, ie late nights in the pool with music playing and no one nearby to annoy, this villa provided exactly that. Beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, private but still only 5 minute drive from local shops and the amazing restaurants. Water slide park only 10 - 15 minute drive away. I would love to come back with more family members and enjoy an another brilliant holiday.

Very disappointing. Impossible to find in the dark when we arrived. We had to call the emergency number to get someone to escort us to the villa which was down an unmarked dirt road. There was no remote control for the automatic gate for us to get out until we asked for it. Until the we had to crawl through a small hatch in the gate. No property guide in the villa, so didn't know how things worked. Did not know where to dispose of rubbish/garbage bags. Had problems with 2 toilets constantly flushing. One then got blocked. One shower not working. Where you put the detergent/tablet was broken in the dishwasher. No iron. Broken net for tennis table. No cushions for sun loungers which were too hot to sit on - danger of scalding. No shade around the pool, no umbrella. No cushions on the chairs around the outside dining table. Pool was not heated - my email enquiry about pool heating weeks earlier was not picked up. Had to make repeated contact with the company. Workmen had to come to the villa twice causing us inconvenience. Worst villa we have ever rented.
