I was here to visit my daughter at Butler. The place was clean, spacious, comfortable and the perfect location. The owner was very nice, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I did- he had already attended to every detail in the apartment. I will definitely be back!

We needed a place close to campus as we moved in our freshman. Butler Fieldhouse was an ideal spot. Paul was extremely hospitable and the accommodations were impeccable! We will be back for parent’s weekend! Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

This coach house is perfect for a quiet stay, whether for a couple of nights or longer. The hosts are fantastic! There was plenty of space for just me and nice and private. Easy parking and convenient to so many great places on the north side of Indy. I highly recommend!

We LOVED the location! SO PEACEFUL! Beautiful area to take a walk in the morning. The property was perfect! Paul was so nice and we enjoyed hearing about the area. Paul welcomed us and provided a home away from home for us with this amazing property! Landscaping was beautiful!

This space was amazing. Even though it was a short walk to Butler campus it was quiet. I was able to relax and enjoy a weekend with my daughter without having to drive 20 min to a hotel.

I have never stayed at such a clean, friendly and homey place before. Our hosts were so thoughtful about having everything we need available. I would never stay anywhere else in Indianapolis if we visit again. It is within easy walking distance of Butler and we felt very safe waking to campus even in the evening. Lovely home, quiet, easy parking and I may have to make an excuse to travel to Indiana again just to stay at the Butler Fieldhouse. Our hosts do it right!

This is a GREAT property in a GREAT location to do anything in Indy. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s on a quiet street, appx 1 block from Butler University’s campus, and their PD is located on the corner of the same street. The neighborhood is upper middle class and very discreet. The unit is its own stand alone apartment, located above the garage of what seems to be a fairly recent construction home. The property and unit details are meticulously manicured. While it says on street parking, know that the street is every bit of 3.5 lanes wide and you won’t have to perform a parallel maneuver to make it happen. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was clean, and well/stocked with towels and a very nice coffee/tea bar, a comfortable bed, and nice seating and storage. The neighborhood is beautiful, very close to Butler University and to Newfields museum, which was our reason for visiting Indianapolis. We would recommend this property.

I was in town to visit family, not to visit Butler, and the walk between this property and Rocky Ripple was gorgeous and peaceful, along a beautiful canal. This is the perfect place to stay when I visit Indianapolis!

This home is amazing! The owner is incredibly accommodating, the home is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. And the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable.
